Always have a bad experience with the workers for Saturday they are rude and the customer never right wonder if it's the color of my skin both the Manger and worker both have something to say and laugh about when I walked away
I’m not one to complain, especially about fast food restaurants but this is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and get A CHEESEBURGER WITH NO MEAT. Are you kidding? I don’t notice until I got all the way home. Now I’m going to have to be one of those guys that checks the food in the bag Infront of the employees to make sure it’s actually what I ordered. What an actual joke. Thanks for stealing my money btw.
I ordered double burgers with onions. However, we received one without onions. After addressing this with the manager, she took another burger without informing us that it also lacked onions. Even upon our return and refund, she provided no apologies or explanation. When I requested her name, she refused to disclose it. The experience was disrespectful and a waste of money.
I physically don’t understand how McDonalds continues to employ people that don’t care for the job. I get it, you’re working in a fast food restaurant, but is it so difficult to read a piece of paper and get the order correct? I don’t often go to McDonald’s though any time I have they without fail mess up the order.
I only ordered a coffee with cream. After waiting for 5 minutes, it is still not ready. I asked for it again and she said I will make it. My Uber ride has arrived so I said forget it. I like to ask the manager that your staff on cashier on Feb 6th at 5: 15 pm working as a cashier needs COACHING please. It is basic customer service. Thank you.
