Overall place is fine the workers are fine but the manager is very rude and they said no outside food but I saw lots of people with outside food and really their manager had lots anger because she yells so much but it’s just the manager makes it bad and the restaurant is clean but YEAHHHHHHHH that all: D

I hope the owner or manager sees this.both times recently I had the filled of fish meal. The fish both times was way overcooked and dry.prob.most of the nutrients cooked out of it. Very dissatisfied

Consistently bad on every visit - stale bread, cheese and toppings slapped onto the SIDE of your burger instead of on top, stale cardboard nuggets, and the ice cream machine is constantly broken.

They close down all activities at 2200hrs only drive throuh was working.that service was not mindful.simply doing job no care for customers

Well, ambience, was great for a while. They made the place over, more dark & comfortable. But the food itself did not get a makeover. Same prices less food. The big mack has the tiniest bit of meat ever. You're paying for bread & toppings. Otherwise not bad. My dog loves a 1/2 burger treat occasionally. Still good prices.

Drive through experience. Nobody greet you at the intercom and when you drives up to tell them your order, you are barked to drive your car to the starting line again. So never point out their errors

They put waaaay too much mac sauce on the big Mac. Fries are either always dry or way too salty. Their sprite tastes like chemicals, Coke isn't much better than that. They also don't butter your breakfast sandwiches (they're supposed to, it's part of assembly). Kind of the worst McDonald's I've been to in a while

Fantastic restaurant! Me and my boneheaded son, Joey Shiu got hungry after coming from bluffs and decided to get some food. My autism Cristie got too excited and ate the food very quickly, he even ate the crumbs off the floor while the pandemic is going on! The caretaker was laughing at my ill suke!

I always get fresh and hot coffee each time i order. Drive thru is quick. Every time i order Big Mac i get fresh patty and tastes good.

This store lacking staff frankliness and they are not obedient to customers. Same as they are slow in servicing. Lack of welcome nature. Need to upgrade the cleanliness of the store.

Always check your order before you leave.

Emergency door alarm not working for some time and very discussing when people light up cigarette inside.

Visiting this location was a nightmare to me and was shocked to see the manager here, He had no sense of operational knowledge neither the way he was speaking with customers and uber uber drivers as if he is just trying to snap his frustration on all of them.
I waited for around 45 minutes just to get 2 junior chickens and 2 hot coffees which was served cold with no milk in it.
Worst ever experience Mc Donalds should keep a strict check on this particular location just to understand the way there brand image is being ruined.would never ever visit it again. I just hate the manager's way of dealing with staff, uber drivers as well as customers. Shame on him

Horrible and slow service. Cold food and the staff use profanity with customers. Just drive up the road to the one on Eglington just East of McCowan if you want good service.

This location is a gong show on the best of days. Switching to mobile ordering doesn't improve service, accuracy nor experience.

McDonald at Danforth Road and Midland Avenue was clean and nice. The staff was good, Manager that afternoon was very friendly.

I was buying a combo today and I was greeted by the cashier Jessica. She was so nice and listened to the details of my order with no error. I wish more McDonald's had cashiers like her. 5 stars!

All the crackheads go to this location. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have to. Majority of the cashiers were nice. Came here regularly since it was the only food place close to my school. They also messed up my orders a lot.

When I first moved to the area back in 2005, I went here to just pick up a small fries and drink. The staffs were beyond ghetto. Only returned back a couple years later, and still nothing has changed.

Fast forward today (July/27/2019) when I just wanted to go pop in for their $1.00 summer drink special, I've seen NOTHING has changed, other than the renovated dining area (it looked very nice) had a nice comfortable restaurant type of look.

The cashier was so cringy when she was trying to flirt with the guy trying to place his order, his facial expression loudly screamed "B*tCh let me just place my order". The man had no smile on his face while the cashier was flirting with him. She was very unprofessional. The customer before him, she kept asking her "would that be everything? ". Then she states "It's my job to ensure I keep asking you that question". "I got all day". I guess the customer was taking long to make up their mind on what to order, because the automated menu kept changing.

The bathrooms are STILL GROSS, a customer complained to a worker saying she nearly threw up as she walked in the washroom. Thankfully I didn't have to use the washroom.

I wouldn't trust any of them ghetto youths to make my burger, especially when we can't see it being made in front of us. They might choose to add an extra topping of saliva to a few burgers.

Never had a good experience at this McDonalds. It takes over 10 minutes to get an iced coffee when the busiest McDonalds downtown provides much faster service. Horrible customer service. Last time, I ordered through mobile to pick up at drive thru, it took them 20 minutes to notice that they ran out of ice.

This location is exceptionally slow. Check your order before you leave. Staff are nice and very friendly, but the order placement through fulfillment seems to take an age, even if you only order a drink.

