Always getting my order wrong and never have working milkshakes it's ridiculous. I want a shake at 5am where do I go.used to ge my local McDonald's but nope it doesn't keep machine on 24 hours it's just stupid and poor service for customers. They lock the handicap bathroom instead of just monitoring it more for outlandish behaviors that they locked it ⁶. Just awful

Their service is too bad. They make you wait for too long. Even I didn’t want to give one star. Don’t go there…. Too much waiting time.

Drive through is slow, slow, slow, and riddled with potholes. The food was hot and fresh, much appreciated, but communication would be nice while I waited 7 minutes at the window after paying with no explanation.

I wish I could give them 0 star.worst management and customer service don't go to this branch

I do not recommend ever ever. I put in a mobile order at 13: 15 and I’m still waiting for it (13: 37). Horrible service. Never again.

When you force people to pay almost $5.00 for a large fries, you need to be giving people an actual large fries. On several occasions that I've purchased a large fries as part of a meal, the fries are either soft, not fresh and looks like a small fries. It's not even filled up to the brim. I've asked on numerous occasions for them to fill it up and I've often been met with eye rolls and no apologies.

If you want to keep a good customer base, you need to implement changes in this McDonald's location.

Very disappointed on numerous visits including today.

The food here is hit or miss, sometimes you get fresh fries and nuggets and sometimes it’s the reheated flash cook in oil. It’s our family’s go to cheat meal so take that with a grain of salt. Also, please ensure your staff have enough people working because it gets soooo busy and hangry kids are the worse. And on that note: you gave 3 happy meals with the same green squishmallow toy and our kids can’t tell the difference between whose is whose and they hate us now. Just kidding. Kind of.

Ok it started off in drive threw, they told me to pull over to the side and wait for my order, it took a half hour someone finally came and asked what we ordered, I paid already and they gave my order to someone else, another 20mins goes by they bring my food get home they shorted me a French fries quarter pounder instead of big Mac, gave me 20 nuggets no sauce, 1 sprite instead of 2 and my sandwich look at this

First time shame on you.
Second time shame on me.
I should know better than to expect any kind of acceptable customer service.
Not saying don't go here, just expect the opposite of what you pay for.
Shame on the owner.

Don’t waste your time. The slowest most disorganized McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I rarely leave reviews but felt oblige to in this case. The drive thru was so slow that I exited to use the walk in option. I had already placed my order on the app. I went inside where I explained my order was on the app and the girl left and never came back. Another woman came by took another couples order and then asked me for my code which I had to repeat 5 times before finally just showing my phone app. Then she left without saying a word. 5-10 minutes later she called my order. I had ordered 2 coffees and a milkshake. The coffees were actually COLD! Worse place ever. If I could leave a zero star I would.

One of the better Mcdonalds locations. Staff knows how to prioritize and manage the flow of customers well. Definately gets busy but they are able to handle it. The drivethru service at this location at later hours of the night is better than other mcds in the GTA. Well designed!

Service not only is super slow and disorganized, the drive through lines are unevenly served, they got most if not all my items either stale or wrong.
Worst of all, they keep punching my orders incorrectly and end up charging me more.
I hate this location so much. Its a convenient one because its close to home but I much rather go to the James Snow location to get the quality of food that I asked and paid for

Is not the same. Poor service, smaller portions, higher prices, employees keep forgetting to complete the order, or don't put napkins or sauces, or forget a burger or fries or nuggets.

Always very slow service.cars are line up on street but workers at this place dont care. They always very slow.better to go to james snow macdonald this location is time wasting.always atleast 25 minutes wait time.

Great customer service! Also great at serving customers very fast in the drive thru. Not many McDonald restaurants seem to care about the drive times.

I just had to wait 10 minutes for two coffee when there was no one in drive-through, it was flowing nicely and what appears to be tons of people working in the kitchen. There’s absolutely no excuse for this. This restaurant is getting worse by the minute but unfortunately it’s the only one in South Milton. Who is expediting and do they have experience? #mcdonalds #horribleservice

This place always messes up order yesterday it was the 6th time and I had to go report to the manager I won’t recommend this place

I had originally given it five stars but lately since a month when we wait at the curbside for our orders no one comes to give the order we have to go inside and ask them to give it.
It is very frustrating especially if one is getting late for work because of that.
Please do better. May be hire more employees l.

One of the betrer locations for drive thru. Always seem to get the order correct and its pretty quick. Obviously at busy times its a bit alower but i fond this location more organozed and quicker than the rest

Waiting standing in front of the cash for 10m before being served. Staff was more focused on the drive through. Overall dissapointing

This is the worst McDonald's. I once had to wait 40 mins for 3 sausage and egg mcmuffin sandwiches. I have never received an order from this store that has been correct. I would give it zero stars if I could.

