Very busy and staff seem to be focusing more on drive thru and delivery orders than the people who walk in for counter service.

Both orders were wrong and the one that took our order was not a very pleasant person (Rune) even the milkshake my aunt ordered was wrong. Terrible experience.

Fast drive thru service, orders have been correct and hot. Friendly staff, parking lot kept clean and garbage containers not over flowing like some places.

Food presentation was sloppy. Service was poor. Took forever for her to take our simple order.

Went in drive through got 2 cones on wed evening like mine it had a huge long black hair though I was going be sick thought u need wear a hair net I know when my boys worked there they had to I went in and manger could not are one bit last trip reporting to head office

Just once I'd like to go to a McDonalds and not have them screw up. Shorted me on an order of Nuggets but gave me the sauce. Last time it was a quarter pounder with no burger.

Just visiting Oshawa and stopping this Mc Donald for a lunch. Long drive through but moving ok. I went in to order dine in. They were very busy assisting drive through but it took me to wait 5 minutes before someone took my order tbrough the counter. Place is ok in space more table and chairs for dine in. Parking is tricky. I bet during holidays this quite a busy location since its the one closer to 401.

This has to be hands-down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, I’ve been there for days, asking for coffee with just milk and they give me black every time. Completely disgusting

Some kind of joke with our food? Add Mac sauce to burger doesn't mean having the entire burger coated in MAc sauce mess, couldn't even hold the burger at or even eat. The entire order ruined. All because this crew, put Mac sauce everywhere, outside the burger and they wrapped it that way. Why do this every single burger was messy. They didn't even hear us say add lettuce. All four burgers were the same way or worse

Literally the slowest McDonalds ever. Anytime you order food they ask you to pull in to a spot and have you wait 5-10 minutes.

Ordered a drink through the drive-thru, got home and had a drink and it was flavourless. Asked my friend to have a sip and guess what I ordered, her guess was water!
When I called the restaurant, he told me I could drive back today only and they would give me another drink, unfortunately I don’t have time to go out of my way to drive all the way back down there for them to fix there mistake. I suggested me coming back at a more convenient time for me and the guy on the phone said no ‍️ Guess McDonalds owes me $3.

Received the wrong order a few times. I ordered nuggets not long ago and they were cold and hard. Other than that. It's Macdonalds

Embarrassing quality. I guess it’s hard to follow an actual order. Completely messed my order up yet again! How hard is it really to read no lettuce? Or no onions? Seriously though get new staff if the current brigade can’t read properly or understand what a dietary restriction is….

Worst McDonald’s ever there’s a Man I think the manager he’s so abusive does not gives respect to anyone and talks abusively

Man this place is so incompetent, in the last 3 times I have been to this location they have completely dropped the ball on not even following detailed instructions, I'm talking failure to just make a meal as-is, constantly forgetting items not providing straws ect ect.every single time.

This used to be a good McDonald's.must have new staff my food was handed to person in front of me, they touched it breathed on it looked at it in their car.unsanitary and unsafe food handling! Don't hand my food to someone else and they give it to me I want my McDonald's to be fast and fresh not second hand.

Terrible. I wish I could rate with negative stars. Staff are slower than molasses going uphill. Constantly get orders wrong, very rude staff towards customers, argumentative and when you mention to managers. Management could care less. Minus 5 stars

Parked for a drink 20min hottest day of august, it never came. They park everything here, including drinks. I'd stay away.

Everytime I Go To This McDonald's They Forget Food I Ordered & Or They Never Make It Properly Because They're Rushing & Just Throw The Food At You

I went to the drive thru with my girlfriend late midnight. As I arrived at the speaker box, the order taker did not greet us with any sign of patience, did not give me 1 second to look at the menu for which I needed to place a big order for 3 people. As I continued to place my order, she was sounding like she was annoyed with me taking my time to look at the menu. I did not take notice of what her name was or who else was working from their name badge. As I arrived home I noticed they did not listen to my order, I was annoyed because I ordered 1 nestea and 1 coke and 1 root beer but instead received 2 root beers. Also the did not give me and dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets I ordered. And lastly I'm not sure who to blame but my girlfriend became sick after eating the chicken nuggets, I was questioning wither or not they were cooked enough or if they were expired

Slow service. Constantly getting wrong items or missing items from order. Only seem interested in serving delivery drivers. Definitely gone downhill.

It was terrible It took 25 minutes to get 2 giant big mac meals the food was cold? They put way too much special sauce on it enough that it poured off the burger there was no pickles on either one. Won't go back if it doesn't change

Grab a few weeks ago a quick breakfast inside dining room confusing what is blocked and where you can sit.

Had two junior chickens and one double cheeseburger, you can tell that the patties.have sitting there forever, the chick patties were full of tough chicken parts that I had to spit out. I noticed lately that MCD food quality is going down.

Just had delivered n honestly why do they put salt on poutine when there s salt in the gravy.couldnt eat it.

I ordered for 10pc nuggets in the drive thru and on driving back home found only 6 pieces in the box. I gave them a call and spoke with Brad, Brad immediately assessed my concern and wanted to fix it! Asked me if he could send me a coupon or if I could go come back to the restaurant. I went to the restaurant and they gave me an entire new order and asked me not to worry about the previous one! They also threw in extra fries and thats amazing! Never got such an amazing service before and if there were 10 stars, I would definitely give it to Brad! Kudos to McDonalds Ritson Rd and Brad definitely needs to be promoted! Cheers!

My husband and I had a good experience with the mobile order and because there wasn't any ketchup the manager that served us went back in to get us some. The bread didn't taste like it was freezer burned like other locations such as in Pickering.

So they've installed sharps boxes in the washrooms. They must be tired of fishing junkies needles from the toilets.

