The Staff are great here only reason I'm giving it four stars it's cuz it's McDonald's but the staff make it a really good enjoyable experience and try to accommodate you

Mobile ordering, then telling the app you're there and still have to wait like everyone else? What's the use? This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead so it's ready when you get there. Sorry McDonalds this will never be 4 or 5 stars in my eyes. Food is always good but the service side has to be worked on.

Can I give less than one star? Too many workers but bad customer service. Staffs walk around and talk to each other and joking instead of caring about the business and customers

It was awful, they said only two family member can one in, the clerk was asking you to go back outside, because she comes and go

I waited in line while three people used the kiosk machine to order food. Completely ignored by management. And then when someone finally asked for my order i was told they arent even serving the items there even though they are on the menu. If i could give a zero i would.

This place is my favorite. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The crew is very affectionate and the cuisine they place on your table is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

Just got 2 poutines from this place I come home and check and they have no cheese curds in there. They always mess up the order. This is the second time

Great vibes, cool place to hang when not in a pandemic, marvellous service. One worker called Eliana was great, kind and helpful. Coffee is also pretty good.

This place is worth visiting. They have big portions for affordable prices. Consistently well kept and with fantastic mood. I highly recommend this place.

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place.everytime I feel like having a decent meal, this place comes straightaway to my mind.good and many types of food and a large menu.helpful crew, and agreeable atmosphere. Not less important, the cost is affordable. I recommend this place with great pleasure.

This lady in the cashier name start with Y very rude i am a daily regular customer to this Mcdonalds i was told no hot chocolate then nother worker heard and gave me hot chocolate i have complained about this lady name start with Y to the manager before twice rude to me nothing has done I suppose
Customers is always correct at least mc donald business depend on regular customers too this lady have a bad mood that need to address by the owner or operator of this store i was very disappointed other staff members are wonderful to me because I normally visit the store between6 am and 8 pm please coach this lady Y otherwise she is working in the wrong place

Quite a lot of seating arrangement and a clean and hygienic environment inside, with good staff to serve you as well

It's McDonald's, for the most part it's a good location. Sometimes a little slow and not as organized and they could be. My orders have always been correct.

Normally am purchasing early in the morning (after midnight, before breakfast) and this location is friendly & prompt.

Even when visiting during the day, they are diligent with filling orders quickly and assist whenever possible.

A nice and cozy MacDonald. Large kids area with five tables dedicated for kids.
Family nights on Wednesday 4 to 7pm.

My order number never showed up on the screen. I had to point this out to the Duty Supervisor to get my breakfast. Long process.

Two days ago was the first time we visited this place. But It is no doubt not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the finest dishes and fine drinks and with the comfortable price. We will absolutely visit there again.

Awesome staff service, clean tables and floors, and excellent food! The waiting time was minimal and the food was handled with care.

The fat and black woman made me feel extremely uncomfortable, she kept staring at me and did not say anything when i was taking my food, that's really impolite. But the quality of food was good.

Would definitely recommend trying this spot. Great vibes, flavorful food, great customer service. I recommend this place.

I go to this special place from time to time since I love the good mood that is characterizes this place. The team is very helpful and professional. The service is pretty rapid. Needless to say, the food you eat is good. I have been there many times and I was always satisfied. The rate is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

All good! But I'm afraid I ate a slice of Bacon in my Egg McMuffin. I'm a devout follower of sufism and I don't eat bacon. I find this a bit offensive although I understand that no offense is intended by McDonald's employees. I just hope I didn't eat a thin slice of bacon. I realised it during my last bite. Too late: (

Typical McDonalds. Good service even though very busy. Bacon/Egg McMuffin's only seasoning was the minimal salt in the paper thin bacon. McDonalds (& every other) drive to "healthier food, is making it easier & easier to avoid fast food restaurants. Not everyone has issues with fats & salt, nor eats every meal at fast food joints! Your food is becoming tasteless!

This spot is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very receptive and the cooking they cook is so good. I never decline to have a good meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

One of the slowest McDonalds I have been to. It may be because they dint have drive thru that makes them not as fast.

I like this particular store. The staff are very polite and courteous even if you visit here at 1am.

Staff take a long time to get your order ready and this location always has a funky smell. I get served faster at the Eaton centre location with way more patrons.

This McDonald's store is very spacious and clean to a certain extent. Most of the staffs are friendly however there are few staffs they don't even smile at you. This one is always crowded but not noisy or anything. Washrooms are not that clean, mostly same as other McDonald's stores. They have decent parking space since it is located in a plaza.

The fries was sour. When i ate it, i was not sure about it, so i ate a little bit more. But it tasted so bad. I waited till no customer there and told the girl who was at the ordering spot. She answered me you should me earlier.i just ate a little to make sure its bad. The girl DID NOT APOLOGIZE to me or FEEL GUILTY, she just said she can give me a new pack but ill need to wait 3mins (but actually just took half a min). What if the fries is from the same pack of those that was bad?

Was not as I expected. Had to order at a designated cash area and pay at the same area. The food was good and people were friendly.

Awful Terrible Customer Service. Ordered some Junior Chicken and a Happy Meal, and it took over an hour to serve them. Also, haven't got a drink or a toy. Food was also burnt.

The food is not as good as the the one in bridlewood mall however it does have one saving grace, and that is Less obnoxious Asian people no offense to the Asian population but your culture is offensive to some and annoying to others but I'm sure the culture thinks the same of us. Lol

Pretty decent. The place is kept very clean, and they attend to orders quickly. It is a McDonald's after all, so I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating.

Great service. Manager Mario is super nice and friendly. We has order 32 value meal for our staff celebration breakfast. Mario is really helpful. Food is great and for sure will come back to this location more often. Thanks!

I've been coming to this Mc D for long time. The sandwiches are always fresh. They always make it on the spot. Never sitting there and crusty. Be warned this location is also super busy cause of its good quality!

Love the McGriddle! Syrupy and fluffy taste and their coffee is fantastic! Keep up the great work! The staff while sometimes slow in the mornings are friendly and professional.

My Meal was poorly made.ordered 2 breakfast sandwich the bun was hard and there was greyish colouring in my egg.also my hashbrown was hard enough to toss at someone.overall the best part of my meal was the drink that I poured myself.

Why does the manager put my napkin in a bag full of oily fries then getting grumpy because I asked for another napkin? Please tell your manger to use your brain!

If you can, go to another location.
Coffee is so watery, and sandwiches are assembled poorly. Staff isn't rude, but lots of room for improvement in the customer service area.

Breakfast regular.

In terms of service and getting your order correct these guys never fail. Their staff is ready early hours, ready to get me started and haven't missed an order ever.

Their staff are also very kind, treat customers with respect and are very efficient!