If I could give 0 star I would. This is the third time this is happening to me, this time I am running late for work so I had to leave without my order. I was told to move forward while I wait for my order, I told the lady I'm going to work so I need my order STAT, she said I had to wait few minutes. I wanted 25mins and still order isn't ready while they attended to several customers after me, the last time it was more than 30mins of waiting in a drive thru. This is so messed up and not happy about it.

Average Service. Quite similar to other locations. Nothing special. Not a regular customer, mostly it is pleasant experience.
Following comment is not for this location but McDonald's Canada in general: Prices are too high in my opinion

Bad service.the manager on duty was rude, impolite. We left the restaurant without picking up the order. Many employees think if a customer walk away or they were not happy with the service nothing will happen. Unfortunately every business running due to human customer (not robot) it doesn't matter how big the business or country if there is no human support it will go down.no company no job.

No parking for curb side. No direction of traffic. Drive thru exits via parking (which is clogged with cars). Drive thru line starts at the street. 15 minute (minimum) wait for a single order

They are usually alright I can handle the bad foodmaking. But giving me a small amount of fries when I ordered a large Fry.that's the lineeee.

The food was VERY bad. I got double cheese burger and and junior Chicken. The beef was dry and hard for some reason, and the junior chicken was very dry and had no sauce whatsoever, Also, the fries was very dry as well. I had to put sauce from my own house from the absolute dryness of the food. VERY DISSAPOINTED! The guy who mad my food should be fired and never be allowed to work in restaurents again. Never ordering from this location again

It is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I recently moved to the area and have visited this Mcdonalds location at Santa Maria Blvd in Milton, a few times as it's in the area.and I must say it's the worst experience I have ever had. Almost every time my order has some issues. And the staff is not friendly too

Had the rudest experience with staff at this location this morning (aug 11 2021 @ 11: 30am) at the drive-through. Was told to park in parking space #1 and they will bring your order out. Space number one was occupied so we parked in number two and when the McDonald’s associate came out with the order she scolded us for not parking in the correct spot. We advised her that spot number one was occupied, she proceeded to give us major attitude and walked away spewing sarcastic comments.

Fries where great, Soft drink where great, Though this location is known for messing up my order frequently and I believe there understaffed.

Post dinner Mcflurry drive thru experience wasn't so great, the person taking the order was generally confused and ended up with only a half-filled Mcflurry

My feedback is specifically about drive through order/pickups. 85% chances are they will messed up your order. On every 2nd or 3rd order I have to go all the way back from home to fix their mistakes. Is it that hard to serve the correct order?

Update - Feb 2021.
Again messed up my drive through order. Worst McD location ever and worst drive through staff. Reached home to discover they gave me wrong food, not what I ordered and missing hash brown. I am done with this location, would rather drive to the one on Martin st next to 401.

Horrible this location always mess up your order or makes you parks and wait 10 mins for your order. Drive thru is Horrible same as inside

Very slow. People on remote order do not understand and they might charge you multiple times. Be aware and always check your order. They should have better people on the service.

I've been more often during the pandemic than any other time before, and they've done great work. Credit to thr staff for working so well in such a mess.

Why advertise 24/7 service when you guys don't serve from 3-4am? False advertising. Ordered through the app, told me they got the order and I can pick up, drove all the way there only for them to tell me they are not serving until 4. Thanks for wasting my gas and time.

The shift manager was extreamly awesome here at this location. She was more than kind and went out of her way to accommodate my family and I with our order. It's nice to get customer service like this when you do being as it doesnt happen often. She put a smile on my kids faces too. Thanks so much:)

Always double check your order before you go, even if the order taker takes it properly. Also most staff here is good and some are great. But as with most places still a couple horriblebly frustrating staff who would be better suited to smile and be happy that they are employed during covid vs being miserable on a daily basis

I have no idea what’s wrong with them. It had happened so many times that I come home and my burgers are totally different. Today I ordered Habanero chicken burger and I got a burger with no sauce in it. Sometimes I’ve ordered 3-4 burgers and either they’d have no sauce or they’d just be totally different

Whether you line up in their 10 car drive through (which will take about 15 - 20 min, even if you are just getting a coffee), or go in to use thier self serve kiosk to order your solo coffee.be prepared to wait! Rather than having cars park when preparing food for orders, they hold up the entire lineup. Similarly, staff generally ignore the small quick orders and instead move through the production line inside, serving order by order as received.despite a coffee only taking 30 seconds to pour and send someone on their way. Lets not forget, McDonalds is making a run at the coffee shop market! You need to adjust processes accordingly.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No exaggeration, we were in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. When my husband saw his filet o fish there was what seemed like ink imprints on the cheese. Another time that we went, we ordered a chicken mctaster, when we drove away we realized that they forgot to put the chicken. Had to drive back and let them know- the lady seemed annoyed that we were asking for the missing chicken and gave us attitude. Only come here if you’re extremely desperate for food. Otherwise, try the ginos pizza, firehouse subs, barburrito or Tim Hortons in the same plaza.
