Very fast and fresh but the hash browns where not very warm.other than that very good. Nice staff for sure

Ordered a coke with my meal today. Drive thru person hands me a fruitopia. I give it back telling him I ordered coke. He gives me a coke but when I get home I try it has a slight fruitopia flavor.

Easily one of the best McDonald’s locations in London, when I’m in london I’ll go out of my way to go to this location instead of some of the near-bye ones because the service and times are better here. As always with McDonald’s I wish there were more vegetarian options so I usually only get drinks or dessert items. Would recommend the oreo McFlurry or the strawberry pie.

Always a nice place to get a quick bite during the day. Has good prices and their food is (most of the time) what we ordered. Although I recommend you go at peek hours during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once it is slow, the food quality isnt at fantastic but during peek hours, fries are always fresh and the burgers are always great. We definitely enjoy the varieties that they carry and new flavours of burgers. The ice cream is iconic and can never go wrong with a simple cone.

Everytime Emily is managing there is issues with orders. Then I tried to resolve it to have her literally walk away and hide in the back forcing her staff to resolve the issue. Poor employees haveing to manage this Managers poor management. Thank you Carley for simply fixing the order!

My place of work orders from this location at least once a week for lunch (trust me I know) and they ALWAYS MESS UP OUR ORDER. We’ve been there when it’s busy and when it’s slow and they always forget to pack food that we’ve paid for.

Even when we’ve ordered through skip they mess up our order. It baffles my mind that they are so consistent being inconsistent!

I wish I I could give this location 0 stars, double check your orders people. I’m tired of having to go inside the store to correct the order or worse, driving back to work and realizing that something is still missing that we’ve paid for

Ordered food from here today wanting a double quarter pounder with cheese, no onions, extra condiments. Burger gets here and with the tag on it saying its what I wanted only to open it and find its not even remotely close to the double quarter pounder I Ordered let alone the stuff I wanted on a burger. Same order, a cheese burger happy meal for my daughter, comes as a burger with no cheese OR even ketchup for that matter. This is why they don't deserve $15/hr

Second meal I have gotten that the burger looked like had sat and got remade into another burger.old cheese was still on the bottom of the pattie and new cheese on top. Disgusting and pathetic to reserve old food. Will never be back to this location. Not even worth a star I gotta give to write a review.

I ordered 3 things from this location on door dash. When they arrived, there was only two of the three things which were chicken nuggets. They were so cold that they felt like they came from a refrigerator. I phoned this location that they came from and asked why the rest of my order was missing. I spoke with the manager and she replied with "O it's not our problem, get a refund from door dash. We don't care, if we don't have something too bad don't order from here again". Acting as if it's my fault that I ordered something that they couldn't provide. Not only did I feel belittled, I wasted my time for something that never even showed up. Avoid this location. I had many disappointing experiences with this MC Donalds. Every time i order something, they always mess up. Today i ordered food through door dash and they didn't packed the burger inside the bag. And i called the store and asked about that. They responded really bad. The customer service in this store is really really bad. This is not the first time i am experiencing bad customer service from mc donalds in highbury. The management should look into this issue. Lot of customers have this problem with this particular store.

Consistently the worst food quality of any other McDonald's I've gone to in the city. Cold fries, messy burgers, old dry meat, missing ingredients, surly employees. Needs better management and quality control. Always drive farther to a different one because this one sucks.

The worst McDonalds in the city. Order is wrong almost every time. Last visit I had mentioned to a staff member that it was wrong. He thanked me for letting him know and walked away. Manager never responded to me either. Just brutal.

The lady asked me to wait in parking and she will bring it to the car

I waited 15 mins and then i called them.
The lady on the fone told me that they are baking fresh chicken
And within 2 mins they handed over the burgers to me

The patty in burger was completely stale.i had severe stomach pain and finally ended up vomiting.

Apparently our cashier is really hype about preparing drinks. Like, really, really hype. Waited 15 mins for her to take our order, but at least we were entertained watching the shift manager sass her staff, featuring such gems as, "Does it look like there's anything in the bag, Dylan? ! "

Busy busy busy.an order of sausage egg McMuffin hash brown in large black coffee takes 25 minutes to fill. Obviously there are serious Staffing problems.

Some of the worst food service. Not just for Mcdonalds but for most food places in town.sloppy presentations, burgers are half wrapped sometimes, they forget basic things like napkins, utensils and straws on almost every order, they mix up items and the food is always made half-effort. Dont ever expect what you pay for here. This location takes zero pride in their food. Ive have also had multiple complaints from Uber Eats drivers that the staff at this location also treat them rudely. Just all around bad experiences. Dont go there unless you dont have a choice to be honest. I just order from other locations in town. Much better experience.

The customer service has gone down so much. 15 mins to wait for curbside pickup and then the order was wrong and I had to go in to get the missing item which too 4 mins before someone even acknowledged I was in the store.

Who ever is working at the highbury mcdonalds during the night is disorganized and messy.

Two times in a row my burger has come fallen apart. The last time the cheese wasn't even in the sandwhich.

Ordered a large tea and got a large coffee instead, even though the receipt on the cup says tea. Can't drink this much coffee at 10 pm:/

Everyday after 10 PM when you are picking up your order through the drive thru, they tell you that you cannot pickup here, and you must go inside. However, they will also tell you that the front door is closed after 10? Wth? I thought you didn't know that, if you know that why are you wasting your customers time but not walk for a few steps to get the food instead?

