McDonald's

This score is mainly is for the service and I really wish I managed to catch the McDonals agent name who was working there that time, September 20th, 2023! It was an unpleasant experience to be served by her - McDonlad’s lovers “deserves” to be treated way better than this! I am traveling 11000 kms from my home country and still stepping by a McDonald branch to have my meal, and it’s extremely disappointing to get such a service that is eventually a mood changer in a second!

Impossible to order ahead using the app. Never asked for my code for points. We ordered drinks with no ice, it came with ice. They can't even build a burger properly. I am adding a photo of how they gave me my food.

Horrible. 4 employees standing around to serve hard oversalted burgers and cold fries. Counters were dirty, bathrooms filthy. Will NEVER visit again. Turned me off going to any McDonalds for long time. Will try to no longer frequent this franchise ever again. Four bad locations the last four times I visited McDonalds equal no more being a customer for me and my family. Goodbye McDonalds.

The service is so slow and it wasn't even busy.staff acting like they doing you a favor buy getting your food that you paid for.anyhow the location is ok the food taste just like every other McDonald's.

Food is what it is. Tasty. Hits the spot. That slice of highly processed "cheese" makes the sandwich.

Its the breakfast if travellers, right across from the go station. I need the sustenance, and they're here to give it to me. The staff were very nice, bright and chipper, despite a cold Friday morning. I would, and will, come back.

Decent McDonalds location by the GO station in Oakville, have been going there since it opened many years ago and for the most part always a good experience. Some nice staff there over the years.

Miserable branched, really bad customer service and management
I have ordered through drive through drive through twice and when I got home my order missed fries

Horribly slow drive thru service. It was not even busy. Took 3 minutes for someone to talk on the intercom, after the last customer drove off. I ordered breakfast sandwich full of egg shells on almost every bite. I had to throw out the rest of the sandwich, there was so much egg shell in it. Disgusting.

The employee at the counter was great, super polite and helpful. I stayed to eat my sausage and egg sandwich. The atmosphere was cool at this location and the food was made on time & fresh.

This restaurant is nicely located across both, Oakville and Via rail transit stations.
The interior was well maintained and the kids running the show were surprisingly on the ball.
Friendly faces, fast service and every item ordered was piping hot, fresh and delicious.
I will definitely come back to visit again, and if you're in Oakville give this restaurant a shot.
You'll be glad you did.

Mens bathroom filthy. No toilet paper. Is there not some routine to have the bathrooms checked at some time interval

Dreadful location. The staff are incredibly rude and blame their customers if they make mistakes with their order. Stay away from this if you want to have a pleasant day, and go to the McDonald’s a little further down trafalgar. Significantly friendlier staff and service there. You’ll thank me later.

Very very bad service.no management. 30 minutes wait for single order.staff didn't help.very lazy staff including manger.never never suggest you to order or go this location in oakville cross road McDonald.

Washroom was disgusting, obviously wasnt cleaned in many many hours. Staff very overwhelmed and took their frustrations out on customers. I ordered a Quarter pounder and instead received a big mac with only 1 meat patty and overflowing amount of that gross big Mac sauce. Couldn't get it fixed as they locked the door when I left. Mistakes happen, not too mad but this McDonald's needs to get their stuff together.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The big mac was perfectly put together and the manager was super helpful with the drink tray in the bag for carry out.

The worst McDonald's we've ever been. They were very VERY slow. The burger and fries tasted so old. Asked for one more sleeve for fries which didn't come. Will not visit there again and would not recommend to anybody.

Well my friend used to work there and they missed treated her and are also with holding her pay for over a month and a half now and keep giving her excuse after excuse so everyone do yourself a favor and never work there but the ones in milton and georgetown have awesome people in them I can't say enough about those locations

Absolutely nonsense always get a messed up order if your going to hire people that dont speak English then install the self serve kiosk so I dont have to deal with this garbage
