The inside is so smelly as a dead fish and its also super dirty, I mean you can see stains on everything However the food is good as usual just don’t dine in or have it at the outdoor tables

Absolutely horrible location.

Be prepared to wait 15-20 for the most basic foods.

This McDonald’s has gone down hill so much. We placed a door dash order for our workplace.it wasn’t a huge order. Easy items. We had most of our order missing, when we called the lady was super apologetic and told us to come by and get our missing items. When we arrived the staff were extremely rude and told us they were unable to give us our items and told us we were lying. We had the receipt to show what we actually ordered. Gave us a very hard time. Disappointed. Do better. As a customer service worker we all need to be better as times are hard for everybody.

Their codes weren't working properly through their machines. Closed app 7+ times for new codes and each time they said they all didn't work. Managers saw that we were doing them and still refused to override the order. Said there was no way to it. Will never go back to the Jamision Parkway in Hesepler again.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before I could order. Proceeded to the first window to pay only to be ignored so I went to the next widow and was once again ignored. Left without food and I will never be back

I ordered through the drive-thru at 10: 45 AM. Was told to park for a few minutes as per usual then received my order. Sat to drink coffee for a couple minutes then realized my order was wrong. Went in store and waited in line only to be told my order was right, despite the receipt vs product proving otherwise. Spoke to manager, waited for correct order. Finally got the right order at 11: 10. A 25 minute ordeal for drive thru breakfast.

Went through the drive thru may 24th around midnight and ordered 2 of the chipotle bbq quarter pounders and got next to no bbq sauce on either of them with the pickles stacked in one spot instead of spread out. This is absolutely pathetic for a promotional item and the sandwich maker should be fired for even thinking its acceptable to serve food like this. Its not like it was forgotten or something reasonable you literally put 2 tiny dots on the bun and thats it. From all the other poor reviews the management should probably be replaced aswell or maybe just shut this location down. This is how you treat your customers and then cry you deserve more than minimum wage but you cant even manage a minimum effort job.

Dine in area is pretty big and wait times are less compared to other McD’s.

This location is close to my house so it's generally the first choice. BUT they forget main items every.single.time.like chicken nuggets from a happy meal or big Mac from a regular meal. Never fails. I have paid for so much food there that I've never gotten to eat. After several times I finally learned my lesson and went inside to order.
I paid at 4: 52pm. At 5: 17 they called my number, my order was ready.
During that wait 2, yes 2 customers came in, stood at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes each and then turned around and left as not one staff member even acknowledged them.
A new staff started their shift and waited at the counter to do what I presumed covid checks, the managed asked 'have you caught covid since you've been here last? ' I get it. We are all over covid, but if you aren't going to bother why make your staff stand there and wait?
After getting my food, I checked everything. I was missing one of the quarter pounders and dipping sauces from both happy meals. Anyone with dip-crazy kids knows thats a big deal.
I just don't get it. There was two managers/supervisors working but neither stepped in/up to fix anything. The staff are always polite but the accuracy and care are wayyy below the bar.

How long does it take to make a mcflurry? And it wasn't filled to the top. Worst mcdonalds by far.

They accepted my late night order through Skip the Dishes, I waited over 30 minutes until the Skip app showed my courier picking up my order, only for my order to THEN be cancelled. I asked the Skip rep working my issue ticket why it was cancelled after the long wait, and he said my order couldn't be filled due to store maintenance. So now I'm wondering why they even ACCEPTED my Skip order! If they'd let me know or declined my order at the start, I could have ordered somewhere else and actually got food. By the time they informed me of the order cancelation, everywhere was closed. I am still hungry. And angry. I am most definitely hangry! Also, why does it take over 40 minutes to fill a simple order at night? That's so unimpressive.

Was told to go wait for my food at 11 am when there was only two people in line called the store from the drive threw was told its there policy

We order and we forgot to ask for ketchup we ask girl on the side and she said next time order at the cashier with some bad words

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Rude service!
I watched a lady wait over 10 minutes at the counter to put her order in and watch multiple employees and management walk past her multiple times without even acknowledge her. Then she asked out loud to the multiple employees around if anyone was working the counter, one employee turned to her and said can't you tell we are busy. The service here is a joke and should get a zero star rating.

Ordered through Uber Eats two burger combos, 20 spicy nuggs, and a poutine. They sent me one burger two poutines and two drinks. Is this a joke?

I work in the same plaza, frequent there for coffee quite often. I have had to walk out twice now, after having paid for my order, as customers get served full meals before I get an iced coffee. I wouldn't normally leave but you'd think arriving 15 minutes early to get a coffee before work would be plenty of time. I have been late twice because of this place. Nobody there seems to have any direction or training at all. I will not be going back ever again.

This mcdonald's has got to be the worst one ive ever been to. I have wasted multiple lunch breaks just sitting in the drive thru because these people can't do a simple bottom feeder job lol. That's 30 mins of my life ill never get back.

