Ordered here this morning via Uber Eats. Got my order, and the breakfast burritos were uncooked and frozen cold.really really really unhappy as I couldn’t eat it as I am pregnant and can’t risk getting sick. Very very disappointed. Can’t believe this restaurant would even let something like this go out the window. Obviously the workers and the management do not care if somebody gets sick. This is absolutely crazy.

I don’t complain about speed too much cuz I def feel for the customer service employees but this place is just god awfully slow even at dead hours it’s inexcusable

Food was so good, fries were perfect and a special shout out to the best employee Kerengrace she was so nice even took our garbage when we were done without us asking, best dine in experience ever! LIVE LOVE MCDONALDS!

Clean location and relatively quick service. Friendly staff with prompt help if needed.
My biggest complaint (reason for 3 out of 5 stars) is that they have removed the ketchup dispenser and are not planning to reinstall. I cant stress enough how annoying it is to use ketchup packets when eating IN the restaurant. Makes every trip frustrating!

Hit or miss, I will say they habe gotten alot better but everyone likes got food just throwing thay out there

For some reason when I order through doordash they always forget something usually something small like sauce napkins u know but this time left out 6 piece nuggets and a jr chicken and I went through t compensation through doordash and they couldn’t do anything cause I had too many refunds which have ALL come from this locations since they ALWAYS forget something and they’re the only location on door dash get someone to check everyone’s order before hand this is ridiculous at this point now I’m just out like $12 thanks McDonald’s thanks a lot

Twice in a row now, somehow my order got forgotten or ignored.

UPDATE - 2 weeks later. They missed giving us something that we ordered for yet again! This time, it was a happy meal. The person who brought our order to our table, thought the happy meal box was inside the little tiny paper bag. I mean, why not just check first? Their staff are severely lacking in training, can’t even tell if a happy meal is inside a tiny paper bag! CHANGE MANAGEMENT ALREADY! VERY POORLY MANAGED LOCATION!

The previous time, I placed my order at the kiosk and selected table service. After 15 minutes, nothing yet. I thought it was just because there were quite a few orders especially from drive thru. But 15 minutes is too long for fast food! So I asked. It turns out, our order was just there and somehow nobody noticed it. And when we got our food, it wasn’t even warm anymore. To be honest I felt like they were thinking “really? We couldn’t have missed an order! ” True enough, some manager type person decided to sit at a table nearby probably to check if we already got our order and that we were probably asking for our food again. I don’t care if that’s not what really happened, that’s what the situation made me feel! Anyway, I didn’t want to cause anymore commotion so I didn’t anymore complain about the cold food. I thought it was just a one off occurrence.

This second time, almost same scenario. Ordered on the app and picking up at their curbside pickup spot. It took more than 25 minutes! I didn’t notice it was that long already until I looked at my email receipt. And the car parked beside us who was just there for 5 minutes got their order already.

THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING at a FAST FOOD place. This is poor management. Change those managers already!

I used to have the app but deleted it. When going through drive through app is useless they need to make app like other fast food service have a app line inside where you get served first.

I live around the corner from this McDonald's and I'd rather play roulette than order from here. You have a better chance at roulette to get what you ordered. Get it together McDonald's. Also the fries are 80 % of the time cold

When I heard that this restaurant was opening, we were happy since we live around the area. That’s where it ends. Just the proximity. 3 times now that they have screwed up my order. First couple of times, I thought the employees are new. Then months after they are still missing some items in your order. A full sandwich here, missing drinks, missing fries also taking orders wrong. You paid with hard earned money and expecting to enjoy a meal you wanted, but you ended up being disappointed. They should have someone checking those orders if it’s all there since you trusted that they all would be there. Other Mcdonald branches I never had problem with missing orders, only this location. Extremely disappointed!

I have been to this McDonald’s a few times and every time it has been amazing. Great customer service and the food is always fresh. Best McDonald’s in Guelph

The double double coffee and Mcgriddles were very well made and the customer service was great. My wife even got in on some bantering between the employee and manager. All in good fun. Great job, please keep it up.

Ordered a cone and 2 mcflurrys.cone was served upside down in a bowl because she said it was too soft.mcflurrys were just vanilla ice cream with an oreo topping.not mixed at all.plus the garbages were overflowing everywhere

Extremely slow, when ordering in or take out cater to dr8ve through 20 mins for black coffee when it's not even busy is ridiculous, had same issues every time I go in. Ice cream and fries n nuggets for kids takes even longer

This location is clean but super slow… twice now I have gone inside of this location, there wasn’t another customer inside, and it took over 10 minutes to get my food… not sure how a sausage mcmuffin, hash brown and coffee took 15 minutes TWICE.

Vary slow on getting order. Took a hour to get it. And coffee sat on their counter till the rest of order was ready. So they were cold and fries were ready 45 minutes before the rest of food. So the only thing hot was the burgers and our tempers.

Was excited to have a McDonald’s location open closer to home but I don’t think this location has ever got my order correct. Forgotten sauces, shorted nuggets, never any straws, the list goes on. Please properly train the staff. Fast food shouldn’t mean poor service.

You guys need to stay more focused. I understand the age range is so prone to want to socialize. But there have been several times where we've been standing there waiting either to order or receive my drinks and it's just sitting there because there's a huge group of people just talking. I admire your few staff that I've seen just walk around tidying up cleaning while others stand around talking. I think there needs to be a mix-up with the age range at this location. Maybe a few more mature adults.

It was an amazing experience. Love the new layout and it feels quite fresh, authentic and futuristic, yet delivering the quality I have come to associate with McDonald's!

Service is hit or miss. I go there a lot and I can never get a straw with my drink for some reason. I'll order 4 drinks and get 0 straws.

As far as the food it’s pretty on par with any other store. But this location needs to make big strides in cleanliness. Garbage and fries all over the floor. Empty trays with garbage on multiple tables including outside. Was pretty shocking for Canadian standards. Never even seen an American store this dirty.

They never get there orders right. This is the 4th Wednesday Night in a row they have made mistakes with our order in drive Thru. No Fries, wrong drinks, etc so disappointed.

Love the new location, it's nice and new with a reasonable drive through to fit larger vehicles. Tons of parking and nice and clean inside. My only complaint would be that I asked for a cup of ice water with my order and received a cup of boiling hot water. Mistakes happen but maybe based on other reviews of this location, some quality control would be of assistance. Still giving this spot 5-stars. I've dined in and used the drive through so far. Thanks staff.

Was absolutely brutal tonight. Had to go In and wait 10 mins for them to remake my coffee that they managed to screw up in the drive thru. Staff screwing around in the kitchen with friends in the dining room and In the drive thru. Multiple people back there swearing as if customers can’t hear them. The fact there was an actual adult manager back there with them letting the chaos continue was quite shocking to me!

Slower than the Downtown Guelph Mcdonalds (waited 15 mins for 1 meal and a burger) and gave our order to the wrong vehicle.

Every single time we’ve ordered from this location it’s been wrong in some way, or missing items altogether.

Today—a long black hair in the fries. Yuck.
