DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS. They mess up the orders 90% of the time I just order and it came in the correct bag with the right receipt but someone else's order. I took pictures and everything but it's ridiculous how often this specific McDonald's messes up orders

They used to be the best when I moved to this city in 1995. Things took an awful turn to the worst 10 years later and has been steady at 1 star since. It's a shame.

Nous allons chez Mc Donald à l’occasion pour un repas rapide avec notre fille de bientôt 4 ans. Je n’ai jamais vécu une aussi belle expérience que lorsque je suis allée à la Succursale de Chomedey! Une gérante probablement est venue nous apporter le repas à table (j’étais seule avec 3 enfants dont un bébé), il n’y avait AUCUNE erreur de commande, elle a apporté des dessins et des couronnes aux enfants. C’était de belles attentions. Je l’ai vu faire le tour des tables pour vérifier que les clients étaient satisfaits. Ils n’ont peut-être pas toujours le temps de faire ce petit extra mais c’était WoW. Merci!

Very busy McDonald's in Laval, fast service, a little noisy since it's on a busy avenue

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would, worst mcdonalds ever.everything is disgusting

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area. None of the kitchen staff is wearing any kind of gloves, the sandwiches are sloppily put together, everything is lukewarm and the cheese is never melted. It's disgusting food and service and above all this there was a mouse running in the dining area.

All and all it was agood meal glad we found a mc donalds that was open service was really long it took at least 30 minutes to get our food and had to change our fries.

It's supposed to be fast food but it takes 15-20mins to get an order that dont even need the fryer.bad customer service bunch of kids that have no respect whatsoever.waste of time and money.

Stuff ignored me when i get there, After waited for 10 min for skip the dishes order, Then they said its closed.

j'etais 2 ieme sur la 2ieme lignes avec 1 voiture sur la premiere pour finallement passer 5 ieme,

car ils ont passé tout les voitures arriver apres moi sur la premiere lignes.

Un pensé s'y bien.

25mins d'attente pour 2 mc muffin, on me donne la mauvaise commande, employé clairement sous influence, quoi de mieux

Update** commander un cheese extra mayo pi un wrap à lime recevoir un cheese pas de mayo pi un wrap au chilli sucré degeulasse

12-15 minutes wait time for 2 coffee and a Fleury in the middle of the afternoon with full staff.

Horrible service, ruined my week. Crusty old white lady was very rude and mean to me. Will never come back.

We ordered 4 small Mcflurries and they gave us 4 snack sized ones. Quite disappointed that the staff member didn't know their own sizes

Ne savent pas compter manque croquette en plus d'être dur comme de la roche, pas la bonne sauce demander, et service assez médiocre. Ça ne va pas en s'améliorant.

Très mauvais service déjà en partant à la caisse, en plus le gérant qui essaie de me charger pour la moutardes? Kechup mayo gratuit! Moutarde il faut payer!

Have used the drive-thru a lot recently and their service is faster and more efficient than in the past. Consistent and reliable food and service. Well located.

Drive thru was fast. Food was fresh. Has improved a lot. Situated in an ideal location for people who are on the go.

Commande un mcflurry format classique au oeuf fondant et reçu un mélange de oreo, M et M, chocolat.vraiment pas bon.et deux fois en plus j'ai demandé. La fille a juste rajouter du stock dedans au lieu de le refaire.

They gave me the wrong order, I changed it and they gave me an even wrong order, plus didn't give me any straw for my drinks.

The drive thru was full of cars at lunch but was moving quickly. The service was quick and the food hot.

Service médiocre surtout le soir, personnel non respectueux s'il y a un 0 étoile ça sera plus crédible. Je le déconseille fortement!

My order did not go as expected. Nestea was pretty much just ice water, medium french fries was a small and cream was missing. No quality control 1030pm 03 Nov 2020. Not ordering from the particular location again.

