A busy McDos at a crossroads on the way to cottage country. Service is usually fast and competent at this restaurant.

McD's is always good, this one had a lot of seating! The bathroom was a bit messy and two out of their three kiosks were down.

AC must have been off or broken, it was extremely hot inside. I actually felt bad for the kitchen staff working as it was very busy. We got table service and the staff were excellent at handling the stress during the busy time. Food was good, for McDonald’s food, and the order was accurate, which was nice for a change, as other McDonalds locations seem to lack in that area.

Service was good as in friendly but very slow considering we didn't order much and everyone ordering after us, even eith much larger orders, left before us

25 minutes waiting in the drive thru for cold food. It no wonder why I have stopped trying to eat at any McDonald's.

My husband and I were on the road and drove through their macdonalds. Ordered $30 worth of food. The lady giving us our food said "here's your coke" I responded I'm sorry it's suppose to be diet as I am a diabetic. She guaranteed me it was diet. Half way through my meal I went for a drink and sure enough my first sip was regular coke. Should of asked for a repour however I was gaureented it was diet. We often come to this macdonalds while traveling in this direction but this isn't the first time I've been disappointed with them

People are always great. Service is great, but why oh why do I spend money on those products? Is it the salt, paper thin burgers, I don't know. Is there someone out there that can explain it to me.

This place is so dysfunctional. Every time I come here it takes me 25 minutes, even if it’s not very busy, to get through the drive-thru with a simple order. It would be quicker to go to a sit down restaurant. Nuts.

The mcdonalds app has gone away. Just blank screen. Drive thru could barely process our order. 15 min in drive through. Shouldn't be this hard

Always a good place to stop when traveling any distance. Fast and friendly. Coffee is very good.

It was very busy tonight and the line moved very quickly. The food was hot and fresh and we weren't even parked! Awesome service tonight!

Slow, didn't know if inside dining was open (they changed their minds halfway during my stay), long line, a bunch of workers standing around not knowing what's going on.

The fries here are ALWAYS FRESH. This McDonald's is always busy which it should be rightfully so. They ensure that the food is hot and the staff works pretty quickly to satisfy the Drive Thru orders.

Usually a good pit-stop when we're travelling up north.

They are not doing curb side pick up so what’s the point of mobile order? For a busy McDonald location the queue for drive thru is going all the way to the traffic lights. Might as well put big signs up saying no curb side pick up and be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes.

Very, very slow. Why are people wandering around cleaning tables and emptying garbages when there is no dining in? Dinner rush = all hands on deck in food service. Almost 30 minutes now. Ridiculous

They forgot a burger and it looks like they were having a bad day and threw the others as hard as they could into the bag as it was in many pieces and falling out of the wrapper lol.
Lines are INSANE they have 2 speakers to take orders but at there absolute busiest still only utilize one EVER. Either hire more staff or figure something out. The service at this McDonald's is one of the worst I have ever seen.
Besides one young man who was very pleasant.
Older staff seem miserable. Hope service improves as many MANY cars are turning around and taking their business elsewhere. This Mc donalds would do much better with the proper management. Just a thought.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible service. Looooooooooooong wait times. No ice, syrup in the pop machine. Order came with missing items. The manager on duty should be fired. This was a disaster. Close the whole restaurant. What a joke.

Order in advance! Busy/slow. 2 mistakes in my app order. We were eating in the parking lot, thankfully. I was a McChicken and an iced coffee short.

McDonald's food is basically the same anywhere. This is a busy place. Staff is friendly. Long lineups both indoor and outdoor.

They charge $5 to add a combo where it only costs $4.39 to buy everything a la carte. They also charge $6.29 to combo 20 nuggets which is over $2 more then buying a la carte when I question it they disagreed with me.

I just got a hamburger and two milkshakes. The hamburger bun was burned badly to the point I couldn't eat it and I wasn't coming back and waiting in a 30 min line up because I am on my way to work. I know you guys are busy but you have to do better than that. Not happy at all!

Close you dining room at 7 on a long weekend come on. I have a pregnant wife in car needing to use your facilities. Also if your closed inside why do you allow your app to please counter pickup orders. Absolute worst customer service, should have gone across the street to tim hortons, too bad you can’t cancel

I went through the drive through, or should I say crawl through.
I've never been in a slower line. The food was the same as every other place.

