Very slow service at the drive thru. At night extremely excessive waiting time for the delivery orders

This place is Ok. No self service for fountain drinks - strange.
The food is hot - they do not make big batches of fries, so you get freshly made and hot fries with your order.
Cleanliness of the dining area is not so good.

Mixed experiences.

The day team there works good and don't really mess up in any major ways. They are on average quite friendly and professionnal.

But the evening shift, more so on Fridays and weekends.are absolutely insufferable.

They screw up orders big time and locks the doors on pedestrians one hour prior their displayed closing time.

Honestly, it's weird that I have to go downtown to another Mcdonald's to get anything out of it during their shifts.

My friends and I went to this Mcdonald’s since my friend works at another location and has a discount. We all ordered under my friends name, in one order, and my friend was paying. However, the employee (TINA.) told us that my friend couldn’t pay for us using her discount. She told us in a rude and impolite manner and as someone who has worked in customer service that is NOT how I would talk to a customer. She made an assumption that my friend was paying for us based on the amount of food ordered, and talked to my friend in an unnecessarily condescending and demeaning tone. I understand policies about discounts, but I was very uncomfortable with the way she was talking to us. This was a very disappointing experience for me and my friends, Mcdonald’s, do better.

This is the worst McDonald's in kingston. Super slow, and they almost always get my order wrong.

I want to say thanks again for manager Kevin! I just had a quick lunch at McDonald and found I lost my wallet after leaving, I back to McDonald in 15 minutes but cannot find my wallet. When Kevin heard my story, he immediate help me to check the monitor video and identity a guy who took my lost wallet. He tell me the detail and help me to call military police to get help, thanks again Kevin for all your help!

Would give more stars if they would fix the giant pothole in the drive through. No sign posted warning anyone about it. Someones tire is going to get damaged. It has been like that for months. No excuses as to why it hasn’t been fixed by now.

Very disappointing experience, got 2 breakfast sandwiches, both had only sausage on them, nothing else there suppose to! Will not be using this location again.
