Food is consistent but would be nice if they would put a napkin in the bag without asking for one everytime

Can't get one order right! I don't know what it would take for them to do their job.no tartar sauce in filet o fish, cheeseburger in place of chicken wrap, no straws in bag, no sauce in habanero chicken. What a joke.

Ridiculous drive thru waiting time. Waited in line to order a milkshake, was told it was "broken". Requested a complimentary ice cream per my time in the drive thru, was told yes, and then upon getting to the window, was told that the manager said we'd have to pay for it. Clearly poor management and decision making.

Got the food through drive-thru. Tried the maple bacon quarter pounder and spicy nuggets. Burger was ok and kind of dry. Nuggets were definitely white man spiced.

Service was quicker than expected for this chain restaurant.

The girls taking our order were so sweet even though we changed things so many times they remained patient! Even wishing my mom a happy birthday! So shout out to them and the food was HOT.

I was order 590 and asked for a double double they gave me a different orders coffee and put the 590 label on very loosely. The coffee has absolutely no sugar and was definitely made for order 588. Ridiculous as the drive thru wasn’t even that busy at the time.

Wow this is a busy location. However the drive thru lane is nice and long and the staff are great at filling the orders. Is there any better ice cream around for the price? It’s not fancy but it always seems to satisfy that craving which is all that matters sometimes.

It was clean. It seems like the older design. The machine didn't print my receipt. But everything was okay, nothing special.

McDonalds is great fast food place to eat and i truly recommend going if you love hamburgers, fires, chicken nuggets, coffees, sandwiches, raps, ice creams, salads and more. They also have the option of doing drive though which is amazing. Another thing i love about McDonalds is that there food is very cheap.

Friendly staff, food was nice and hot and the cold drinks hits the spot for a 29C sunny day! Thanks.

I ordered 20 piece nuggets and asked for 3 sauces but only got 1. And the worst of all is my large orange juice was diluted with water and it tasted like nothing but water - unbelievable. This is the first time I got a diluted orange juice from McDonald's. Did you run out of orange juice? I paid for a large orange juice, not a small orange juice mixed with a large cup of water.

Ordered through skip. No bacon added to the burger but most disgusting of all was the hair mixed in with the poutine that I had to fish out of my mouth. Try to call but with 12 minutes to close, no one picks up

McDonald's staff are professionally trained well and are doing their job with the most honor and dignity.my full respect to all their staffs.

Consistently omits food purchased, and Lizzie, the store manager, validates the Peter Principle

This location regularly leaves out food paid for and good luck trying to get an actual refund. When part of my one meal of the day is missing and I have to spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to rectify the problem, the food is ice cold at that point. When you ask most people what the worst food to reheat is, the answer consistently is "McDonald's" - even 5 seconds in the microwave for their fries turn them to limp mush.

They want to give you food to avoid a negative reflection on their shift. A shift manager can only refund $10 IN TOTAL per day.

At this point we had guests arriving so there was no chance to even consider eating cold grease, but apparently that was my fault. I was told by the shift manager that I could receive a full refund, but only through the power of Lizzie. It seems Lizzie doesn't care what her employees say to customers on behalf of her store, she quickly transfers the blame to the customer. Never an apology for leaving out items, but will berate you for not coming back right away to get food.

This is a store that consistently does not care when they leave out items, and clearly led by a manager who has zero interest in making things better. Could this be the pinnacle of Lizzie's career? Hopefully Lizzie stays out of customer service in future endeavours because she clearly has zero grasp of what customer relations means.

Absolutely horrible service. I've always went to this location but recently it's been horrible. The cashier in the drive thru gave us the wrong price saying it was what we ordered when it wasn't (it was probably the order of the people in front or behind us) but we got it figured out.then the servers took so long to get our meal down (it was only a large fry) and then ended up giving us some one else's meal, we told them it wasn't what we ordered.again took extra long to get literally 1 large fry.then we got the large fries that were legitimately half-way filled but I didn't care at that point because these people were incompetent. I then asked for 2 bbq sauces and these kids gave me ketchup. I'm very confused at why their hired as they cant get 1 extremely simple order complete. I was extremely mad at the fact that my large fry was only half way filled and had the same amount of a medium fry. Horrible.

Twice in a row, ordered McDonalds meals through SkipTheDishes and both times all of the orders of fries were missing. You simply cannot trust this location to get the orders correct prior to giving the items to SkipTheDishes. When I called the location they told me my only option is to get a refund through SkipTheDishes. Wow! NOT USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I've lived in Clarkson since 1985 and have been a customer at Clarkson McDonald's for years. Today I bought coffee at the drive thru when I got to work and tasted it I realized she had given me the wrong one. I returned to the store and they replaced my coffee but no apology, I arrive at the window and the lady working the window refuses to take the coffee back due to covid. I explained to her that I went all the way to work and had to drive back, still no apology. Instead she blames the entire situation on covid, I parked my car and went in to talk to the manager. I while I was waiting for the manager I over heard the same employee saying "doesn't he watch the news? Doesn't he know there is a pandemic? " This person was rude and has zero idea how to provide customer service. How about make the coffee correctly and if by chance there is a mistake try a little customer service instead of being rude. I won't go back until she is gone.

