Just don't. This place sucks in general, but this store specifically is probably the worst in town. Have seen them placing garbage cans on eating areas, handing your cup to you after they put their hand or a straw in it, and the soda machine tastes moldy.

8: 45pm. 3 september 2023.guy working at drive thru have no commen sense.he was really rude with me.i was asking for skip the dishes pick up and my personal order.he refuse to give me both orders. Their restaurant notes says order can be picked up after 8pm in drive thru.

Grabbed a coffee and a muffin to go. Stay away from ordering extra large as the lids don't stay on at all. Accident waiting to happen.

After 40 years going there I got thrown out for I don't know why. They say what I said and I don't know what.

I went there lastnight, ordered a chicken sandwich just to get a bitten bigmac. Do not reccomend going here. Clearly immature workers.

They gave us watery drinks that I had to throw away when I got home
Do check your food before you leave including the drink

We paid for 10 chicken nugget deal and didn’t get them in our order. Got on the highway and noticed once we were too far to go back

Morning staffs are really friendly and fast but the people working in the evening are slow and rude

It's not the same anymore just slap together and they talk alot to get other so it takes forever to get food and u never got what you order

Food was very hot and fresh. Very delicious. I think the coke is still not the correct taste, it's a problem at all McDonalds right now.

Disgusting customer service, if I could give a zero like they deserve I would.stay away go to Wendy's where there trained properly and professional!

Had to repeat my order 7 times and even so they were able to make everything wrong. Also no poutine? !? !? But the cherry on top of the cake was the 15m wait on the drive tru. Avoid at any cost

I requested low sugar ice coffee due to health issues and they make it perfectly for me. Thank you.

Not a great location. It's already a cramped area to wait in for your food, and they've put up a table and large number of baloons blocking the counter where they give you your food through a hole in plexiglass.

Here's a thought: Maybe given the pandemic we should forego the baloons instead of cramming people into an even smaller space than we had to begin with?

The food was good, but we had to wait 11 mins for 2 breakfast combos, the whole time being the next order number on the board, while the manager literally ran around in circles freaking out about the slip the dishes orders they had completely lost track of.

Lastly, we opted to eat in and were not asked for proof of vaccination.

Probably won't be returning to this location.

Yesterdays breakfast at 6: 00 was cold, cold, cold.saving money by not turning on the heat lamps?

My fillet-o-fish burger had the driest fish I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. Also didn’t get straws for the drink

Great place for a quick lunch or snacks for the kids. Their staff Emma is always amazing, all smiles and absolutely lovely. Cute toys for Space Jam, we got road runner.

We've also done ordering online and pick-up at the designated parking spots. It was fairly quick than waiting in the drive thru. They bring it straight to your vehicle.

Guessing at what you are putting in a coffee isn't good practice. I expect to get what I ordered. Not what someone thinks is the correct amount. The cream is not being stored correctly either.

McDonald's was alright. But their vanilla Chai tea is even better. Hasn't tried their new grande big Mac yet. Not sure I ever will. See another review about that one. Remember folks, with great power, comes great responsibility!

Doesn't matter if you order breakfast at 10: 30, if the skip driver shows up anywhere near 11, you're not getting it.
Make the damn order when it's ordered and leave it under a heat lamp. Im already ordering delivery, freshness and hottness clearly aren't my priorities.

It's McDonald's. We aren't talking the height of culinary excellence here ya know. Should have had a yogurt and apple and water but only have time for one meal today so I thought I'd ruin my insides with a McDouble coke and large fries (cuz I had an offer for a $1.50 large fry). That should clean me out real good later.

What’s to say about Macdonald’s. I go to this location and the traffic is bizarre. King George road is a 4 lane highway. Enter at your own risk. No longer large pops for $1 dollar. Just medium. At least they still have plastic straws.

Loved this McDonald's since I was little and they had the DeLorean back to future car in the old building and the old play place jail was cool haha nostalgia for the win!

I usee the drive thru for breakfast. Sadly they don't display all breakfast items on the drive thru menu. Plus the menu isn't angled so cars can see it as they wait in line. I ordered pancakes and drink's. I had to pull over and wait 15 minutes for food. I open it and find no forks, only knives. Then I looked at the drink tray. It was the most disgusting dirty thing I've ever received from a restaurant! I wish I could post a picture here. It was awful!

Terrible service they really don't care about how they treat their customers not even the managers

Waited 24 minutes order was wrong and the lady never came back to window to give me rest of my order was like a 3yrd old playing store.

The employee taking our order was clearly new. While I understand that he/she may still be learning, part of that learning, is to know when you DON'T know something and ask a teammate for help. Don't continue to give less than a great experience to your customer.

I order same food and drink for days in a row. Tell me how on the fourth day my order is 2 dollars less and I don't remember donating at all. This Mcdonalds is a scam. Check your receipts if you order. I didn't notice till the fourth day and threw out my receipts.

Messed up the frys in my order so I went back, then I notice they didn't put any cheese on my Angus BACON cheddar burger. I'm not going back a second time, they can't even get this simple order right.

Every time I order from here, they mess up my order, or do not give all items. Happened on 3 different occasions. Least recommended McDonalds in Brantford.

Order was not received as ordered. Chicken sandwiches were requested with zero toppings just bun and chicken. Arrived without the bun.

The young girl was so rude and showed anger toward my step son. I will never return to this location. I asked to speak to manager and I was told she's too busy

I am sorry to say that this is one of the most disappointing McDonald’s that I have been to. It is unfortunate because it is the closest to my home, but we now avoid it. There are mistakes that are so common, we now wonder what the mess up will be each time. Honestly, it is the night crew that appear to be on another planet. You must clarify your order at least twice, and it still will be nothing like you requested. We ordered two of the same wrap, and each one was different.

Complaining politely will get you a glazed stare, and an attitude of “ so what. “ We just do not bother going here anymore because it is a consistent exercise in frustration.

The drive thru at this location is very slow sometimes and they charge for Mcchicken sauce on the side or extra dipping sauces where others locations do not. Otherwise it is a clean and friendly location.

Ordered a big mac combo with large fry and large ice tea. I get a burger with no condiments. When I call to get a replacement I was told I have to go pick it up when they have uber eats and skip the dishes that they could have being it to me. Not happy.

Got a smoothie and burger combo. Burger was made right away, fries took 10-12 minutes after that. Then after all my food had been made, they finally got down to changing the bag in the smoothie machine. It takes 2-3 minutes to change it according to the manager, so why i waited over 20 minutes for my order I really don't know. So i my burger was cold and sort of rubbery, and the fries werent even that warm by the time i finally got the smoothie. Thank for not very good food, that took way too long, and thank you for the passive aggresive remark from the manager about how long ot takes to change the machine. Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to.

Drive thru service was horrible. Waited well over 10 minutes to get my order after being asked to pull ahead to wait for it. For it I get two coupons one of which is for stores in Hamilton! Not impressed!

I use to bring my kids there when they were little they use too love the playground and the food now later my grand kids loved it as well