Let's be honest, if you're reading reviews for McDonald's you might be missing the point of McDonald's lol. You go there for the taste of nostalgia (chicken nuggets) or to get a burger in 2 min that costs $1.39. Normally good people working who just wanna get through their day without someone yelling at them about too many pickles on their burger. Its McDonald's, that says it all.

This location has got busier and busier as the years go on and they still have no idea how to handle it.

I think this Macdonald spots has everything you wanted in terms of food and certainly in terms of toys for kids. Best toys for kids come to this location.
The food was delicious and you could truly feel the work the worker put in to make the food.

Waited very long to place order. Ordered a beverage, correctly displayed onscreen. Picked up at drive thru, got back on the road and drove about 5 minutes.wrong beverage. So disappointing.

Today is April 19! This morning at 8: 25! On my way to go Beaverton! Stop by McDonald's to have a breakfast! My ham & egg muffin taste like strange? Every bit with sand inside! Can't eat!
Now I have a question? Why so many sand inside the muffin? That's a muffin not SAND. WICH! Also is not Eggs shell that's is Sand! Looks like the muffin drop to the floor & still pick up & serve to your customer!

We visited the drive through for a quick meal. Terrible service.our order had been thrown together. Specialty Angus burgers had toppings missing and put together sloppy. Ordered 2 large fries received 1 large 1 medium. Asked twice through ordering process to please make sure to put napkins salt and ketchup. Did not receive any!
Nothing is worse then getting on the road and the order is wrong.
Probably will skip stopping here again on our journeys.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had 15 minutes for one McDouble they all should be paid 6 bucks an hour they're not worth the new minimum wage pay that they are getting

This place has gone to the dogs since the ownership change. The only thing they do quickly is take your money.
They NEVER have anything ready, you ALWAYS have to park and wait no matter what you order or how many cars are in line even when the restaurant is nearly empty. It's like you surprise them by showing up and they have to cook something.
15 minute wait for a Mac and a quarter pounder, JUST the sandwiches! The two most popular menu items at 6pm Thursday night.
25 minute wait for two egg McMuffins at 8am, who knew someone would order breakfast at 8am?
No matter when you go they're never ready. Make sure you have a full tank of gas when you pull up and bring a movie to watch while you wait for your meal to be carried out to you and don't expect it to be hot and fresh, you'll be disappointed.
These people would be fired if they worked in Toronto or anywhere else actually.
I would refuse to leave the window until they gave me my order but you know they would spit in your food, or worse.
Stop ANYWHERE but here, even a burrito from the gas station with a questionable expiry date.

By the way Crusty's Pizza in town can make a pizza fresh in less than 20 minutes, go there.

Stopped in here today for breakfast. Haven't been here in a few years, Service was amazing, I wish I had got the ladies name, She was fast friendly and efficient, Coffee and Egg Mc'muffin were great.

This location seems to screw up my order more than most other locations. Also, I find I have to pull ahead and wait for my drive-thru order almost every time.

McDonald's has stepped up their food game in the past few years although that is coming a price the burghers of course get smaller regularly and the prices have gone up a lot for a family of 3 it's hard to leave for under $30 without dessert

Always a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. Too bad they were out of Shamrock shakes when we got there

I ordered a tea, received a coffee. When I politely let staff member know, she seemed to be overwhelmed and gave me attitude as she got me my tea.she was the only staff on the counter at 5pm!

Sometimes a bit slow. Overnight staff are always a happy place.

Coffee is a buck till roll up the rim finishes in March.

Window number 1 cashier was hating life and extremely rude and unprofessional. Charged us for what was supposed to be a free tea because she didn't know how to remove it from the system and enter it as a free one. So instead of asking for help she found it easier to just bill us and hope we missed it.

Service is extremely slow. For the amount of people that go through this mcd. They should have more than two women's toilets.

I went there earlier today and they burnt the living hell out of the English muffins for my breakfast!

I take my son here once a week to play and the past 2 weeks the play place has been ripening with smell of urine. The staff is great but that play place needs to clean. I almost forgot, I always ask for books instead of toys and I never get them.

It's a busy McDonald's because of the location but the place is notorious for accidentally giving extra orea mcflurys.: P

The menu bored is a joke trying to figure out what I wanted to order and the menu was flashing different meals every 2 seconds I just walked out and didn't end up getting food

We were the only ones at the counter and still had to wait 7 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwich meals.

Very slow they get the orders wrong the stuff they didn't have a clue what to do the coffee was good we waited at 15 minutes for our older and they got it wrong anyways how much those people get paid? What a waste of money did they get paid they are not worth it they should get a dollar