Worst employees i have seen in this mcdonald.i was doing skip the dishes and went inside for the order.one employee toled his colleuge that get him out of the store they behave in very rude manners.will never suggest to go over that store

Just waited over 20 minutes in this drive thru only to get out of the line and notice the whole order wrong. Went to go call to tell them we will be back for a full refund and there phone number doesn’t even go through? Don’t go here - guy taking payment can barely even say a whole sentence. Mumble mumble - no effort here. It’s not that hard to take a look at an order on the screen PUT the right food in the bag…?

Most recently: ordered fries and coffee at drive through; fries were COLD. Young man at service window was unpleasant at best. I know the service industry can be challenging in the best of times, but to assume all customers with a question or simple request are going to be obnoxious is only going to make the job harder for yourself (May 27,2021 @14: 05, Cambridge On, Jaimeson location).
From other reviews it is apparent this is NOT a well managed location.

The drive thru girl was very rude and was not happy to talk to me, i landed there at 335 am with a mobile order code to which she has said that she closed the order station and tills so can not make my order, i drove 10 mins to pick up, very bad @mcdonaldscanada

Inconsistent / poor service. Chocolate Sundaes were just half filled (see photos) and came without spoons. Milkshake was all dripping and there were no napkins provided. Yet another disappointing visit

Worst service for any location. After waiting in line for 10 mins, cashier turns her back to check other orders. Proceeds to stand and speak to the mgr regarding orders for doordash. This lasted about 5 mins, so far spent 15 mins in line with no service. Decided to leave.

I don't understand how every other restaurant can get it right, except McDonald's! And McDonald's offers no apology either because they don't HAVE to. They got their money. All the complaints I'm seeing on here and ZERO response from management! First they fail to put the burger in the bag, THEN they give it to me with pickles when I asked for NO PICKLES! It says in plain English on the receipt "NO PICKLES. " How do they NOT see that. EVERY SINGLE TIME? I'd really like to see a response and help me understand why I'm so confused right now. I'll wait.

Very good service, the staff are nice, the food is well prepared and most off all they have one off the best services in my experiances. Overall the best service

At the drive threw people cant speak well English and when my mother orders from the drive threw she has to repeat herself multiple times and is crowded in ther often young people 18 or under do sloppy jobs sometimes and customers are rude to the workers sometimes great food not as good as others my family got orders messed up once and a while from people who don't speak English well and long waits sometimes

Just stopped for a small chocolate milkshake. I was absolutely appalled to find out that the price of a small shake was $3.77. I had no choice but to drive away and told him to keep it. The millions and millions this franchise makes you shod be ashamed.

Very slow compared to other locations.

Not sure what the deal is but the drive thru line is always moves like a slug, often extending into the parking lot and causing problems.

I ordered a junior chicken and a large fries. 2 items, simple order, when they weren't busy.

They gave me a medium fries when I paid for a large. Seriously? Do better.

Recently moved to Cambridge and this has become my local mcdons, countless times my order has been wrong and they charge more than other franchises in the region

Terrible customer service as well, today was my last visit to this location after yet another wrong order was given to me

This is my regular go-to place for coffee and the odd meal on my way to work. The coffee is very consistent and food/drink service is almost always fast in the drive thru. Loss of star due to slow service inside restaurant (but I find this is an issue at all McDonald's with the new self-serve and vastly reduced counter staff.

The staff was too incompetent yet again to put sweet and sour sauce with the chicken nugget happy meal. However I did get 9 straws for 4 drinks. Great job

Long wait time inside, even though I ordered a tea and pop, which I filled myself. Over 20 mins! Unacceptable

No one in drive through. Ordered 2 jr chickens, got parked. More cars came. They all got parked aswell. 5 minutes later they come out with 4 bags. I guess they care more about drive through time than customer satisfaction

Friendly and not as busy as HESPELER RD location. Oh and thx for the nugget sauces and straws that HESPELER RD didn't give us for our 2 nugget combos. We live closer to HESPELER but I'm not sure it's worth it anymore!

Well going in ordering food now worried about a potential infection of covid 19 with my bacon cheeseburger ya, no thanks.

This place did a superb job at dealing with the Corolla 19 Virus. Absolute customer satisfaction, plus my friend works here lol

Ordered a meal at the drive thru, I can see they're processing orders slowly. Pay for my meal at the first window. Waiting at second window for 3 minutes and the glass opens, instead of having my meal ready the guy opens the window and asks "uber? ". I say "what? " He doubles down with a condescending "uber? ". My actual order still wasnt ready so I was asked to pull up and wait.

For contexts sake I am of south asian descent and I know this will sound petty but it just reminded me that people with my skin colour are more likely to be driving uber eats, so much so that this employee took one look at me and confidently assumed I wasn't a customer.

For that I leave a 1 star review, I know I look different but for goodness sake I was born here.

The nice thing is they have a larger selection now.
When riding the bike there is always one somewhere

Can go there for a meal or for a ice cream always have to pull off to the side worst service and slow

They usually forget something with every order. And service is slow (long wait times even for one meal by drive thru). Staff are friendly though which is why I gave 3 stars

POOR, very slow service.only one cashier that takes our order and then goes and gets the coffee, muffins etc.

Cold fries. The worst. At least 10 minutes old at 7pm. Lots of cars in the DT so no excuse for old fries. Disappointed.
