Very dirty restaurant, I get times are busy, but that’s no reason for selling cold food. Three happy meals my one son had an over cooked chicken wrap with cold fries. The restaurant was an absolute disaster. The other two happy meals were nasty dry cheeseburgers with cold dry fries. Just disgusting they even are open or charging people for their garbage.

Ordering there every week. Want to say every time I have missed an item. Today my large fries fell in half. And didn't put 2 souses. I have a question how it’s possible for 5 items 2 missed and that's every time? The last time I didn’t get a burger, I get a refund but this refund did even not cover the new order. I believe that I will get in touch with manager about this

Manager on duty was extremely helpful when I called to make sure my friend was there, who was stranded and waiting for me to pick her up. It was SUPER nice of him to go out of his way to check on her.

Ordered a large iced coffee (confirmed with receipt) and received a medium. I talked to the guy (seems to be manager) and he changed it to a large, but it was just the medium one with more ice or water. It tasted very diluted. It is the first the first bad experience I've had, but thought it was important to mention it as it is not good practice.

Best breakfast and coffee in a hurry!

Drive thru team in the morning is top knotch!

I never leave bad reviews but this McDonald's is something else. Buns always stale, cold and burnt. Minimal toppings or sauce. I’ve tried it a handful of times and it’s always equally bad. Go somewhere else.

I always liked this location. Excellent staff, the service is always top notch. The drive through is fast and efficient, especially during the pandemic.

Ordered a sugar free vanilla latte. After waiting 10 minutes without my number being called, I went to the counter. Apparently they made the latte, but forgot to give it to me. But it wasn't sugar free. Further wait. It shouldn't take 13 minutes to get a latte. I wish I could say this was a one-time problem, but it seems almost every time I go to McDonald's (this location and others in the city) they get something wrong with the order. Cheese on a burger that's not supposed to have cheese, breakfast sandwiches but no hash browns in the bag, a fountain drink but no straw, a hot chocolate with no chocolate in it (I think it was just hot milk), someone else's double double coffees in drive thru when we ordered black. Ahhh, beyond frustrating. It's not rocket science folks.

Yes really poor food now since the covid-19 is here. Over thee time I pick up food there on Midland road and princess and mc nuggets not cook when you pay for 6 or 10. Big mac is really disgusting when you open the box. So since the covid it's look like they don't care about the service and customers.

LOL some kid with a holy cross hoodie tried to pocket 5 bucks by trying to charge me 5 bucks for ranch on my wrap working drive thru.

Can't give it a Zero.took 11 min.to place order only two people ahead of me in line. Then 2 coffee's took 19 min.to get from the timestamp on the receipt. Total 30 minuites to get 2 coffee. They don't like people coming in their store. The who own cars and are to lazy to come in the store get top service I seen 22 cars go through as I waited for 2 coffees

The one on gardiners road in Kingston Ontario, is normally open 24 hours and you can get anything you want but now with the rest of the McDonald's and town they only do a cash only until 4: 00 a.m. With muffins and donuts and that set. No other places in town is open on my shoe hit a convenient store to get something like junk food. There is no fast food in this city that you can get at any hour before 4: 00 a.m. Very disappointed.

2 out of 3 times my order was wrong. Last time I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 big mac meals. Got home and no cheeseburgers.

We got a hot choccy and those new donut things because why not, and the donuts were like their coffee sugar filled well the caramel one was pretty sweet and had the ouey goey but the sprinkle donut tasted stale although they look super cute. Anyways on to the hot chocolate it did not taste good it tasted sour as hell. But the dude got us a replacement for a large which is why they get a 5 star review and also they seemed like a jovial crew. But for food like a 2star lol

Well it started as a tale of, anger, and revenge.
This morning, I was a hungry dude. Drove over, ordered a pancake happy meal and an egg mcmuffin combo.both with orange juice.

Fantastic.

I drive home.not one bit of the mcmuffin combo was there!