Most of the business in this plaza are closed now as of January 31,2021, but McDonalds and Dollarama are open, hope they will be able to reopen soon

Very unpleasant staff. Food not as per the standard of McDonald’s. Worst experience of McDonald’s.

I am customer for this location more then 5 year. Last week ordered 2 large fries, when got home found one fries half and 2nd even less then half, my son suddenly told me did they scam you? I Immediately when back but surprisingly included manger they didn’t accept their mistake, again today ordered two large fries before I left I checked inside the bag to make sure everything ok, but found both are not full, when I asked them, the manager straight told me we didn’t give you like that, wow seriously? Now I am 100% sure they are doing intentionally, they scamming with their customer, please check your order before leave, they are not honest people. Worst McDonald’s location right now.

Last day i visited to this place, worst experience ever. Never seen the bad service as they provided here. I will rate them 1 and will never visit again in the future.

I'm a daily customer and am always satisfied. For a large corporation this location is great. Buy hey.give Chrissy a sausage McGriddle will yeah?

Went into the restaurant to mention that the coffee I had ordered was wrong, all of a sudden the one cashier asked did I call in if my coffee was wrong, I didn't know about this set up, I told her I had to go to work, the cashier kept telling me about calling in if my order is wrong, I also said this is the second time. So she got the manager and told her that my coffee was wrong, and I had to go to work or whatever (the cashier's exact words) then the manager told the other cashier make my order and stir the coffee, the manager tried to run away before I mentioned this the second time it has happened. I got my coffee it still was wrong, I told the manager, she started to explain to me the machine only puts out very small amounts of sweetner, soy order is right, I said no it's not, she then have me more sweeteners, all the while rushing around trying to avoid me.

I do not like when some uses the word whatever, in business like this especially when I told them exactly what happened, no WHATEVER required, and the manager made me feel like i wasn't important to her.

Quality of food is on a downward trend! May be McDonalds is being complacent of their market position!

I ordered 3 combos of spicy ghost pepper mcchicken and asked for extra ghost pepper sauce. It was a delivery with uber eats. When i got the sandwiches, there was barely any sauce in it. Very disappointed with the service.

What else can I say? Given the current situation, good, hot food, reasonably priced and good service!

This is one of the better McDonald's franchises in Mississauga. Avoid the one at 2565 Eglinton West (Winston Churchill and Eglinton Ave.) as it is one of the worst.

It was ok, we tried to order at the self ordering machines and that was good but no print out receipts. It does not even tell you what your order # is without the receipt. So that was a bummer. I then let the people working there know and they had no clue what my order was, i had to describe to them.what i had ordered so they could determine what my order # was. They went even concerned about replacing the receipt paper in the machine. No. No smiles on their faces nothing. They are robots.

Fast service through the drive through - order ready by time hit 2nd windo and even offered ketchup (some need to ask for - not sure what the policy is on that)

As far as McDonald's locations go, this one is a decent one. My order has never been wrong, the kiosks have always worked, and the food was always ready in a timely manner. No complaints!

The place is often filthy. I go here about once a week as it is close to me. Whoever cleans this place must have terrible eyesight or just not care. The tiled wall behind the drink machine is made from shiny brown subway tiles however these are dull because a filthy rag has been used to smear a greasy film all over them. Floor and bathrooms are disgusting as well.

Drove through for coffee and was tempted into buying their 2 donuts for $1.99. What a mistake that was! The jelly donut had no strawberry flavour, was covered with fly all over icing powder (not good when wearing black clothing) and stale. The Apple fritter was uncooked, pasty, no sign of an apple anywhere and lacked flavor. And let's not forget to mention the size of these donuts PUNY!

This location is poorly set up and way to small for where it is, looks bigger than it is. Service here is alright, they are somewhat friendly and get your food in an okay time, but doesn't mean it's good. Had the quarter pounder combo with fries, fries were okay and warm, not hot and same with the burger. I can't remember the last time I got a hoot burger and fries from McDonald's. This location always has tons of kids because of the play centre and these kids run all over the place and are loud, parents just let them run free and don't watch them at all. Half the time something isn't working with the pop machines. To top it off, this location is always dirty, from the flies to the seats and tables.

Overall, this McDonald's location seemed clean and service was good, but the men's washroom was out of toilet paper. There is a place for a spare roll of toilet paper, so if one becomes empty, there should always be an extra one. They should regularly check the washroom and make sure the toilet paper is available and that the washroom is clean.

Usually busy but crew does a nice job. Clean. Server forgot straw so had to knock em down a bit as I was sitting on other side of the restaurant

Standard McDonalds, food's a bit colder than usual. Don't expect the burger to be well aligned. Don't expect them to honour your coupons.

Professionalism is needed here. There are great workers here, but keeping a professional manner is always priority whether you're in your 30s or in high school.

Just went for coffee. Service and coffee were great. Coffee here is better than the bilge water at Tim Hortons

Worst McD's in Mississauga! I am a Semi Regular for coffee on way to work YET never does this location stir the coffee, never! I watch and have to ask them, And they serve STALE muffins way too often.
I get the same muffin & coffee combo daily! Drive Thu is so slow considering it's a pre work crowd b4 7: 00am. Use any other location in South Missauga if u can!

They're incapable of having their debit machines working consistently.
They will absolutely refuse to give you ANYTHING because you're 50 cents short. Corporate robots holy christ.
