The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been. A Big Mac without top bread? I paid for additional lettuce, still missing.

Probably the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. Chaotic, disorganized and as a consequence - extremely slow to serve customers which left me quite frustrated

I ordered bacon egg muffin as my breakfast and in the eating/ chewing suddenly i feel hard and when i check it OMG a bunch of eggshell in the egg. Ruin my whole breakfast. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. I ll never order food with egg in this store.poor preparation.

95% of all the reviews below (and soon to be above) are for the 150 McNaughton location. This location is inside the Walmart! ’ Stop giving this McDonald’s bad reviews. It’s far better than the large freestanding one on mcnaughton. That one is the worst location. So make sure you review it under proper address.

I frequent this location often, usually get good service but tonight I ordered two combo's and they gave me raw fries.
Raw. Fries.

Tried ordering through the drive through for 5 min. Did not work. Customer behind me kept honking. Placed an oder with the cashier window and paid. Drive to pick up food waiting for order and waited, finally get order short a drink got frustrated. Not impressed, fries were cold.

Everything you'd expect from McDonald's occluding the food, service and atmosphere.

Feb 26/2022 - update. Decided to give this a go again and without exaggeration, 20 people working, no rush and 15 min to get a coffee. Do humanity a favour and please close this location. You get better service from the rats at the dumpster then you do with the staff in here. Efficiency, quality and teamwork don’t exist here. Seriously go elsewhere. I won’t even open up the cleanliness conversation

Let me start off by saying the staff here is exceptional and accommodating. The problem here is the Manager.

I was at this location with my family September 9th and ordered 2 happy meals for my children and the toys are missing not a big deal.

Returned today and did a pre-order via app and purchased 2 meals and 2 dozen donuts for drive thru pick up. I arrived and their downspout is broken and water pores in my vehicle so much so that the rear window does not go down. I had to wait 20 minutes as they forgot about me and I had to call the store while waiting on the reserved spot for drive thru.

I called the store and reminded them that I was waiting. A gentlemen arrived who tried to accommodate. As well, I requested two toys as they were missed in the past and told the gentlemen at the window that was the least they could do for this horrible wait time. I was told the Manager said I had to pay.really? $2 isn’t the issue, you are. Then I return home and open up my hand selected donut types to find out they are all wrong.

Suggestion here folks, businesses run top down and it seems the skill set and management style isn’t the most opportunistic. Improve your management team or continue to hear more negative reviews.

Fast service, consistent food, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Can't ask for more from McDonald's

Severly understaffed for the amount of customers. Ordering inside the store is extremely slow. I feel really bad for the workers that have to deal with such an environment. Should really take a look at their busy periods and adjust accordingly.

Too slow. Over 20 min wait. Stiff face. Slower than normal restaurants. If you are busy to go somewhere, do not stop by this McDonald.

8: 30 am with my daughter for breakfast order for whole family. She had a question and went to ask (as she was ordering from machine) and got a nice friendly answer. We had a nice experience with service and staff. We had large order 40$ items was ready at 15 min. All was good. By 9 am this location got so busy for Sunday morning.

When you go through the drive through to save time but end up waiting 25 mins for your food? Where’s the sense in that…

Worst branch please stay away, waited 20 min to receive wrong order, after receiving the second time the food i want home and found out I am missing items from my order, they made a mistake twice, very bad service!

For a small smoothie we wait 15 mins and i see a worker no gloves they touching the meet and they are play with there phone bad costumer service

Waiting 18 minutes one morning for 3 McMuffins and 2 coffees. I only know it was 18 minutes because I was late for something and was taunted by every gruelling moment ticking off the clock. I left in a hurry when food came and didn’t double check if I was given the correct order. I was not given the correct order.

This location is easily the worst one I've ever been to. They don't even try do the bare minimum. We ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and a double hamburger. As you can see from the images, they didnt put any extra sauce and the double hamburger was a joke. It had nothing but 2 old patties and a touch of ketchup. Don't go here, especially during the evening shift. This isn't the first time this has happened

Great location to drive past when you're on your way to some better place. Be careful of the many pigeons that congregate nearby. Also maintain vigilance against the hoards of unescorted oldniks wandering about this area. Apply caution when approaching the frequently operating transit vehicles that block your view and path. But you go right ahead and enjoy those fries, shove 'em right on in, chew 'em up, and swallow that greasy load.

Four straight drive through orders with incorrect items. No cheese? They give double cheese? Large fries? No, no fries at all. The order sticker and the receipt is correct. Just not the food.

Great Service here. But alot of times you guys forget to put the ketchup. After I drove off I realized.it happens 3/5 times and that's no good. Without Ketchup the whole combo is garbage. Short term memory with young folks today.

Terrible service everyone is to busy talking in the back to focus on people’s orders. I just went there and my order was terrible put together I received things I didn’t even order! My chicken burger is burnt black I ordered coffees and didn’t receive one of them! I ordered large fries and received medium terrible service! I also called multiple times and no one had answered maybe less talking and more working.

