My kids enjoyed the food! The place was clean and the service was quick and our server was pleasant.

The worst McDonald in Orleans possibly Ottawa. My 5 last orders had missing items. When I go back in to request the missing items the managers and employees laugh it off. If I could give minus stars I would. McDonald Canada should get involved with this franchisee.

Waited at the drive thru for like 30 minutes and no one took any of the cars orders. Everyone eventually just left, and when I drove by I noticed people just standing inside doing nothing

Watched my McFlurry melt on the table for 5 minutes before having to ask 1 of the 10 employees standing around doing nothing for my melted ice cream.

This location has a lot of brand new staff members - it is clearly a first job for some.
Overall I have no had to wait too long for orders and they were made decently. When I go sometimes I see guests yelling at staff or taking a fit inside. People need to have more patience and empathy, they are learning and trying their best. The staff will improve over time.

Somebody, please train these kids. Take responsibility of ownership and act now before this newly built location becomes a hub for Byward homeless. At this point, it’s complete negligence.

Very minimalist interior. Service was abysmal. The milkshake and ice cream machine were broken even though this is a brand new location and the staff seemed extremely incompetent and uncaring.

Tried the drive through three times now. Every time it’s taken over 10 mins from the time we placed the order to get our food, twice we had to get out of car and knock on the window after 15 mins and all three times our order has been wrong. Most recently ordered a chicken blt, Big Mac and a quart pounder combo. Got a big ma, 2x quarter pounders and no fries. Absolute joke of a franchise. The manger and training team need to be fired.

I had to wait 15 me and curbside for a ice coffee. I had to go into the store to get the coffee or I would still be sitting in the parking lot. 5 people in the store and no body in drive thru so they were not busy.

I just had the most amazing time at McDonald's! Seriously, everything was on point. The food? Fresh. The service? A little slow but friendly and welcoming. And let's not forget how clean and inviting the restaurant was. Highly recommended!

Waited 20 mins for two soft drinks that were just sitting there while the staff was busy blowing balloons up with there mouths….

One of the best McDonald around. Very fast service, friendly staff. The place is brand new and kept clean. Highly recommend.

Visited to purchase mcfluries. Went through the drive thru. Our mcfluries were half full. Not up to par with the standards. Absolutely not impressed.

Staff needs to be retrained or manager needs to be more present. I’ve given this location several chances and they fail every time. Fries are rock hard and over salted, burger had no condiments in it today, service takes forever while the employees are standing around joking. Today was the last straw, burger had zero condiments in it, my son asked for ketchup for his fries and the male behind the counter said he’d have to charge him for it. I went and asked for him and was handed the packets right away. My son spent 2k of his points for donuts, they accepted the order on the app, then we were told after ordering that the donuts were still frozen so we got two hard old and stale cookies. No straws for the drinks. We are all at home with stomach aches now. Avoid this location. Read the reviews, they don’t lie.

I asked for a takeout double toasted bagel with butter for breakfast. When at home I unwrapped it I found it as burnt as a piece of charcoal. No butter either. As hard as a piece of wood. At 9: 30 Sunday morning there was hardly any customer, still I had to wait for 10 minutes to get it. Horrible for the business on this new location. I feel for the staff as they haven't been properly trained. They don't have any phone number either on their website!

Don't bother going to this new one. Go to the others in Orleans.

Fries are always WAY TOO SALTY
They also LOVE to make you wait stupid amounts of time for your food just for you to figure out that they forgot 1-2 things EVERY TIME!

Absolutely horrible and they also barely pay their workers a decent wage, probably why nobody is doing a good job.

Very fast service and all the employees are very friendly too. Not only that but the food is great.

Waited 10 min for my big mac meal with just me in line. French fries were so salty i didnt eat them. Ice coffee was horrible. Tried to get their attention but they were to busy talking. Was not impressed

Internet told me this was open. Went at 6: 45am, waited at the drive thru ordering window. Left after 5 min. Store was closed but no cones in front of the drive thru lane.

2nd time ordering since they opened both times fries are cold and like cardboard. Also if you order Big Mac sauce on there menu they give you a Big Mac instead. Check your order. Disappointed.