So, the only way for who is taking prepaid order after ten, you have to dance at the front door to catch one of the clerks’ eyes. And I think they have been treating customers like fool for a time.

Overall, just do not go to McDonald, at least not this dumberry one.

This mcdonalds is a prime example of why minimum wage is too high. Every single time, without fail, that I get food from this mcdonalds, there is something wrong with my order. I wish I was exaggerating, but i'm really not.

They dont know what they are making you order something they give you missing items specially morning shift at 4.00 am 07/06/2021 monday morning.

I was supposed to pickup a order for doordash on 22 may around 1: 50 am. As per the instructions on the application I was supposed to pick it up from the drive thru. I was the only one at that time at the drive thru. The girl over there told me that she cannot handle me so I have to go around and go wait outside as she was so rude and disrespectful. After that when I parked my car over there then she told me that I cannot park over here after that One boy came out and started arguing. I think it’s not possible for them to just be polite, give me the order and let me go and do my job. But all they want is yo be rude, disrespectful, show how frustrated they always are. I was on my shift, waited for so long, wasted my time, and then also came without getting order. Hats of to the service they provide. I hope they will get what they are doing with others. Creating mess is there hobby. They will not do their work properly and will not others let do their job. All they want to do is drama. Worst ever experience. I hope no one will ever get this type of service.

Worst ever employees, they are so so rude always start arguing. I don’t know why they show so much of attitude. Will never ever visit again. Always it has been the same worst experience. Don’t even know how to talk. I feel so frustrated after visiting. I visited on 22 may and came without getting the order. Ordered sausage and egg McMuffins this morning. 2 of the sandwiches had long hairs in them. One is bad enough but two is just blatant disregard for food safety and obviously hair nets aren’t used. Disgusting

A place where delivery drivers aren't respected. No washrooms access. And during night times there isn't any real social distancing followed by the establishment. And to add insult almost no vegetarian menu items.

I celebrated my nomination today in this gorgeous place. Well we enjoyed a incredible evening and the place was definitely one of the reasons for the outstanding event. The team contributed in a graceful way, the cuisine was great and my friends were extremely joyful. We shall surely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

The morning staff that deals with iced coffee orders for Uber eats is amazing! Every time I get at coffee around 7am it is made perfectly without complaint! Very appreciative:)

If McDonald's had a face, I would punch it. It's a quick service restaurant that rarely has quick service, and is an inconvenient convenience. The value isn't especially valuable. If the coffee weren't as good as it is, I'd almost never go, but it's not good enough to convince me to go often.

Delivery drivers stay away from this place. They never complete order on time, expecially the night shift team. They are the worst.

There should be an option for zero stars.

One of the busiest McDonald’s in the city. But well organized and clean store. Always big line ups in the drive thru sometimes even to the road. They are following all the safety policy for COVID 19.

Ordered something and got something different

Firstly was asked to pull ahead to wait for a my order. After receiving it and driving away noticed the burger we waited for was not in the bag. 2 bent and broken straws. Cold frys and a greasy receipt I can't read. Once again my fault for not checking before leaving but has happened too many times

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru I was told I had to be pulled forward and wait on fresh fries no big deal however 3 more orders go through and two of them get pulled ahead as well. Time continues pass as those two receive their order and are on there way. I have to physically leave my car and enter the store to pick up my mobile drive through order. When I enter the store my bag is also just sitting under the heat lamp, they had just completely forgotten about me and left me in their reserved parking. Very dissapointed, I will definitely be going out of my way to eat at other establishments.

I am uber eats driver i cancel my most orders from this place because this place staff acting like delivery deals are not their customers they are refusing to pay attention to delivery drivers my last time there i can see the order was ready to go i ring the bell that they are asking for they where refusing me also i walked inside and wawe at them also saying hello to them they were still refusing me after 20 minutes waiting i had to cancel the order i won't pick up any orders from there again.

I avoid this location typically, the food is pretty sub par even for being fast food and I've encountered rude staff on too many occasions.

I am here at 143 am 14 November 2020 Saturday and manager on shift name is Erin. I always believed that McDonald’s management is top notch when it comes to customer service. But it was a bitter experience and absolutely not acceptable at all.
So I had the monopoly coupons for sandwich and small coffee. I asked to have chicken Harbnaro and small coffee. She refused and I mentioned that other McDonald’s 103 Fanshawe park 1205 Fanshawe park 61 oxford 1033 wonderland locations do make these orders, totally understandable that if she doesn’t want to make it or this store has different policy. But she yelled on me and said that this is our store and slammed the door of drive through window.

So is this the treatment a customer should deserve, if she is upset or having a bad shift, sit down and chill or quit the job cuz I believe in this pandemic time there are better people who are looking for job than her.

I used to go to this location, but eventually switched to the Masonville location because the iced coffee was never made correctly. Several times I had coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup.

I stood there for around 3 mins, and no one there to help me, was askin them for the order, they just turned their face to pretend they '' workin'', If u expect the staff ignore you, right place!

I felt freedom of been saved, because no one told me how long I can be there, I just felt happy and free Wi-Fi, thank-you Macdonald your food is delicious! Hopefully we still have your special prices!

This mc staff is unkind and looks tired. I feel something bad with staff. Don't recommend to buy food here and go other mc. Don't make them tired. Burger looks like made by foot not both hand or one hand. Holly mass.