So, I ate the pancakes and hash brown in record time, and drove back.
I went inside, and was asked if I was dining in or not. I explained.girl grabs manager, manager is the friendliest I've ever interacted with. I just explain what's up, and I just wanted my food.she inSISTED that I get a refund, and the meal, with an extra coffee!

Out STANDING outcome. I went from pretty irate, to feeling like I had just won something.

Every time I order any kind of burger, it’s comes all mashed up in the box, almost like it went through a paint shaker.if it was a one time thing I wouldn’t have an issue with it but it’s not.it’s honestly and truthfully happened more than 16 times.when you try and call to complain, they swear at you and call you names before hanging up. I’ve contacted corporate but haven’t gotten any help.if you’re looking to eat at McDonald’s I highly recommend that you steer clear of this location.nothing but problems and headaches.

I used the drive through and when coming inside to use the washroom after eating, I was shouted at by the Manager who thought I was a Skip The Dishes driver who was somehow doing wrong, serving her restaurant. Not a very nice experience.

Just went through drive through at princess Street and Midland. Ordered two grilled chicken wraps. Easy right? No. Gave us one large and one small? No receipt. So done with poor service at MacDonald. Do they not understand English? Never again. Make my own at home. Well even worse ice cold? Chicken looked like yesterday. No lettuce? Do you even know how to make a wrap. Dog ate it. Yuck.

Probably the slowest experience ever. Lots of people working but seemed to all be processing drive thru orders. Fries were bland and cold too.

The BEST staff work here! My coffee is ready when I walk in thanks to mobile ordering, and they are just the sweetest folks in there!

Decent for the money. Obviously this place is iconic but the prices are pushing it now. Almost a dollar per nugget. Really.
Please put more cost friendly items on your menu

Most of the staff here is very rude. Especially the managers. Wish they would get new managers here that actually know how to run a fast business and actually treat their customers right! I tell everyone not to go here because of the bad service

*Read before ordering* 01/10/20
I was asked if I would like to try the new "Big Mac with Bacon" I thought why not, and gave it a try. I ate a few bites to give it a chance, It didn't taste right so I threw it out. That is not like me, as I like burgers. So about 12-14 hours later I have a bad case of food poisoning. Diarrhea like Niagara Falls, and projectile vomiting that would make the Exorcist proud! I don't normally leave negative reviews but I feel people should be aware if it stops one person from feeling this sick it's better than saying nothing. 36 hrs later still feeling and tasting that burger. In fact that could be the last one I ever eat. Consider yourself informed.

Horrible experience.handed our delivery driver the wrong food, then I had to drive over myself and set things straight and they still messed up our order and argued with me in the drive-thru. Never going here again.

McDonalds is always our go to place. Your welcomed by friendly staff. You know what your getting before venturing in. They offer everything from standard to a healthy menu. I like how they are more modern in there decor. McDonalds stands behind the quality and standards of there food. The only restaurant I know of that will refund or replace items.

Poor service and rude so called manager on site. Kid wrap so cold and poorly made, poorly made quarter pound. Food comes to my table 15 minutes late after I have ordered. Can’t take or refer any one at this location. Manager has no customer service experience at all.

Service is always slow.they are very disorganized. You often have to ask for your meal when it sitting there getting cold cause no one gives food out lol. When you get it though, it's fresh and we'll put together

Clean, fast, cozy, can make order by touch screen displays, can order and wait the food on a table like a restaurant.it's not any more just a fast food.

Things sure have changed over the years.fast food isn't really fast anymore. Not only was my drive thru visit over 10 minutes long (based on their timer on the screen) they didn't even seem bothered by it. Just handed the bag out the window without so much as a thank you.
They used to care a bit about customer service. No?

The magic of McDonalds is no longer. It's prices have gone up, the fast food is nowhere near as fast as it was a decade ago, Now I have to wait sometimes over five minutes to get my food. Today at 5: 45pm I used the drive-thru. Tap did not work but that's not a big deal. The big deal was that I wanted a receipt, was told I'd get it in the bag and did not receive it. Apparently receipts and proof of purchase consumer rights are too big a step for this multi-million dollar corporations.
