Waited for over 20 minutes for my order. The lady looked at my order for over 5 minutes. It took the lady at cash to figure out my order and complete it and give it to me. The manager said they were waiting for nuggets but yet I seen 3 orders of nuggets go out before me which were placed after me. So that is no excuse. The only offer I was provided was a re do on my order which I was not going to wait another 15 to 20 minutes
Everyday is different but most days DT and front counter slow. Worker served the screen when order wasn't even complete yet. I waited around 10mins for a sandwich and coffee. They should leave thr orders kn the screen till order is completed for better service at this location.
Especially in the morning people need to go to work and are in a hurry.
Went around 10 in the night, ordered two Egg BLT McMuffin's, and was missing cheese on the sandwich. Talked with the manager/team leader and he took them back and gave us another two fresh ones.
The manager, Evani, demanded evidence of the cold food as if it were a court of justice, without offering an apology. Furthermore, at the drive-through, we were asked to wait in front because they were running behind, only to receive a cold quarter pounder. This situation presented a double issue.
Other than the waiter looking annoyed as my meal was dropped off, I was very happy with my experience. I wish they didn't add cheese to my food though.
WORST McD service in the 20km radius. Took 10 min of silence for my order to be taken then another 10 parked waiting for breakfast. No "one moment please". Every single car was parked after ordering - Ive worked fast food, ik what that means. Schedule more workers! Food came out cold
Lol if someone was to ask me to define the word “disaster” it would be this McDonald’s I should be mad but it was such a mess it was laughable I thoroughly enjoyed being here lol. Was so entertaining watching everyone yell and scream and there’s no order lol
Love the staff here.they let my friends and I eat in the dining room a few minutes after it closed because the patio was soaked. They were also singing that one eye open song while they were cleaning and it was just very funny to me. Good job y'all deserve some raises.
Waited half an hour for my order. I wasn't told they wouldn't bring my order to the table after selecting that in the app. My order didn't appear in the "In Progress/Now Serving" screen. My order wasn't called with my order number. So it sat there, until they got through someone whose order had been screwed up twice, after they were already correcting someone else from that party's order at least 2 or 3 times.
They supposedly called out my order, but they shouted "#10" (my table number) once, and not any number I would actually have on my order (ie 2174). I wasn't hungry by the time I got my food.
Stunned by the terrible experience. Really, really disappointed. Rude, short, dismissive people at both points I'm drive through. No basic forms of politeness, no smile, attempt at anything beyond 1 star. The three star rating is only for the food.
4 consecutive times and days wrong coffee order! I understand it's not an easy job but when someone says cream it really doesn't sound like sugar or milk.
We ordered 3 combos and 2 of the 3 had issues. I.e, they put one patty in a McDouble sandwich. This location always seem to have issues and we typo avoid it if possible.
Service horrible, cleanliness horrible. Wait time for order was 20 plus minutes! Bathrooms were disgusting and greasy counters at pick up window could use the grease to slick my hair back! Time of the visit was 8: 45am the best part was there was more employees then customers and still took forever to get my order. The breakfast burritos should be taken off the menu small and lack flavour. Hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!
Out of all Mcdonalds, I must say.this one has the BEST fries. Even the quality of the burgers are top notch in comparison to plenty of others. Need a quick meal? Come here, place and order and stay blessed.
This lady continuously walked around the eating area with a scowl on her face. I felt like I was being watched and as if she was listening in on our private conversations. While we were only there for 20 minutes she was either walking around or on her phone otherwise not doing anything. Management should have a look at what's going on at this McDonald's. I won't be back I'll try another McDonald's or another restaurant before going back here again.
Orders incorrect most of the time. Yesterday evening an employee went under the glass with her mask under her chin to ask us for our order that we already submitted into the intercom. Ridiculous and unsanitary, cross this location off the list
The staff/manager needs to improve their tone of voice when directing customers during COVID-19. That or have signage in the windows to let customers know the number of customers allowed at one time. I did not appreciate the way the manager on duty communicated with customers/staff during my 5 minutes at this location.
The carrots in the Space Jam happy meal which we bought had gone bad. They smelled sour right out of the package.
I'll happily go to the location down the street next time.
When you drive up to the drive thru they don't even say good morning and that's only the first time and when I paid for my food not even a thank you I think training should be more strick bring everyone back to old school
Had a boat hocked to my hitch. Couldn't drive throught. Only drive through working at that hout. They still served me at the late hour at the window. Thanks!
Ice cream was practically melted from the time we ordered at the drive thru to when we actually reached the pick up window. Not a good strategy to serve ice cream when you're running to thru lines that merge into one pick up line

We have all been at mc Donald. My issue is that they give u slapped together burgers that fall apart. I constantly have to open the burger and reposition the items within. Careful asking for extras too.extra pickles will be put in one pile on one spot. Why not spread them around?