Des vrai esti jambon qui comprend rien o micro et face à face yeah toujours o moin 1 erreur sur une commande de 2 personne et puis ici on est au Québec on parle francais

I loved my big mac sandwish i liked the place, there is many seating possibilities and it's comfortable, it gives u a comfy feeling the children could also play in the kids area, it is lovely

Went to order at the drive thru, i arrived at my house and i see that they gave me uncooked fries. They can never make the orders right not going there anymore

Beaucoup de gens qui non pas rapport dans le restaurent il ne mange pas il niaise le monde qui mange non pas de place pour s'assoir c'est une place qui se ramasse des gang de jeune qui non aucun respect pi ya personne pour mettre de l'ordre dans le resto.apart des personne agée qui prenne des café toute la journée sans payer.au total resto très déhagreable

Ce mc do etait tres sale autant a l interieur qu a l exterieur la toilette tout simplement degueulasse.
Nous avons commender et a voir l etat du plancher de la cuisine nous avons decider de jeter la commande et jamais plus nous ne retournerons a ce mc do

La cuisine était insalubre, on pouvait voir de tranches de pain et hamburger sur le plancher. J'ai dû même demandé à une employée de nettoyer, car cetait pas dutout beau à voir.

J'ai retourné mon milkshake on dirait que la machine avait ete mal lavée un gout horrible je n'ai jamais vu ca dans aucun mc do! La caissière a été gentille par contre elle m'a offert de gouter dans un autre verre c'etait toujours un gout médicamenteux bizzare! Pour les employés serviables et poli mais il semble avoir un problème dans ce restaurant. (Propreté?)

Could be faster but there is construction.i origenaly put 3 but honestly they deserve a 4 even 4.5

Wrong delivery of goods is very common this place As it's near to my place I had been here many times Service is worst staff always look tired and wrong delivery is a subject here 6 of 10 times

The weekday staff is incredibly but the weekend staff doesn’t know the difference between milk and cream. Almost all my orders are always wrong. I go to another McDonalds.not worth the stress.

Service awefull.not bilingual.disorganized completely.place is disgustingly dirty. I gave 1 star for the exterior building.

The new reno in the kids section is AWESOME! Private room while you can see your kids playing is perfect! SUPER FUN!

Fait au moin 3fois que je viens se mois. Il y a toujours de quoi qui manque chez eu qu’il son pas capable de me servire. Aujourd’hui juste 1h am je suis en famille, son pas capable de servire 4 mcfleur fait la 2ieme fois que sa m’arrive à la surcusale de curelabelle notredame.

Dégueulasse comme endroit je n'ai jamais vue de mcdonald de ma vie aussi pitoyable service client épouvantable aucun accès au salle de bain exrement au sol plafond urine partout demander à deux reprise de les nettoyer à une gerante de quart en plus bouffe par terre dans tous le restaurant si vous êtes enceinte vous aller être malade. Lait frapper à vanille jaune passer date j'ai été malade. De plus j'ai travailler au mcdonald mon premier boulot et cetais ultra propre à St eustache donc je sais comment on dois entretenir un restaurant et ses clients. Si j'aurais été cliente mystere ce restaurant aurais été fermer pour insalubrité!

Just a good and friendly staff. Especially Uzair night shift manager on weekends. Such a polite and helpful gentleman.

I am boycotting McDonald's now anyway it's after I seen a post on Facebook about an old homeless man getting kicked out after i guy buy food for homeless man and then the guy get kicked out for complaining that the homeless guy and never asked he just offered and you're still kicking him out!
Would not give the retailer a refund on the food!
Shame on you McDonald's!
I will be doing the best I can to stop people from buying at McDonald's from now on!

Poor quality and very slow service. Lukewarm burger, cold fries and it was NOT busy. No excuse given the processes in place.

I got a half filed french fry box and the soda was flat. I went through the drive through and didn't realize till I got home 10 minutes later. I called the mcdonalds to explain and the person that picked up laughed and hung up.not impressed.

I was at Derry and goreway. Staff impressed me when they helped one old lady who spilled her cold coffee. Couple of staff jumped in and made her so comfortable that nothing has happened. That is called service.

The coffee was fantastic but I have family members that work for McDonald's. I won't eat the food after their warnings
