Crew should be looking at the service order to ensure that they are giving out correct orders. We ordered food for 5 pax, all with drinks, and the crew handed out just the one orange juice and left the counter. We were waiting for the other items and confirmed if it is for our order then we were asked what are the other orders. Like, it's all in that service order. A smile also wouldn't hurt. I'm not from here and serving food with a frown just gives it a bad taste.
Too many bums and street people in side of the restaurant you can't eat in because of the bums in side they don't order nothing the management don't do nothing about it this is why I don't eat there this store always mixup your order or they don't get right
Zero customer service, I don’t recommend this branch to anyone, I order a coffee table service I already waited more than ten minutes no one serve me I ask customer service where is my coffee a respectful woman come to me and shout on me, by the Name of (Manaz) and very rude told, here is u r coffee take and go she was very rude with me I ask to talk wd manager she told me, I am the manager
I was very disappointed to see the open concept of the washroom. How would you use it with no locks at the door. Honestly, I left and didn't order my food.
Daytime vs nighttime is a different experience. During the day the orders are completed quickly. Evening/night it's super slow and messy (garbage bins overflowing)
There’s little space between order machine and pick up counter, should be more spacious. Also, there’s missing numbering on display, the workers call the number. The tables outside are dirty, should be clean from time to time.
Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes to get 5 nasty sloppy Junior chickens that barely had chicken, but tell me how there was chicken in my drink.
This McDonald's must have the best ice cream machine ever. Never had I had an ice cream so creamy and held its shape from McDonald's in a long time. Ordered through the app for the discount. Honestly, not sure why they putting such a huge emphasis on getting this deal through the app, with ice cream this good it saddens me people don't line up for the world's most iconic cone. Thank you
Frequently gets my order wrong. Even when paying for extra items/portions, the kitchen staff was rude and told that was all i would get. At first i thought i was wrong but when i got my order made by a different kitchen staff, it was different and upto what i expected.
Check you orders properly when your recieving from drive tru! This is not the first time i order meals for my kids and coming home finding out one order is missing.very disappointing!
Drive this with mobile order doesn't seem to work at this location half of the time, always tells me order doesn't exist. No issues with other locations.
Tried 2 pick up a mobile order after 10pm, but only the drive thru was open (got off the TTC 2 grab a snack), unless you're a delivery person 4 Uber, Skip The Dishes, etc. (Why is a mobile order different from delivery orders when it comes 2 pick-up options? ! Most downtown locations have a pick-up window, or bring your mobile order 2 the door.)
It's a McDonald's. Plain and simple. Only reason it's a four is cause sometimes it gets crowded. Other than that they've got great staff and they've never messed up my order.
Don’t know the ladies name running the drive thru, but she was rude from the jump and got the order wrong … i get people don’t like their jobs at times, but never let the customer see that
On March 20th, 2021, me and my family, visited McDonald’s at this particular location: 1966 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M1L 2M6. We had already placed and paid for our order in-person. While waiting to receive our meal, we had complete view of the kitchen and how the meals were being prepared at this location, meaning we could see the employees preparing the food and packaging it. First of all, although all staff were wearing masks, none, including the staff preparing food, cashier, Supervisor / Team Lead, etc.at this location, none were wearing gloves. I saw one staff preparing cooked meals with his bare hands, touching the burger buns, the lettuce, cooked burger patties and wiping hands on his clothes before moving on to preparing the next meals ordered by other clients, without washing hands. We are a family who eats either chicken or the fish filet and when staff touch other meat with the same hands / mix utensils with other meat products, we are unable to eat the food. We found this extremely unhygienic and when I asked one staff about the hygiene protocol, “the protocol is not to wear gloves and staff are washing their hands” and my question is as a consumer how do I know the staff member has not contracted COVID? Washing hands is not going to help if the person has contracted COVID! Do I need to wait 72 hours before I eat the cooked food? Washing hands is one of the ways, just like wearing masks to prevent the spread of this disease, it’s not 100% protection. When I asked the same question about this unhygienic situation we experienced to the lead staff / supervising individual, he said, “we don’t wear gloves and staff wash their hands. ” I was shocked and disgusted by the ways our meals were prepared and did not feel like eating the food anymore. We asked for a refund, which we received, and left the place. However, this goes beyond receiving a refund. This is a health risk and logically thinking about this, using common sense this protocol in place that this location has is not hygienic at all and is one of the major causes that not only staff but also the consumers could contract COVID. I have visited Tim Horton’s and Subway, way before COVID hit all of us, and at both these food chains, staff were wearing gloves when preparing meals. In fact, I visited a Tim Horton’s today as well and the staff were wearing gloves. I find it odd that McDonald’s is finding it ok to prepare food with bare hands during COVID times. I just don’t understand this protocol in place during COVID.
