Not sure what the requirements are to work the take out window.but this location needs to vet thier employees better.no eye contact.no manners.literally handed me my food with his head totally turned the other way.so much for thier service with a smile promotion. This was Monday Aug 28 at 5 pm.

The service her is not great like when you order in and they give you everything in a take out bag like.creating more trash then needed when you could have gave me a tray.on top it like sitting in a frezzer in here both times i came in food is okay but atmosphire and service needs work

Drove through the drive-thru ordered two ice cream both were yellow and Frozen there was nothing in the cones phone the manager to let her know she said I was a liar the cone machine was working good never go back there again

So many of these franchises staff with kids and I understand that concept and it's a service to the kids as well as the business. Where it falls apart for me is the quality of service and accuracy of each order. That typically is HORRENDOUS! This particular location staffs a more mature team and it shows in their service and accuracy. I like going to this location by the 401 due to good service and almost always perfect accuracy!

Paid almost 12 dollars for a burger and they didn't bother to put any cheese on it. Pretty sure big macs come with cheese. And they never give receipts anymore so you can't even formally complain.

I stopped coming here after the drive thru staff wasted my time on multiple occasions. I know nobody cares these days and the staff has zero incentive to care, but that doesn't stop it from sucking.

The next time I'm debating myself about going out or just making something at home, I am just going to stay home.

I understand there's COVID going on but holy cow. They're so focused on their drive through they pretty much ignore everyone trying to order inside. Makes be want to go to one further away.

My favourite place to spend 15+ minutes sitting in the drive through during off-peak hours only to receive cold food once they finally put it in the bag.

Flip a coin and pick which side of the drive through will be completely taken care of before the other side unlike every other drive through in the world where they alternate to the most recent car.

I’d avoid this place if I didn’t work in the same plaza, consistent disappointment with no receipt given to review my experience.

Admittedly hit and miss. I'm not a huge fan of McDonalds food, and the service can be 50/50 depending on what people are working. It's been up and down in the past and orders are sometimes not taken perfectly. But overall it's one of the only 24hr fast food places on this side of town, so when you're hungry it fills the gap between proper meals!

Waiting at the drive for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged that we were waiting only one other car at the window. My self and 4 other cars left without being served. Will never return to this location. Not the first time this has happened

How many times a day you guys make a new pot of coffee? Stopped by for a medium coffee at 10 pm and it tasted like it was made at 2 pm.

The burgers are as usual, excellent but too mu h salt in the fries. McDonald's should only give what the customer asks for. If the customer does not say salt with the fries, then no salt should be added.

This morning I walked in to pick up my Mobile order I was ignored and ended up getting yelled at.
I have been in different restaurants with poor customer service but, this one I experienced RACISM. Management needs to look at their customer service, do retraining and some shuffling!

How is it possible to mess my breakfast up 2 weekends in a row? Last time I was here was last weekend and they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. This weekend they just gave me an entirely different sandwich. I ordered the new spicy bacon and egg and received the spicy chicken. It's just sad.

Worst customer services. Being racist to the customers especially the girl with red hair. Complaint about this in store and they supposed to call me it’s been a 4-5 days no call yet. They don’t know to treat customers. Worst experience ever on McDonald’s.even manager here react like he don’t know anything he was there.

I visit this location regularly. I always ask for fresh and wait, unfortunately one or more items are not fresh and others are. Today I visited around 6: 30pm and the gentleman (I guess manager) was outstanding from ordering taking to order serving. Thank you for the best service and food.
The Asian short height manager wearing glasses argued once that he cant give a cone if icecream is bought in a cup. And I told him that he should've told me when I was ordering because I clearly said vanilla icecream with cone in a cup. He's too loud.

Also manager name Muhammad is good.

Full order for the family, over $65 and they messed up one drink and completely forgot a burger.had to go back and wait again.so frustrating.

This place should not be open at midnight i always wait for 20 minutes to get my order at midnight.

They seemed to be upset that I wanted a refund because the food I paid for, they didn't have and would take 6 minutes to cook. They let me order it, pay for it but seemed to be real hesitant about giving me my money back. I know it's not a fine dining establishment but I try to always be nice as I have worked in retail prior and it's disheartening when the staff seems bothered with you when you have tried to be understanding

The absolute worst McDonald's location! This location will get order wrong, every time. No matter what, they WILL get it wrong. Not only will the order be incorrect but the food will also be cold. If you enjoy cold food and incorrect orders where you pay for stuff you don't receive, this is the location for you then.