Good food only down side is they often forget some items when making your food and that can be frustrating at times.
But it is fast food so what do ya expect

I want to especially commend the young ladies at the drive-thru on July 2nd, 2021 at around 2: 30pm for their superior customer service and empathy, in handling a moment when my daughter and I experienced a verbally abusive racist woman in the car behind us. Upon being slightly shaken, the woman at the window giving out our order asked us if everything was ok, and when I told her what happened (and what continued to happen while we were in line) she looked me in the eye and said, "I'm sorry that this happened. It is NOT ok. " That response in itself showed my daughter and I that there are people who know and understand how to better a situation. Thank you.

Worst McD's I have ever been to in my life. Can't get an order right if their life depended on it.

If you order a Cold Big Mac and Soggy Fries here you won't be disappointed! This location can not make fries. They don't shake the oil out and they don't cook them.

Every time I order delivery something is always missing from my order or they mess something up. It's frustrating cuz you should be able to enjoy your food when you get it and be trying to figure who's now eating what.

If you're going to offer delivery, you have to make sure ALL items are in the bag before passing it off. Just got my delivery and 90% of the order was missing.

They forgot to put sasausage in my sasauge n egg.had to go back.damn they forgot the sugar in my cofee.ahhhhh

These people disgrace the meal that is the Big Mac. I know mac sauce is what makes the burger but this kitchen staff clearly missed the training on building the burger. There is so much mac sauce on the burger its it's basically soup. My face grows more and more orange with each bite. At first i thought this was an isolated experience, but after ordering a few big macs from this location i stand corrected. I now order from other local mcdonalds where the art of a big mac is assembled with passion and accuracy. Disappointing burger execution.

This is the 3rd time in a row they messed up my order.
I’m done going there. There are many other deserving restaurants that need the business than a corporation that could careless

I noticed the later in the day you get your egg McMuffin the more it seems like it's been sitting around funny eh I wonder why that is

This is the best McDonald's in Oshawa to go to. Has the fastest service of all the others and they get your order right. I have had very little issues with this location especially after their renovations. Being a manager at a McDonald's in Whitby myself, I understand the kind of service and expectations people would have.

Extremely rude was told to shut up and will be calling head office tomorrow.food was cold after waiting 15 mins

The fries were very fresh, but they have some issues with trying to make me fill my own cups on a takeout order thats messed up.

No matter how many times I go there, this store can never get my order right. There is always something missing out of my order. I have found that their service has been declining over the years, been going here for over 40 years and they still can't get an order right

The bathrooms were oddly small. I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs and it was cramped. Like, no elbow room to wipe cramped. It was very strange. Clean and friendly staff but the parking lot is a gong show.

Good drive through service, however it is the worst personal service inside, and the length of time to process an order and receive it is ridiculous. The layout of entry is bad and very congested. I believe you can improve it with some small internal awareness sessions with your staff. It's always been my experience to be greeted with a smile at the counter. Please bring back the customer comes first service policy.

This location is very clean. Staff friendly and well trained. The coffee excellent. The foods well prepared. Very helpful and considerate staff.

As i was sitting down seen a gentleman leave because he was waiting five mins while the only worker in front was chatting away with three friends and one single person in front doing their job.
Horrible service. Horrible experiance never going to that location again
And on top of that my Sandwich was sloppy.

Came here with kids. Daughter came out of washroom saying a guy was in stall next to her. Told management and after half hour went in and confirmed it was a regular old lady who does drugs. Management allowed her to stay and after an hour had clothes all over. Kids going in and out and numorous people complain yet management allowed this behavior.

McDonald's did call police after an hour and police arrived almost 90 min. Lady had left.

On a second note, we ordered 6 pies and was told 13 minutes. Came out 30 minutes later after complain. We received 6 burned pies and served them to us. Aweful service at this McDonalds.

Soda machine doesn't work. Messy too. We we're not told.

Every single order from here is always wrong.
It's not fun to arrive home all the time and have to return because what's inside of the bag ITS NOT YOUR FOOD.
On the coffee they don't know the difference between milk and cream.
Way to go keep it like that it's good for business. And the attitude of people there is so bad to take care of complaints today was my last time having something from this location.

Waited 28 minutes for cold food.people who came in and placed their order after me got their order before I got my simple order of a happy meal and cheeseburger combo.not exactly a great experience

Staff at this location are beyond stupid an incompetent. They can't take an order or fill an order properly. How many times do u have to ask for no ketchup on a plain burger. 5 times. The managers are alway outside smoking. An they are just as usless as the staff

This is by far the worst location I have ever been to in my 36 years on this planet and lots of traveling! Every.single.time.every single time we go there is a problem. Amd most of the time, in order to fix their mistake makes for an even worse experience. They didnt put the extra cheese and gravy on my poutine (that i pay extra $$ for because the 'regular' one doesn't have nearly enough cheese and gravy to be able to be called a poutine) i go in to let them know amd it becomes an even bigger hassle. If theres no extra cheese but ok gravy they dump it and it will come back ok cheese no gravy.they always forget my cheese burgers.its a loose loose every time! I am so sick of it.i personally dont wamt to give you even one more chance its my fiance that keeps going back every few months hopung you all will change. THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE UNIVERSE!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I live close by so I've been to it quite a few times and I swear they get my order wrong over 80% of the time when I'm not ordering anything difficult. I've also been asked to pull forward to wait for my cappuccino, in the drive through, multiple time amd then have been forgotten about send had to go in and ask for it which is frustrating when you have kids in the car. I always avoid this location if I'm in a rush

Its nice. I put up the new Ritson Go station signs while i was there haha mcdonalds is really good after a hard day of work
