Horrible service at the London rd Sarnia location.was waiting for 20 minutes to get our food. 3 people got their food before us and came in after us. We waited so long that when we just got seated a guy told us we had to leave in 9 minutes so we left and had to eat in our car.
The restaurant was dirty.sticky floors.no ketchup out.staff not friendly.or apologetic for the long wait. Your service was terrible.

Very bad service for skip order they don’t care about skip people have to wait half hour for their order no one like to take mcdonald s order

Staff experience has been very mixed, with some members yelling at me over simple misunderstandings, but most of the team is nice. Has closed in the middle of the day unannounced in the past, leaving orders, sometimes already paid for, stranded. Food is usually below the expected quality. Being open 24 hours and being fairly clean are about the only benefits to this place.

This place has been open until 2-4 am all my life. Today the drive thru was blocked off so I decide to knock on the door. I knock 3 times while 3 workers were sound at work. Not coherent whatsoever I kept banging on the door until your worker walked over and then continued to snap at me for “banging loud on the door” you guys need to grow up! Are you kidding me for this to be a professional establishment this is unacceptable let alone the fact that she has been accused of said things. I am publicly never visiting McDonald’s again, harassment is not necessary neither should it be tolorated during the court of law.

Please learn the difference between a chicken mcmuffin and a chicken mcgriddle I did not want my chicken patty between 2 undercooked pancakes this morning.

Lots of staff standing around but nobody could be bothered to come and take my order, so we just left and went to Wendy's down the road.

Waited 15 minutes after ordering for a single order of fries. Also no one was taking customers orders at the counter for that 15 minutes either.

I gave the girl working the window tonight around 3am $50 for a $14 bill, she tried to give me $30 as change and got angry and verbally abusive when I told her she was $6 short. We full out got in an argument, and after I wouldn't back down, she grabbed the $6 she had sitting beside the window (fully knowing it was mine) and gave it to me before shutting the window.

Try hiring staff that isn't trying to rip people off and cuss at customers. Absolutely pathetic. Not to mention they only gave me a medium fry instead of a large fry. I understand this is your only mcd's option late at night but wow.

I went in with my wife at 3: 03: 19am order 42. We pulled up amd she ordered. Than i ordered and asked for two double cheese add mac sauce and shredded lettuce. She said anything else. I said yes can we also get a large fry. She said no problem, please pull up to the second window. We did no problem. They didnt give us the large fry. I had to walk in and the door was locked and i got attitude about trying to come in. The lady than said you didnt order it i have the receiot inside? We had to go back through the drive through. When we pulled up she said large fry and i said yes like i ordered and she said you didnt nice try though.had to pay full price and got attitide from them all. Will never be back there again. I managed a mcdonalds for years and i cant believe how we were treated. We just got back from a long roadtrip and just wanted food. So dissapointed. Talk to these people they ruined our appetite!

Management and staff are nice. The bad part is all the UBER Eats and Skip Drivers crowding the counters, not respecting social distancing and even reaching around grabbing orders off the counter. There needs to be a designated out door space for them to park and a space for them to pick up their stuff. This is a deterrent for me and often why I do not visit this location.

LITERALLY DID NOT MAKE HALF THE BURGERS AND ORDER! I ordered 2 Double Big Mac Combos. The fries were half full. The actual Double big macs were missing the top half of the burger, meaning, missing 2 patties each, (4 patties total), NO lettuce, onion or mac sauce. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BETWEEN TOP 2 BUNS. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but sadly, it's not the first or second time this has happened ordering double big macs FROM THIS LOCATION.

Cashier was a bit rude and they didn't allow me to make a purchase in the restaurant, The food was mediocore. Price was alot more than expected especially cuz all I got was 2 $2 big macs and 2 drinks.

Every morning I have to stir my own coffee (double double) so it isn't so bitter. A double double should be sweet and creamy, not bitter and watery. Once stirred it is fine which tells me the employees aren't stirring the coffee. Please make a better effort of this.

Went there around midnight and it was somewhat busy. My partner and I ordered two burgers and two apple pies - super simple, I figured they would be ready when we got to the window.not only were they not ready, but we were asked to wait in one of the parking spots at the front for our food and we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes and when we got our food, it was cold.

They tasted great as usual, but it took them a very long time to prepare our food and even then, they still forgot some of our order. There was barely anybody in the Drive-Thru and only one other person inside.

Twice in a week I asked for a "sausage w/egg" breakfast sandwich. Both times there was no egg. Coffee taste burnt as well. I guess that's why I go to Tim Hortons. McDonald's usually screws up my order in some way.
I won't be going back. I'm done.

They've gone down in quality, and quantity, the two can dine are usually when I'll go, the big macs are still great, I use to order and love the quarter pounder with cheese but lately its been cold, smaller, and dry, but love the fries most days when they're fresh, mc doubles are always a great deal, order an extra patty on it for cheap, its worth it

Earlier this restaurant was serving good food with great quality but now day by day its decreasing. They always make coffee wrong and this is how they made my sandwich BURNT. And that's not the main problem, the employees are super rigid, if you'll complain they'll literally say "that's no way possible we made the wrong thing. " Like come on accepting it won't kill you. From my bad experience I've already banned Mc'd from my life, no matter what not coming to your stores again.

Never seem to have to wait too long in this locations drive thru, things always keep moving along even during rush hours.

Just dropped by McDonald's on London Rd. Waited 25 minutes to be told the brand new Minute Maid slushie machine was broken, as well as the ice cream machine. If all these machines are going to be consistently "broken, " they shouldn't advertise the products. Ordered 2 large fries instead, and the fry boxes were half full and unsalted. I never post reviews, but truly thought this visit warranted one.

They have a sandwich called the "Big Mac", possibly in reference to Mac from "Always Sunny in Philadelphia" who builds mass through an abundance of overconsumption. I feel like this sandwich would allow you to attain mass like Mac, without all the bothersome overconsumption.

Booooo. I know its 2am but woman, get your act together. Wrong size fries, wrong size drink. No sauce that I asked for.tragic.

We often stop by this particular restaurant for their coffee as it's always hot and tasty. We have only tried the breakfast sandwiches and muffins so cannot comment on other offerings. The staff is always pleasant and helpful - except on weekends when there is different staff and a noticeable change. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good except the eggs are always a bit greasy and we've just stopped ordering the sausage patties because we have to blot the copious amount of grease off before eating them. The muffins are a bit too 'cakey' for our taste and they too, leave grease on your fingers. The worst time to go to this McDonald's is at lunchtime when students are there. There are over 6 ways to order: at the counter, kiosk, Uber, Skip-the-dishes, iPhone app and drive thru so this just adds to the busy-ness of the restaurant but they seem to manage it.

For the SECOND time in a row, I’ve received a completely wrong order. I’m very very displeased. Not only do we wait extra time but we also have to specify while order on exactly what we want and even double check at the windows and even still get it wrong. Can’t even get so much as drink right.

I've breakfasted here weekly for the past 2 years. Overall, I rate my experience highly and will continue for the foreseeable future. However, recently, I've received a "Sausage McMuffin" instead of the "Egg Mc Muffin", which includes ham, that I ordered. This was probably the result of the Company using the same wrapper for both "McMuffins" which directly causes the employees to make the error. Is this what the McDonald company wants?

The mest and most hard working manager Emma Taylor. She is the best emploee snd co worker! Make sure customers come first and food is at it higest quality
