Fast food that was not fast. This location is small and busy and there is nowhere to wait without getting in the way of someone ordering or picking up.
It's a small McDonalds. Fast enough service. The only issue is the incredibly rude delivery guys that barge in shouting at the McDonalds servers. Such disrespect.
No mobile ordering which is due to the smaller size of the business. You go in and use the touch screen boards. It’s pretty clean (especially during covid) like all McD’s they suffer from supply shortages or undertrained team members and that eliminates frozen items and smoothies frequently. But I like the size the staff are more personable then any other McD’s I’ve gone to
It's good and bad. It's more or less the workers. They were closed without even a sign or saying why on a Tuesday 4pm. If you walk in and no ones there your gonna wait a while until they come to see you. The food is good never had a problem with it
Waited 15 minutes for 2 mcflurries, asked for a refund and was ignored. Loads of people in and out. COVID protocols not followed. Not good enough. Never again.
I hate this place. I ordered a big mac, and half a day after I ate it, I was doubled over vomiting every 30 min. I would vomit acid after all the big mac was out. I went to the hospital and they said i had severe food poisoning. I had to get blood tests and a IV. The IV didn't even help much. I was still nonstop vomiting.worst experience ever. Never Go Here.
This is by far the worst McDonald's you could go to and it's not like McDonald's sets a high bar. Forget fast food, you'll be waiting here for up to 20 minutes to get your order. My waistline thanks you for your terrible service.
Chaotic, unorganized, a gentleman that was waiting when I got there to place my order was still waiting when I finished at the kiosk. After a while he got really fed up (there was 5 of us waiting) and asked why his order of a medium coke was taking so long.
Everyone seemed to be waiting, no numbers were being called. Their number printing machine was so backed up it was printing non-stop. Why did it get to this point? I waited 15 minutes for my large ice coffee, only got it when I asked where my order was. They handed me a medium and insisted it was a large when I told them it looked like a medium. Came home and compared it to the medium I had gotten from my local McDonald's (I was in this area for an appointment so stopped at this one while heading to the st Clair TTC) and what do you know, matched the medium size. Never going back to this location again. I even took a picture just so I could submit a complaint to their hq. The "Large" on the left.
They DID NOT fill up my large fries. Paid for a large amount and got a medium one. I wonder if a bit more fries to please your customers can hurt your profit that much. Nice trick mc donalds! Not sure I’ll be coming back.
This location is not good, first of all there is always some customers with mental disorders or homeless who fighting with personnel. For that reason stuff is not working fast and with the smile, cause they have to spent a lot of time and energy to deal with some massed up customers, I try to avoid that location.
Tons of fake reviews. The service is always slow and they take priority of Uber eats then their customers waiting. To make things worse they always screw up the order.
Visited here as a courier. Treated me with no respect, and forced to wait 15 minutes to get the order that was already prepped. Worst MacDonald's I've ever been to.
Absolutely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to! Knowing that this location is notorious for messing up orders I checked my food before exiting and of course they forgot an item.so I get to work and take a sip of my drink and it's not even what I ordered! Next I dive into the doughnuts and I actually had to throw them out as the were rock hard! I am now stuck at work for the next 8 hours and will not be able to go back again. All 3 times I've went to this location theyve messed up my order. I'm done giving this location chances, I'm not wasting my money here anymore! Oh and expect a big wait time if you do stop by.
It's another MehDonalds certainly not good but also definitely not bad; so a solid MEH; with a collection of truly delicious synthetic flavoured beverage, mixed with 100% real ice (my guilty is the vanilla chai) they keep you coming bac
I just want to say the customer service from this place absolutely wonderful. Mary is my favourite and she is so playful and wonderful in terms of providing a good service. Jackie, Jobel, Karla and Gail are also wonderful and they make you feel at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
This is my 2nd favorite location. Most not all but most of the staff are cool and friendly. And over the years I've had a few issues with the food and staff but lately I've had no complaints!
