Gave me and my friend food poisoning and I genuinely thought I was gonna die workers don’t handle food properly place needs to be checked accordingly because I hope no one experiences this

EVERY TIME we come in to eat here we wait 20 minutes for our order and there is never enough staff. Additionally, staff don’t seem apologetic when they take forever for a simple big mac combo. I also had to remind them to give me a cup when my order was ready. Will NOT be coming here anymore and I highly recommend going literally ANYWHERE else for a burger.

Both me and my friend ordered mcdoubles, mine without pickles I got mine, clearly marked with no pickles.she got a double hamburger by mistake
we assumed.she went up to the counter to get the right burger.suddenly a blonde girl comes running to the table and screams at me "you ate her mcdouble"! I put our orders together and showed her my wrapper proving it was indeed my burger.she got angry and walked away.a different girl soon returned with her correct burger. I hate this location, I shouldn't be screamed at claiming I ate someone else's food.

New Big Mac bacon is OK. Service but slow maybe coz it's weekend. Wheelchair accessible.

Never ordering here again 15 minutes for an egg mcmuffin combo. Morning staff lacks enough brains to ready hash browns for the morning rush.

They continually cleared out all the orders and just went with a disorganized mess of receipts.
Several people after us got theirs first.
At 30 minutes they finally decided to start our sandwiches and realized it’d be another 7 minutes.

This is the worst McDonald's to go to. The service is terrible and you wait 30 minutes for your food and get nothing but additude from the staf when you inquire about your order.

Food and cold drink and sundae was all in same bag. Food was not hot. Tasted like McDonalds.

Or even if he knows that uber eats an skip the dishes drivers are waiting 40-50 min for 1 order which is ridiculous, ppl in drive through are out in 2-3 mins, all they literally care about is drive through from 11-4am, AND this is the ONLY one that makes you wait this long.totally unacceptable an if it doesint improve ill be letting head office know that uber eats customers are waiting over an HOUR just for their food from a "fast food" restaurant.an to top it off the staff isn't friendly at all,

Been going to McDonald's for a year the food is always excellent never had a problem the organization is not doing as well as it used to I asked for a cappuccino and I get a regular coffee will you order food we always never get what we want it's always either missing or two of something at the same that we didn't order but all in all I still go to McDonald's hope this will change soon I know we've had some hard times and I'm hoping it will get better

Worst fries, awful chicken burger burnt with half a piece of burnt bacon, double cheese burger super dry, worst fries, kids meal old af

Extremely slow service. Multiple people working there but no one takes the order! And again the order preparation is slow. You have to wait a long time to place order and then wait a long time to get your order. Does not make sense to wait 15 mins for a sausage muffin on a Sunday morning! McDonald’s is known for FAST food! This location needs some seriously process improvement!

Awesome friendly staff! Love there new design too! Not impressed buy them making us use the computer app that everyone has to touch! Also had to wait over 15 minutes for my order and the fries were under cooked!

It's not very clean! Customer service is OK! If you don't care about cleanliness this would be the perfect place for you.

From a customers pov, it didnt look good. There was only one staff working on the orders at the time. Alot of ppl were waiting for their orders. I waited about 15 mins for my skip order. I saw a couple of undelivered food on the side (Drivers ended up leaving). Felt bad for the lady. On a sunday night, there should be 2 ppl at the counter.

The young woman working the manager position tonight Friday July 8th around 6pm was amazing!
So friendly and she made my grandson so happy just by talking to him like she would any other customers.

This is the slowest mcdonalds around, it's faster to drive to the mcdonalds on thickson than to order and wait for your meal here. Chances are when they do get your food to you something will be made incorrectly.

The McFlurry is never available at this location. There always something wrong with the machine.

Breakfast menu isn't as deep as the rest of the McDonald's but was fast and delicious

I been using this location for about 7 years and have received excellent service from the staff here and timely orders. Just keep in mind this is a Walmart location McDonald's so they don't carry a full menu like a larger location.

Handy to have in the Walmart. Kept pretty clean. My 85 yr old MIL likes to get a coffee when we take her out shopping.

Much like any McDonalds the food taste the same. I would say that this location operates overly slow. Waiting 10 minutes for an order is quite long. This is the main reason for my rating.

Slow service. It takes a while for the staff to take your order while they're cooking up food in the back. They made me wait for a while. I just left because of the slow service.
Wouldn't recommend eating here

Floors very dirty (looks like not cleaned all day), staff is a bit slow for a Friday evening. Food prep and handling needs to be improved. I think they should use gloves to handle toppings? Isn't that a requirement for food handling? And fries over cooked.

*Updated Aug. 2021*. I guess after the pandemic started things have improved here. Fast and courteous servers, floors and drink area are very clean. Keep up the good work.
