It says 24 hours, but if you go there at 4 o’clock in the morning on your way home from work, they will not serve you a single thing except coffee.last week they were open, but then they didn’t have money in the till yet they said they were closed but they’re still serving Uber. Worst service ever.

CAME THERE ONE TIME AFTER SHOPPING TO FIND THE STORE CLOSED AS SOMEONE SH$T ON THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR, IT TOOK OVER 4 HOURS FOR MEMBERS TO CLEAN IT UP. NASTY

Only mcdonalds that doesn't give mayo even with a big order. Waiting times are horrendous.

On 03/07/23 at approximately 11: 38 p.m, I was at 2365 Dundas Street West at McDonald's. I was on lunch with 2 other coworkers trying to order coffee with apple pies. Due to our personal medical reasons, we only drink decaffeinated coffee. At the register, they told me they don't have decaffeinated coffee. This was the 3rd time without decaffeinated coffee, so I asked for them to brew a pot, and we would wait for it. The cashier said they couldn't brew us a pot. I asked to speak to the manager. After 5 minutes, another employee came to talk to me and asked if she was the manager (no, she replied). The other employee said, "Mr, we can't brew you a pot because we don't have the decaffeinated coffee grinds, and we only brew decaffeinated in the morning. " So my coworkers just ordered regular coffee, and I ordered a peppermint tea. I told the cashier I still wanted to speak to the manager. After 10-15 minutes later, JILIATA, the manager, showed up, and I explained everything to her, and she said that she had told her girls to brew the decaffeinated coffee. OMG, me and my coworkers just wasted our lunch break dealing with liars. At this point, my coworkers didn't want to wait but did so for me. The cashier was going to charge me for the decaffeinated coffee that I waited for 25 minutes. I gave back the peppermint tea in exchange for my decaffeinated coffee. And they owe me money back because my coffee was only $1 and tea $1.83 I never asked for the difference. I'm not sure if they are told not to brew decaffeinated coffee or if staff refuses too. It's a 24-hour location, no reason for lies or not to be available, or at least brew it when customers ask for it. I feel so upset that I was lied to by 2 employees. I would not recommend this location whatsoever; a customer and a shareholder of McDonald's, I'm so disappointed that they would lie to customers. Avoid this location and don't believe what they tell you.

One star. Got my order wrong then thrown food garage add with my right order other. What wasta food. Manger was rude and have fo back on ttc miss my buses. Bad service.

Just had a horrible experience here at around 945 am on jan 11 2023. The manager is entirely useless. I tried to use the 4.99 breakfast sandwich meal coupon on the app. When I did my order somehow came to $10 (I subbed the coffee for an iced coffee, but still), and nearly all if my points were wiped out (they simultaneously charged me and redeemed nearly all of my points). And when I tried to figure out what happened they just ignored me for like 5 mins and served other guests. Now I am hungry bc I refused to pay 10.99 for this and have no rewards left and I'm anticipating an hr long convo with mcdonalds corporate to fix this annoying issue. Never going back to this mcdonalds again!

Love the quality of food and the effort placed in the preparation of the meals. Am a Big Mac gal lol and most certainly recommend

This is the restaurant for my area for Skip The Dishes, everytime I have ordered ITS NASTY, cold, so much sauce it makes the burger SAUGY, honestly

I know it's just a McDonalds so expectations need to be adjusted, but this place is insanely bad even considering. The pick up window outside is a joke (I'm not a delivery driver, just using mobile ordering), they will fully ignore you even when it's empty inside and the app screws up all the time and doesn't send you emails with the order information. Overall, it's just a mess!

Since it’s attached to the Dundas West station (subway, buses, streetcar), you can enter/exit either through the station or outside of the station.

I ride the TTC bus [168 Symington] to the Dundas West station [subway] at least once a week. With this said, I plan on ordering from this location in the future.

If available, I prefer utilizing the mobile order option via the McDonald’s app.

Location is super convenient, small, and always busy.

Takeout only and open 24h, as far as I am concerned.

No dining. No drive-thru.
Uncertain about delivery.

This is located inside the Dundas west station and you'll get faster service if you use the street entrance. Just be sure to tell the ttc attendant so you can get back on the subway without paying another fare. Please use the garbage receptacles after your finished. Dont leave your trash on the bus or trains. Keep my hood clean please

I didn't want to type up this review, but I have to let everyone know. There was a roach crawling around on the beverage carrier. At this point, I didn't pick it up yet, it was set down on the countertop. The cashier noticed immediately and I had my drinks replaced. I didn't have a chance to take a picture of it. It's probably not the first time this has happened, so I can't really be enraged about it. All I can say is to check your food and beverages before consuming anything. Check your McNuggets, check your fries, check every layer of your Big Mac if you have to.
I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Just thinking about it is making me queasy.

Always busy, very long lines. Have to double check the order cause they always miss something!

Usually a good place but very busy and small. But they allow certain people to come in and beg other customers for money or food. They also allow one gentleman in that smells like death. He comes in early in the morning, and the smell coming off of him puts you off your food. This really needs to be attended to.
