Found boogers attached to what was clearly nose hairs on my order. What a garbage establishment. Manager was completely useless. Disgusting food just got worse. Free items with meal usually infers a toy, not snot with hair from who the hell knows employee! Had to give 1 star otherwise I can’t post! -100

Ridiculously long wait for Uber drivers EVERY time. Been coming here for years it's always the same

More than 20 min wait for a fries and a single burger…. And the staff is having a party in side

We ordered at 10: 50 pm and were pulled for 10 minutes for fries so a person who ordered a drink could get right through. This is fast food?

Supposed to open the doors at 6am but yet it's almost 6: 30am and they are still locked with people trying to get workers attention.atleast try to care

Not open the hours that are posted, and food is subpar even by mcd standards.not worth visiting anymore.

Their ice cream cones are almost always small and hollow inside, everything was fine last year, lack of training i guess.

I understand the idea of “parking” in the drive through but it makes no sense when every car is sent to get parked and i don’t think i’ve had a sandwich from them in years that doesn’t look like it was thrown at a wall first

Moved feom Burlington about 6 years ago but always went to this McDonald's when I worked nearby there, I still go to this location when I'm in town, great managers and Ownership at this location.

I usually pick up my coffee from the drive through, they are working fast, but some wait is always there!

Huge line ups for drive-thru, staff is friendly but they make mistakes alot and I've had to go back multiple times to get them to correct it.

Busy Friday both drive through and inside counter have long line up. Burgers and fries are usual. The coke from the fountain was horrible, super diluted. Should have tasted it before leaving.

The Appleby McDonalds is one of the best in the area. Especially for late night eats, the location consistently has hot food. Whether you’re going for late night or early morning breakfast, the food is always fresher and hotter than other competing locations!

Ordered was mixed up in the first cycle. Then got COLD hot cakes. Very crowded and mismanaged. Will not return back.

Must say, I'm disappointed. I fear McDonald's has done it again. They've reduced the size of the meat paddies, again, at least on the Big Mac. After taking my first bite, I had to open up the burger to make sure there was meat, but I think I would have rather not found what little I did.now I'm wondering if I'll ever buy another meal.it might just be fries from here on.

Food was fine. But 1 star for never being able to get it together. I order a combo with a large drink. Get a medium. Order 2 BBQ Dips. Get 1 sweet and sour. No straws. The time I got the burger with no burger in it. I swear this location finds a way to not give you one small thing you paid for in some big plan to save money. I 100% know if I go here, something will be wrong or missing. If you like to be surprised go here!

Ordered a mcdouble after work. Got home, started eating it. Half way through i pulled a super long hair out of my burger. I have very short hair. I am disgusted.

20 minutes and waiting for a bacon and egg McMuffin in the drive-thru on a Saturday morning. They also ran out of English muffins. I thought this was suppose to be fast food!

Came here this morning roughly around 745am looked to be a manager as they where wearing a black top. She had blonde hair, tall bigger lady. She kept her drink on the floor near the Utensils they were giving out to customers and would take off her shield and mask down to have a drink on the floor. At my restaurant or ANY restaurant that's a BIG NONO. Even when there was no pandemic your saliva cover germ infested water should NOT be on the floor. Mind you she's probably vaccinated but it's still a food restaurant and that was very unprofessional then again so are these restaurants. I

My brother and I have been here many times, so it's a favorite. The staff are nice and the restaurant is spacious and clean.

After getting the order wrong and giving my husband a 'whatever' reply when he corrected the order, would rate this drive thru and employee a zero. Apparently no hash browns. We were given fries instead. Just poor service and attitude

I adked for double patty chees bacon lettice tomatoe got cheese, bacon ketchup meal with large fries med coke period. Got large coke medium frises. Got home 5 aminutes away

I'm just wondering why quaterpounders contain just meat (and cheese) and nothing else? No pickles, onions and etc.

I went for ice cream, which was not available. Received special treatment at POS and got free donut.very customer focused

"Hey, Buddy", "How's it going Buddy", "Thanks, Buddy". I don't know who trained the kid in the drive thru, but calling someone Buddy is confusing and unprofessional. Someone should talk to him.

