I ordered 20pc nuggets for 4 kids to share (they all wanted 5 each) once I got home there were 17 in the box. I don't live too close so driving back would be a whole issue on top of dealing with an argument with kids and nuggets. The store was not busy at all so it's either they didn't want to cook the 3 extra so they just put what they already had cooked or your worker does not know how to count. This let me know I'm really going to have to count these nuggets before I leave the store. That's crazy.

The cashier was nice a efficient. I ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday.
When I was given the order it had barely any fudge, I’m not exaggerating. So I asked if I can have more fudge. The lady said something to her coworker and pointed to the top of the machine, I can only assume they either didn’t have any more fudge or the machine wasn’t working properly.
She the proceeds to pump what I can assume was some sort of chocolate syrup.
It was disgusting. Just say you’re out of something, and ask if I’d like something different.
But don’t try to put a different ingredient just to appease the customer

This mc Donald is located inside Walmart at 1305 Lawrence Avenue west, and just as Walmart there services here are mc don are terrible. So I went to have a quick meal here thr other day with my baby girl we had our order and sat down beside a few other customers, however in about five minutes time one of the employee came over to our table and told everyone we had to leave that the tables are now closed! My child just started eating her meal we had to pick it all up and leave this is very rude to customers other restaurant wait until your done your meal however this employee began to use her mop and bucket on the floor with strong chemicals around us just to get us to leave faster mc don should do something about these employees spraying chemicals around babies and customers while they eat and kicking them out because they want to go home early? Not just me everyone was very upset. As for the service they serve you like if they don't want to you have to wait until there dont chatting to come over and ask what you want to order ugh o'Neill never take my baby here or come here again! I wish I could give this poace zero stars!

It takes them over 30 minutes to make my sandwich, it would be much faster for me to make it myself

I ordered regular size oreo mcflurry and it's very small amount of ice cream in a big cup. It's not worth it for $5 omg! In other branch they make it full. I buy always at wingold and dufferin place. Feel disappointed

Brutal service. 30 mins for a God damn nugget combo. Useless would be an upgrade for these people. Don't waste your money here.

Staff never care to online order or delivery, all the time I came and they did not do anything yet.

Overall experience was good just trying to say managers should not yel at their workers in front of customers because it is not possible to listen everytime. If someone is staying polite with them it does not mean he or she is weak they just try to stay calm. They can say politely as well it's not important to speak loudly everytime.

Kishan was absolutely great. Handled all the stress and orders with efficiency and never turned back on any request made by customers. Well deserved manager position and I know all his co workers can attest

Please re-educate the staff on what fast food is bc the staff here walk like they’re in a park
