What’s the point of having two drive thrus if they’re going to make you sit and only use the other one.

DRIVE THE HOUR TO GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALD'S LOCATION - Kirkland lakes location is absolutely disgusting. I understand it's a McDonald's so my expectations are clearly not high.the workers first language is not English- which is fine, but if you cannot speak or understand English how did you even get the position? You then are selling old cold hard nuggets that I wouldn't and didn't even give my dog, yogurt for kids that is so warm it will 100% make anyone that eats it sick - and most of you don't wear the appropriate 'PPE' as in hair masks or face masks as 90%of your staff have more hair on their face then on their heads.

Apparently this is a fully loaded McDouble with extra pickles and onion. Wow!

The employee said they were just waiting on the fries, while the couple in the front evidently were flirting with each other. When I received the food, my receipt was not the correct one. I ordered take in, but they gave me a takeout bag provided with no napkins and a very messy saucy burger. The fries were very undercooked also?

I only went here because my granddaughter wanted to go. Server was pleasant, tables dirty and floor was unswept.
Food was what was to be expected from "fast food" - mediocre at best.

Kiosk order, wanted dine in but got a takeout bag with no napkins, staff was pretty loud chattering in the back, was told waiting on fries and they were under cooked, another gentleman walked in and waited and waited while the 2 that served us were sitting behind me at the table, he ended up walking out cause nobody served him, they claimed he was a friend, I just said I should call the owner, which is someone I know, cause clearly management don't care, she said to ahead, not my first bad experience at this location but it's the only one, always somewhat slow