Excellent service I wait few minutes for my order they offer me a free coffee keep it up guys

Love this location! Every time i go the staff are super friendly and always get my order right.

Manager came outside and yelled at me infront of everyone because my work truck makes a beeping sound when I back into a parking spot.

I usually dont give bad ratings, i believe we all need to be kind! But this restuarant forced me to give them bad rating!
Bad experience, they are never on time! As a customer and deliver driver! Very rude behavior of staff and very slow service! Save your time and energy and go elsewhere! Never going back!

The food is always fresh and yummy, workers provides good customer service. I really like how clean it is and ambience. Keep up the good work.

We go every morning for coffee and always pleasant staff and get the order right everytime. Always hot and fresh

Poor service. Staff is so slow and they dont care about skip and uber eat orders at all. 30 minutes for one orders. Better not to accept the order.

Fast and friendly, just the way it should be. They made quick work of the 15 car line up. Less then 6 minutes!

They forgot to give us part of our order. Luckily I skimmed the bags before we drove off and I was able to retrieve the missing items. Got home to enjoy our food only to find a long, thick hair stuck to one of our hash browns. I understand this is McDonalds and not a 5 star restaurant but with COVID numbers on the rise I really do expect to receive my food without hair: (Won’t be returning here anytime soon.

I have an underlying condition and am exempt for wearing a mask. On entering the premises Pat pointed her finger at me and yelled asking me to wear the mask. I informed her about my condition but Pat still wanted me to wear the mask. For someone who has not read the by-law Pat is not in a position to demand anything from any one. Pat is obnoxious, yells and finger points at customers. If this finger pointing at people is part of her culture it is not part of the Canadian culture. Bad attitude for someone whose job is to server people. If the job is too much for her Pat should be working somewhere else. Next time when I go to this fine establishment if Pat or anybody else harasses me I will call the Police.

If I could give 0 * I would just received my meal and I am so disappointed. When I went to get my large frie out it was a medium THAY WASNT EVEN HALF FULL.at first I thought some fell into the bag but nothing was in there so I was pretty upset as I don't drive and not able to go back to complain about it. Worst of all this is like the 5 maybe 6th time this location has messed my order up.

Service is always good here and quality of food consistent. Staff are some of the best and friendliest you will get at any McDonald's in the region.

Smoothie Machine was broken during breakfast hours and unable to purchase. No ETA for it being fixed and no compensation made for inconvenience of getting my morning smoothie elsewhere.
The drive thru open 24 hours but with random closures that are not known until you drive up at 3AM to find out it's closed.

Great location for a quick drive thru coffee order. The employees are really friendly and the orders have always been correct. The drive thru line up seems to move very quickly even though it looks long before you get to order

They've fast and efficient during the week. And their food are so much better than most Macdonald's anywhere in southern Ontario.

For McDonalds this location had our order so fresh it actually was too hit and the fries too. So that's like the first time I've had such fresh hot food from McDonald's.

Nothing new. Specialty coffee machine is broken frequently. Ice cream machine always broken in the summer. The staff are great and the only reason this gets one star.

Fine for a drink of Spring Water or the occasional Diet Coke. Fast Food, lacking taste, poorly prepared and too much packaging for our environment/climate. Not to mention McDonald's Corporate destruction of the South American Rainforest to further their Corporate Greed and displace the Indigenous people.

Saturday morning my husband and I went to this McDonald's for breakfast. Excellent service from Cat. As we waited for our food I was disgusted to hear MANAGER STEPHANIE threaten to punch her employee in the head for annoying her. We did not get her name but she was small and young and blonde hair. Several of us waiting heard her say this. I will not be returning to this location if this is how management treats their staff. STEPHANIE NEEDS A LESSON IN BULLYING AND HARASSMENT!

I really like McDonald's there milkshakes are really good. There fries are yummy. I really like there big mac & quarter pounder with cheese. It's so good. Prices are good, everytime I got its clean & the staff are nice and helpful. Lots of parking available. They are normally pretty quick, but if they are busy or have just had a rush you could have to wait a bit for your food. Its also great when you get there coupons in mail because you can get McDonald's more often by paying cheaper with a coupon. Once you have one your want more because it's so good. If you haven't gone you should go.