Honestly, this is one of the best McDonalds locations I have been too in a long time! I live near by, go regularly now, my Large DD Coffee
's are always perfect, long line-ups pushed thru quickly (A Rare thing these days) and so far the few times I do get a Burger, they are Hot and Fresh which is also rare these days at many other locations. Highly recommend this McDonalds location, well run!

Waited for 15 minutes in drive through with 2 cars in front. I ended up getting out of the line up since it took too long.

Unfortunately it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house. A terrible service, so slow and the personnel is confused. Always it’s headache to buy something from this location.

Double check your order! These employees do not follow instructions. Order from uber eats several times and always a disappointment. Ordered at the counter and had to come back to fix the order.

Always always always check your drive thru pick up before you leave the parking lot. They made a mistake on my take out, they corrected it with a new version of stepped on burger.it's rotten Ronnie's after all.don't expect to much from the grade 6 kids behind the counter

We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we came to this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with delicious dishes and an experienced team and a talented cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we will definitely return very soon. We warmly recommend.

My experience at this Mcdonald’s is the worst i have had in any restaurant not only do they mess my order up multiple times they refused to give service to me for no valid reason i waited 20 mins for someone to take my order just for them to tell me that “we will not be taking any of your orders from now on” their reason was because my friends who are outside are always loud, which is completely out of my control.if i had the name of the person in charge at the time i would list him here for being rude and the most incompetent manager i’ve ever seen

Drive through has two spots and the cashiers always mix up who ordered what. I only order black coffee which is easy enough but they managed to mix that up also.

Shopping, Bathroom Break and Chicken Nuggets. My kid loves the experience and so do I haha. This place was very clean when we were there and wasn’t too busy.

Drive thru experience was HORRIBLE! AS THE GUY WAS TAKING MY ORDER HE GOT INTERRUPTED 2 TIMES WITH PEOPLE ASKING FOR MY ORDER AGAIN AND AGAIN. FINALLY GOT MY ORDER TAKEN. Ordered coffee in the drivethrough, was told to pull ahead to the 3rd window. Fine. Waited 15 minutes, fine. The person who eventually gave me the coffees didn't say a word, not a hi, sorry for the delay etc. Nothing, not a word. Rude. If you don't like your job, do yourself a favor and find something you enjoy doing.

This McDonald's is worst of the worst one in the world! I would like to give negative star if i can

Me and my friends went there wvwryday for lunch. We would eat our own lunch then buy food. Some lady came to us one day and said we had to leave for not buying food and that she was the manager. I simply asked her for evidence since she was in regular clothes with no name tag. She refused and told me to leave. Me and my friends will not be returning.

Horrible experience
- You forgot the chicken and the dressing of my Greek salad
- You forgot the drink of my 2 happy meal
- You gave me the order #247 hamburger instead my bagel

Restaurant was cozy and clean. Some of the ordering stations didn't give receipts so customers had to ask what their order numbers were. The preparation time of the orders was slower than expected at a McDonald's.

This is a terrible MacDonalds. Its employees are disrepectful and rude. One of the employees pointed his finger at me and argued with me in high voice. And this was after they lost my food. I had the worst MacDonalds experience ever! Friendly advice: go somewhere else!

Though the store is brand-new and nice, and staff are friendly, service is extremely slow. Not a good idea to visit before work. I was waiting for over 5 minutes in the line with one person in front of me, and then waited close to 10 min for a latte.

The slowest drive thru service EVER! Even if I am the only car in drive thru they will make me park my car? !? !? !? !? ! This McDonald's is newly opened yet has the poorest service ever. Every time me or my husband have gone they have taken forever to prepare the order!

Slowest McDonald’s ever. You buy something and they always forget utensils. On top, they simply don’t give you the sauces and any condiments because they would “have to get it from the back”. Horrible service.

One of the busiest Mcdonald’s in the area, they often mix up orders. Staff are not the greatest, and overall experience at this location kind of sucks.

This is the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever had in my life. The fish burger was probably 3 days old, dried up and oily with the buns sticking to part of the cheese. All the chicken nuggets are not fresh and dried up. The diet coke was tasteless. It's an absolute disaster. I'm very surprised people could screw up standardized food this badly. I'm in shock.

Coffee is horrendous! I've bought so many iced coffees at different days & times & they are all garbage! Not even drinkable! It's stale, bitter & old. I have to throw them out. Don't waste your time & money. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh & sometimes it's not. The locations in Walmart's usually aren't very good & they need to increase their standards.

McDonald's has been doing so bad lately. I ordered the quarter BLT combo. They seem to be unable to put the correct burger in the box. I am pretty fed up with this.

I should apply to work at mcdonalds myself so I can either find out why it is so difficult to put the right burger in a box or to set an example of how to do the job properly. Aside from that. I had to drive all the way back to the mcdonalds and I only got half my money back. Terrible customer service for all the trouble I had to go through.

A classic burger place. Getting pretty expensive without the coupons and offers. Good coffee drinks. Use the app. Renovations and table delivery add appeal, but the big Mac should be bigger!

Reminds me of old school McDonald's, the newer McCafe ones are a lot better compared to this one, also doesn't have all the great drinks.
