Fries and nuggets were old, it's like I was served food that should have been thrown out. Disgusting, I went through the drive-thru and only discovered how poor the quality was, once I got home. Sadly, this is not the first time, I had old food from this location. But it certainly will be the last time.
Good place for quick food in the area. Staff are as good as you’d expect them to be. High traffic area with a lot of people so can be busy at times depending on when you go. Also in a prime area with many stores next to it. Food is pretty good for mcdonalds.
Update: why did I even try once more after their recent renovations? Night staff and in particular night manager are terrible for cleanliness, attitude is terrible and manager Nisarg leads with setting a terrible example.
I always try and give a place the benefit of the doubt and another chance before I post a one star review like this. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the system! Went through the drive through, picked up another burger with a Stale and hard bun, luke warm fries, and a drink with too much ice (after telling them light ice), AND with terrible service. Not only am I not going back to this location, I’ll be avoiding all locations. McDonald’s, get your act together because THIS is becoming your norm.
They remade the facility and not a fan. The tables cannot be adjusted so my toddler cannot eat well. Thinking of the kids would have been a good idea but what can we do. Service is still slow. Probably even slower.
Gave this place a pass the first time it happened but twice with the same situation is unacceptable. For the second time I ordered a double filet-o-fish.received it and it had a half slice of cheese holding the 2 fish patties together, it should have 2 slices, and for the second time it had no sauce at all on the sandwich. Basically 2 fish patties on a bun.like I said at the start I gave them a pass the first time, we all make mistakes, but getting the same order twice with same errors.either the restaurant does not train their employees correctly or their employees don't care about their jobs.either way. STAY AWAY.
Seriously one of the worst mcdonalds in etobicoke. They hire incompetent staff who cannot follow simple instructions. EVER. I don't think I've ever had good quality food from this location. And the staff is SO RUDE.they have the WORST attitudes
You get what you expect. Indifferent service for a largely indifferent product. Mainly come to McDonalds because of their coffee, which I feel is their only shining star.
Very slow drive thru, waitd 20 min on drive thru and still my order was not ready, girls were using mobile phone and they don’t even care about customers
Being served in Drive thru always have to pull over and park and wait, or come inside. Always a 10 minutes or longer. Staff is also rude especially late night shifts and early morning.
Slowest McDonald's in Toronto. Probably 5 times now the drive through took almost 20 minutes. This was at 8 or 9pm. I never go there at peak times. Cant even imagine what that is like.
They always take an incredible excess of time in fulfilling orders. If you want fast food. Don’t go here. You will be waiting 45mins to an hour for some fries.
This store always messes our order every time. I am too tired to go back or call them and they will say you will get the missing item next time. Is that even logical? Not sure why they always forget a thing or two all the time!
I hate giving bad reviews. But sometimes its necessary to fix the problem. Today i went in there around 730am and there was about 5 other people all waiting in the rain. They have 3 entrances. And all of them were locked. Nobody could get in. And they had been open for hours. I dont know how they never noticed there was no customers coming in. Finally we all get in. We explain to the lady all the doors are locked. She responds "so how did you get in then" tons of attitude. Does nothing about the locked the door. Other people are now banging on the doors and windows. Not 1 employee did anything. For all I know its still locked. Finally get my coffee, and it's cold and watered down. Probably because they have had no customers in the lobby all morning, so they gave me the old stuff. Very unhappy with the service here. They need to do better.

The worst Big Mac I’ve rated in my whole life. The patty was not cooked properly, it was tasteless and the gave orange fruitopia rather than crush. Would have given no stars if there was an option. Waste of money.
There is always a crazy line up and it takes forever to get your food. We came to this location once at 3am. We were the only ones in line and it legit took us 15 mins to get a Jr.chicken sandwich. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement! We emailed the owner and received 0 response although they have signs in their windows asking for feedback. They clearly don't value it. Worst customer service at this location. Avoid if possible. Go to the one on Dundas. You'll be treated much better!
Do Not Dine-In or Order Inside between 10AM-3PM. This place will ignore you like you don’t exist. Over 7 Members running here and there just to server DRIVE THRU, MOBILE ORDER or UBER EATS/SKIP. People those are standing by the Counter are INVISIBLE to them. The manager should look into this disrespectful gesture. One person should, take the order atleast. I waited more than 25 min in the line just to order a small coffee and no one came.
Brutal after hours walk up service. Manager treats walkups as lowest priority. Once totally ignored me and continued mopping. I had to wait for an over worked employee in the back to take my order which happened well after I arrived.