I went to the drive through and I tried to order a milkshake with my meal, but the milkshake machine was not working. In addition, the medium fries that came with my combo was not full and was closer to a small
I mean its McDonald's what do u expect. Its amazing. I got a big Mac meal and the spicy McChicken the big Mac was fantastic. But personally didn't really like the spicy McChicken. Its very clean. U have to wear masks at all times except eating. Washroom also clean. Should be the same for the women's washroom. The staff members are kind. They are busy though so don't be mad if your question isn't being answered by the staff members. Personally my favorite drink is coke. The coke hear is fizzy and cool. Woulve gave it a 1 star if was warm.
Ordered an ice coffee today before work but instantly threw it out after two sips because I had not only chunks of the coffee grids in my drink but also the coffee filter. Never get coffee stuff from here unless you like coffee grounds.
Ordered an ice coffee with half as much milk as they'd regularly use, half as much sugar.
Get my first one super creamy and almost white.
Go back through drive thru tell them what happened, and she was very apologetic said to drive up and they'd give me a new one.
The new one was the exact same shade and milkyness as the first. Like if this is half as much milk as they normally use. Is the normal one 100% milk with half a shot of coffee?
Aren't ketchup packets standard with fries? Went back in and told I'd need to buy them for 10¢!? Luckily a manger was close enough to rectify, but what kind of training caused her to think that this was the right way to respond to "my kids didn't get ketchup with their happy meals"?
This restaurant is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place.everytime I feel like having a superb lunch, this is the place that comes immediately to my mind.fresh and all sorts of food and a rich cuisine.trained staff, and nice mood. Also, the tariff is fair. I sent my friends to this spot with no doubt.
This McDonald's is at Ellington and Warden. I wanted Soda water which is free in a large cup because I bought something. If you don't buy anything and only want water, you will get it in a smaller cup. I offered to pay for the large cup and they asked me to pay $2 for the cup.
This Mcdonalds on Eglinton and Warden is a good place for breakfast, lunch or coffee. It is clean most of the time, but on weekends they don't have a designated cleaning person so the place can look quite dirty with garbage overflowing, garbage collecting up under benches etc. While the serving staff are good, they don't smile. At other Mcds the primary store manager is visible but I have yet to see this one. The shift managers seem to do all the managerial type work like dealing with complaints etc. My one big wish, however, is that the staff at this store AND other locations would smile.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through SkipTheDishes and specifically got a salad with my meal as I cannot eat potatoes right now. Not only did whoever made my order fail to phone me to let me know they “don’t have salad after midnight”, they just sent me cold fries. I phoned the store and not only would the lady not give me her name but she told me to take up my grievance with the company that HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH assembling my food but she shrugged me off. I will be filing a complaint because I am pregnant and the customer should always be aware of what is going on with their order.
Very clean and welcoming restaurant. They provide big portions and for affordable prices. I liked the menu very much and the staff members were very friendly and chatty. I recommend this place.
Went for an ice cream cone on this hot summer day a d thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was a very nice young man. Wish I had thought to get his name so I could compliment him publically.
When i order eat in i take out service makes me feel i not welcome! And did not get a smile on any staff i rember back then on the menu says smile is free!
It'd aroma not expensive just breakfast with awesome coffee only certain McDonald's offers refills this does not if you're early you might get a Toronto start it goes like hotcakes