Former employee. I was told to do a tryout shift which was unpaid. I was verbally harrassed by the manager. The coffee machines were only supposed to run one at a time or theyd breakdown. The Manager would brew them both which would cause them to breakdown and then shes blame us. The team constantly yells at each other and it is a very unprofessional and toxic workplace. The kitchen is dirty and the staff purposely does orders wrong to mess with people. The franchisee also doesnt care and yells at employees too. Steer clear of this place

This McDonald has major problems in Customer Service. Today, Tuesday June 18th 2019.between the hours of 1pm to 3pm, I happen to witness Angry customers and also the staff were making too many simple mistakes by not making the orders right. Customers who asked for Coffee with Cream and Sugar were given Black coffee. Big Delay in servicing the Drive through Customers. The Drive through Customers did not receive their orders at the drive through window. They were asked to park and wait for their order but did not get served on time. One drive through Customer a young Lady came inside and was really angry swearing in bad language. Big delay in service inside too. There were 2 people on cash being coached by another senior employee so 3 staff were tied up. There was no proper supervision nor guidance by management so the staff were running around doing their own thing. The McDonald at this location is know for bad service and frequent staff turnover. I think the regional management should investigate this store if they want to maintain their reputation.

Mobile order, waited 15 minutes for my food portion to be brought to the curbside, then another 5 minutes for the cold beverages, totally dissatisfied with this experience at this location. When i got the order back to my shut-in mother-in-law, fries were cold and burger was so squashed didn't recognize it for what it was supposed to be, a McDouble.

Only thing correct about the drinks were that they were cold. Ordered 2 ice coffee, instead got 2 caramel ice coffee, have tried the flavour once before and vowed never again, now i remember why.

Rude staff. Two young ladies gave us attitude when asked about our mobile order and if it was ready.
Food was sloppy. Mayonnaise everywhere on the bun.

Each time I go to the drive thru at this location my order is messed up. They do correct it at the time but it turns a 5 minute trip into a 20 minute trip. I'll not be using this location again for drive thru orders

Drive thru never gets your order right. On numerous occasions I've gotten home with either something missing or the wrong order.

This branch is notorious for messing up orders. This happened five times to me. They even messed up an iced coffee order. How is this possible?

Didn't like the fact tbat there was, a police officer there. Led me to believe that it is not a safe neighborhood

Very unprofessional staff. All the girls behind the counter could use some re-training on Customer Service. And to stop arguingwith each other in front of the customers.

The night crew on feb 26 was great. I got my order righttt! Unlike the warden location they were rude over the phone.

I got coffee with sugar when I didn't ask for sugar, my husband got small coffee when he asked for medium, all at the same order. The washrooms are horrible, piss, puke and other human liquids all over the place, you don't want to touch anything inside even doors.

It is an awkward location if you are driving. It is also not very visible as other McDonald's. I have been there only once but it was a good experience. Food was good and hot so was the coffee fresh and hot. Staff was friendly around 11.00 AM and the washroom was clean.

This location is one of the slowest locations I’ve visited. I ended up waiting over 7 minutes for a hot chocolate. The environment brings a feeling of discomfort as panhandlers loiter outside the front door and the rest rooms are disgusting. Can’t expect a lot from a McDonald’s but the speed of service should atleast be there. If you’re going to order here drive thru is recommended.

Nobody wanted to take our order they were all to busy talking. So I used the machine to order but had to pay cash so I stood there waiting another 5 mins before anyone came to even ask me if I needed anything. Then after I paid it took 25 mins and my fries were cold wet soggy and some of them not even cooked there was 3 girls just talking and not caring about customers

Fast food yes. At least you can somehow pre-heat the hamburger and fries so that it would not taste as it is only for the old senor and the homeless every food that is to be warm up they do not take there time senor and the homeless still have taste in there mouth. I am not talking about all Mc Donald but the one on Danforth's Rd but other than that I enjoy McDonald's.

Worst customer service I have ever had. This is the 3rd times. The girls are so rude. They humiliate Asian customers by mocking them, laughing at them, and getting a raised voice. Today, 13th November 2018, at 8 pm, I ordered from drive through happy meal ($5), but a girl yelled at me when I came to window. She asked me to pay $9.00, but it should be $5.65. When I said how it was $9.00, a black girl started laughing at my Asian accent. This is unacceptable. Never ever go there again.

Their priority is serving the drive through customer faster. The service for the customers waiting inside the restaurant is much slower.

Can they ever get an order right? The answer is no. 9 months later still can't figure out how to get special orders right and when I ask for a receipt so I can complain to head office the manager Cathy tells me to pull over and wait until she can find it for me.wow nice customer service Cathy