Expect to pay $0.50 to $1 more per item at this McDonald's versus other locations. They must think they're located in an airport

I went to grab two coffees from this location yesterday, and asked for a tray on the side. It was an odd looking paper box. When I got home, I had a couple of things to carry up to my apartment, so, I asked for the tray, to help make my trip a little less cumbersome. This "tray" I was given, was NOT helpful. At all. It kept trying to fold closed, with the coffees in it, which were forcing them out of the tray. I still had to use two hands. I looked at the tray when I got into my apartment, and noticed a warning on the side "Not approved for use without bag". WHY are these being used, then? ! These are clearly not supposed to be used as a tray by themselves. I think McDonald's needs to step up their game. Normally, never any issues with this location. This situation just sucked.

Mobile order took way too long. They fulfilled the order on the app within a couple minutes, yet took 18 minutes to get to my car. Drive thru was flying past. Probably pumped 20 cars by the time I was served. Wouldn't do mobile ordering from this location again.

Trash customer service, poorly made food and slow staff.if you want to roll in the drive through to be told to hold on a moment then have another car come through 2 minutes after you only to be served this is the place to go. Tried to speak with the supervisor but he was just as bad as the rest of the overall problems at this place. Don't waste your time. Best advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered coffees through the drive thru and the person taking the order was rude, huffing after each thing I ordered. Then they missed a coffee and when I questioned the missing coffee the girl said "well that is what happens when your order is too large". I said I'd phone in and talk to the manager, they said oh he is here.
He quickly stuck his head out the drive thru window and I told him I don't want to hold the drive thru line up. He insisted on me telling him the issue and then dismissed me by closing the window. This is the rudest behavior I have ever dealt with at any place of business.

The worst one ever! Bad service. Cold hot beverage and the most of the staff are so rude. Will not go back

Same as ever. I was craving a Big Mac as I haven’t had one in a long time. It was great. I’m good for a couple more years now.

Ordered a quarter pounder, A double quarter Pounder and they got it wrong. Here I am having a COW.not good not good.

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes, staff are inattentive and lazy, choose a different McDonald's

Everytime I come at 4: 00 am they say that can't take any order because their system is unavailable. Why you guys put a sign that says "open 24 hours"? But today I arrived at 3am and it took 25 minutes to make a quarter pounder and the cashier girl was in a very bad mood!

Can you please the employees understand english? Can please make sure they can deliver the right order? And can you also make sure they don’t leave customers waiting for 15 minutes for correcting an order.worst McDonald’s ever and this is because of the hired calibers!

I just got 2 blt quarter pounders, and finally got home to notice you forgot BOTH patties. How do you send out quarter pounders without the quarter pounders? That's a $27 meal.

It was a little scary watching some guy OD on something, with no mask on by the pop machine but other then that not bad

Arrived in a bus with 50 other people. We were on the road again in 15 minutes (yes, we timed it!) Best efficiency I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant.

I was the only car in the drive thru at 11: 30 at night. Took them two minutes to take my order, and the woman at the window was far from nice. No thank you, no have a nice day, no "hey I'm sorry for making you sit there and calling hello at the speaker for two minutes"

Very bad experience. Untrained staff. I don't recommend eating here.

This has to be the slowest drive thru ever. I waited 20 mins just to order my food then another 20 mins to get the food.

Past couple months the lunch service has been so quick that I just had to leave a review. I usually use mobile app and get order outside, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the food to arrive at my window. Usually 2-3 minutes. Fantastic, I don't know how you do it when pre-covid I was waiting 10+ minutes for a cappuccino or single burger.

I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and normally they come with salsa.they didn’t come with salsa! That’s fine, no biggie.then I took a bite of my second burrito to find a sticker.inside my burrito! Like how? I don’t ever hold McDonald’s to any standards at all because it’s McDonald’s but at least use your eyes and brain to see you are certainly adding the wrong ingredient to that burrito!

I just went drive through and picked up big Mac meal and I found out after driving 10 minutes that it’s not even warm! WOW

I ordered poutine and they send me fries instead of that without informing me. Not a good thing in the night.

Slowest. Service. Ever. I have only ever gotten someone else's order twice at McDonalds, both times at this location. Took me over 20 minutes, with two cars ahead of me. One of them only got coffee.

Terrible service every time we visit this location. Stopped using the drive thru because of the long wait and inaccurate orders. For the third time my mcchicken sandwich had big Mac sauce on it. The kitchen staff are completely incompetent and should put down their phones to be more attentive. Like others have commented, the front end employees don’t speak fluent English and get the orders wrong. I’m going to start avoiding this location whenever possible.