Ordered a happy meal for my daughter, they didn't put a lot of fries and the chicken nuggets were cold. It wasn't even busy that they didn't have time to check it. Never going back there
First time here and not at all happy. Had to correct our order at the time of paying because they got it all wrong. We were then asked to wait at one of the reserved spots. It took them 10 mins to have our order delivered to our car. This wasn't even around rush how. Totally disorganized!
Asked for a 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla milkshake and was told no we won't do that. Talk to the manager on duty and was told it was corporate policy. Ask to speak to the general manager and waited 10 minutes and she never came out. Horrible customer service and disgusting attitude. I'm done with McDonalds.
They are slacking with cleanliness.that's a big no for me. I was debating between a 2 and a three because of that HUGE PROBLEM. If I want dirty food I'd pick through the garbage! Or in my case I'll eat grass! Lol McDonald's step your game up. Thank you.
Well by far the worst McDonalds ever waited out at curbside for 15 mins until I finally go inside to be told oh sorry we forgot to bring you the coffee. Then proceeded to give me the coffee that was sitting for 15 mins. Manager named Hunter was rude and couldn't care less that I waited as long as I did. Won't be going there again
Slow service, runny sauce on the burger. It took a very long time to get the order and when it arrived the buns were hard. Not returning to this location.
I went inside and it took pretty long to get my order. There was a lineup it's not the establishments fault that it was slow, more so the people ordering are slow. The food is ok, I've had better at other locations. The cashier was great.
Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and when I got home I opened the wrap and it just had one small crispy chicken, not even wrapped and 10 slices of lettuce with 4 pieces of grated cheese.
Poor service by manager.she was very rude. Mcdonalds should take an action or remove from her post because she is not capable enough to handle position
This is a larger footprint McDonalds (no playland) located just across from Vaughn Mills and Canada's Wonderland.the restaurant is newly refurbished but the crew is tired and lack the desire to do any better than "meh". The management here truly needs to get their heads out from where the sun don't shine and work on training and ensuring there is some service in customer service and food quality. Will definitely not be back and couldn't care less if this location closed down as it would do justice to the Clown house.
Not happy with what I saw at this location. Small baby flies inside the closed display case where they had the cookies and other baked goods. That could only mean flies are breeding within. That display case. That is not sanitary.
Did not follow through on table service. I brought this up with the supervisor and she said they only offer table service from 7: 00 am to 7: 00 pm. If that is the case why not indicate that on the menu board by saying table service not available or by saying when table service is available
I was extremely disappointed the way the staff handled the over crowded orders Saturday October 20/18. We placed our order at 12: 20am after Halloween Haunt for our 2 hour drive home. We placed our orders through the order pay! It took about an hour and our orders were finally at the top ready to be picked up. The board crashed all the current numbers that were ready for pick up were ignored and they just went on to the next ones. We complained and said our numbers were up and left so they took our receipts along with a whole bunch of other people when there was only a few numbers not as many as people handed in. They should of looked at the time on the receipt. We didn’t get our food till after 2: 00 am they served new numbers over and over before ours which was completely rude and uncalled for. It’s a good thing we don’t live close and never need to use this McDonald again. Very poor organization it could have been done way better. Making people wait almost two hours for food is absolutely ridiculous fast food at that. You don’t serve new orders when you have 8 people waiting then to make them wait another 50 mins after already waiting 55 mins.
When you want a watery coffee this is the spot! Talk about using leftover grounds for hours. What a joke of a McDonald's if you want fresh food or coffee period. Nugget rocks for days. I'll be going to Weston and Rutherford from now on.
Love the vanilla chai latte n as a tea only person. I think MacDonald's should keep it lol. The staff at this location are well trained n polite. The location is always kept clean Cheers
Worst place for fast food, I ordered a cheeseburger and a Jr chicken *no lettuce* through the drive thru and they made me park to the side after I placed my order. I waited about more then 7 mins for two burgers and when I got my order it was wrong! They gave me 2 Jr chickens with lettuce! Horrible can't even get a simple order right. To make things worse the coffee I ordered with my burgers was wet from the spills they made and they still it gave it to me like that which is awful because my hands and clothes stinked like coffee, at least double cup it or make a new one instead of handing the customer a wet cup from the coffee spill.
The cashier was nice and the food tasted ok. But I wasn't impressed with the rest of the experience. It took a while for our food to be prepared. The tables in the dining room were dirty. The washrooms were also dirty and looked like they hadn't been checked in a while.