Worst macdonalds ever been to staff are rude even though the customer will be nice and patient. I usually dont get mad or angry and pretty calm. I dont leave reviews but they messed up my order and I ordered medium fries with salt (they put no salt just blend). My head was hurting today so I didn't want to deal with.and I order medium ice frappe caramel like ice cap instead I got this water coffee. I asked lady she said this what we have and was rude. I told I dont want it but decide to take it to end it (and maybe might taste good) boy I was wrong!: (
Absolutely amazing! Of course the food was on point, service was a bit slow but that's a given in these troublesome times. Other than that, thumbs up from me!
Went to this McDonald's location on my late lunch break (around 3pm) and ordered ONE medium-sized cappuccino coffee. Ten minutes later, I was advised that my order couldn't be fulfilled because they were "cleaning the machine" (something that SHOULD be done after hours, when the restaurant is closed). I was asked if I would like a regular coffee (at the cost of a cappuccino) instead. I declined. I decided to post this rating and explanation, in case anyone else out there is looking to grab a quick bite to eat. This is NOT the location to go to if you're in a hurry.
Whoever is running this location needs to stop being stingy and hire more people or something because there is no excuse for this location to have 15 mins line ups at the drive thru, this is absolutely absurd.
I literally am in line for 13 mins so far and I have 4 cars ahead of me before I can even order and the car at the speaker has been there for 5 mins cause no one is even taking his order so he can move up.
One of the worst McDonald's in Etobicoke. Only go here if you are desperate to (a) get attitude, (b) wait 30 mins minimum for your food, and (c) enjoy eating cardboard. There's a much better location 10 mins from here that have friendlier staff without the hassle.
Hands down WORST McDonald's location I've ever been to. Quality is so bad I've had to get them to refund me for the slop they produce. Not consistent with McDonald's in general and employees don't care. Also takes so long to get your food. No idea what is going in here but it needs an Audit by the operations team.
2 cars at #2 window. 2 cars length empty, n lines of car waiting to order. Better not to use mobile order as your order would be cold by the time can pick it up
Big bad Don't treat well with drivers. They want us to wait outside in -18 wow. Salute on them for giving us a kind treat very good. Sunday morning manager was redicilous dont have any ethics to talk with delivery drivers. Emotionless redicolous manager all the time. Staff is nice
The customer service of this McDonald is very unprofessional, one of the CSR was not even in his proper uniform and not even wearing a hair net. I saw him being very abusive to senior citizen and was very unprofessional with the handling of the food and even he was very rude with me also. I wouldn’t gave him a single star also.
Terrible service.slow and even though a ton of staff are standing around in the back they had a single person on cash. Poorly managed and the best part is they got my order wrong. I finally get my burger and leave but had to drive back. Who makes a bigmac with a single patty? Unreal.
This place is absolute garbage to uber eats drivers, specially if you deliver in the night time they make you in the long drive through for 25+ minutes. Its definitely not worth my time to deliver for them and from now i will boycott their delivery requests until they get their $h! T together. The food was good. They need to improve the clarity of their speaker system though. Their signage is outdated advertising the Cream Egg McFlurry but they said it wasn't still available. I would go back though.
I find the food that McDonald's is serving is getting very expensive, I got a fish fillet I bought it home and I found it was very dry, The coffee was cool. I will not be going back to that location
I was impressed with how clean it was. Too bad that the staff employee didn't have a sign stating that the floor was wet, as I almost fell when one of my crutches went on the wet floor and I nearly had an accident. That would have resulted in a lawsuit. I suggest you train the employees better in order to prevent any lawsuits. I also noticed that the two junior meals each had the whole day's caloric calories just for the one meal. That's sad as too many children are obese and sadly trust fast food to be safe instead of ladled in fat to taste good. Would be great if Mac Donald's could make the meals healthier.
I ordered a coffee I waited 15min for a coffee other people waited longer very slow service. Also while waiting for my coffee a lady came inside from the drive thru she had been waiting 10min before getting to the window. Need more staff in the morning. On the up side staff was friendly.
Extremely busy location. Staff not equipped to deal with the high volume of customers. I felt bad for the employees. They were working very hard and trying their best with the staff they had on hand.
Standard McDonalds fair but one of the slower locations I've been to, even when just getting a coffee. Priority definitely goes to drive through rather than customers inside.
Pretty much just like. Any McDonald's; fast, inaccurate orders and cold shoulders from the customer service reps. What happens after the food is another story all together.