Limited products are available.this stores main demographic is aim towards teens after school hour, nothing more to get you excited but hey staff are good and friendly.
Small dirty subway McDonald’s. Nowhere to sit. Probably the most profitable one since it is so tiny and is just a commuter walkthrough one. Service is fine. It would be hard to keep clean with the location and clientele garbage blowing around outside is not their fault. It is further a mess because it is an endless stream of Uber eats and doordash drivers picking up orders making the fast food experience a slow and frustrating one.
There are a couple good workers here (on cash weekday mornings) and that's about it. It's tiny and busy but they constantly mess up orders and are the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. The girl who assisted at the counter calling out orders today at 1pm was particularly unpleasant. She knew my order was wrong, looked at me like I was horrible, said yaya we'll fix it. When I got it back it was still missing part of it but I had already waited way too long and just decided to leave rather than deal with her attitude again.
Likely one of the worst McDonald's in the Toronto area. No where to sit, always dirty. The kind of place you order your food in and leave as quick as possible.
Big cons are slow service, inattentive staff, and an odd clientele. Recommend using this place to grab and go or to get delivery from. It gets 2 stars for at least serving McDonald's food that meets standard.
I stop by here too often between 3: 30- 4: 30am when I'm headed home from work, and quite regularly get told they are not able to take orders for 15-20 mins. As they are shutting down the system to end the day and opening a new one. For a location that's open 24/7 they should never be turning customers away. They should have a system in place to be able to always take orders!
Waited 15min for my meal and when it finally came the frys were cold, then I had to wait again 5 min for fresh frys and when I finally ate my burger it was freezing.
Built in to the ground level of St. Clair subway station, this location is mainly intended for "grab and go" ordering. No seats, and limited space, but open late, so great for late night munchies on your way home. It is outside the gates of the station, so will need to exit in order to get food, but with the TTC's 2 hour free transfer, this should not be a problem for many people.
It took 4 staff, none of which can read English I guess, 10 minutes of passing my coupon back and forth from idiot to idiot to tell me in the end that even though my coupon clearly states that it can be used for ANY angus burger, that I can only get the one type of angus burger that comes up when they try to punch it into the register, due to their incompetence. Is using coupons rare enough for them all to have had no idea how to use one? So I left with nothing.
Useless, illiterate staff. The level of service is pathetic and embarrassing, even for a McDonald's.
No wonder their door keeps getting smashed. Kudos to whoever keeps doing that. They deserve it. I smile every time I walk past and see their door broken once again.
Food I ordered was as expected but it seemed to take much longer than it should have for a simple breakfast combo. One feels that way too many folks come in after you and leave before you do.
Horrible, slow service. They are completely disorganized. I have given this location multiple tries thinking maybe the other time I tried was an exception, a busy day. Nope! I ended up leaving after waiting 15 minutes for a coffee. Never will be going back.
Nothing special. They'll get you your food, but don't expect it too quickly. It's a tiny location so there's also very limited seating space. Definitely a pick up and get on the subway location.
Horrible location, skip if you can. I ordered a fudge sundae and it took a full 10 minutes to be made and the place wasn't even busy. The cherry on the top was that the employee didn't actually know how to make the sundae and handed me the sundae with the fudge on the button of the cup. I ask right away why is it that she put it at the button and that it's not supposed to be.another employee comes up and tells me that it's extra to get it on top. That's the biggest lie I've ever heard. They also didn't give me any nuts initially even though it was listed on the order. Horrible service and customer service at this location.
Not a very pleasant place. This busy neighborhood fast food joint has plenty of competition, such as the Tim Hortons, Church's Chicken and Poppeye's Chicken. The food is stand McDonalds, but the shop attracts a sketchy crowd at times. Especially on Mondays. The seniors sometimes hang out there for a coffee, but the sketchy vibe from some folks probably keeps them away. Anticipate crazy.
