McDonald's

I paid for an upgrade for our french fries, but I guess they decided that I wasn’t getting it. Nuggets were cold and they made us pull over. I would have thought with the 15 min wait, we’d get fresh food.

I understand that this is downtown but to not have dinning room open till 11am is crazy people that working driving jobs ajd want to get a bite to eat and use a bathroom on break can't

Yall forget my straws and habanero sauce every damn time, whoever working fc, needs to he reminded to read the orders clearly, this has happened multiple times over the mcdonalds app (doordash)

Overall, it was great. When they were making the food, it was slow, but the food was good. The atmosphere was comfortable. I would definitely go again.

Worst McDonald's in the city. Never get your order right, they slop their food together, they give out free food to the Police (like they need more free stuff) and will serve the Police before you. It's a bunch of Generation Z kids who are as lazy as it gets, and they close down for an hour when switching to Breakfast. They are the only McDonald's in the city to shut down for an hour while switching to Breakfast and they won't give you a reason why.

There are homeless people everywhere, they'll try and steal your food and money and the staff does nothing about it. They'll literally sit back and watch as your car gets broken into. Food is always cold when you get it, even if it's made "fresh". The young Gen Z's have no work ethic. They're rude. They don't even say hello to you, just toss you the debit machine and your food. The midnight staff is by far the worst. Avoid this McDonald's between 11 PM and 7 AM AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want a lazy Gen Z screwing up your order and blaming you for it.

The worst food and service. Doing skip on this macdonalds is the worst, nothing compared to the macdonalds on walker and tucmseh

Really bad service for delivery guys have to wait for 20 minutes for 6 dollar oder and no staff member is looking to pack the oder just serving drivethru

Google description is wrong. No dine in available. My kids and I went for breakfast at 830 and I was told by the workers that we were not allowed to sit down and eat

Worst experience i ever have in my life my food was ready i was watching it there for 10 min and asking one of there employee for my food and after 15 min she gave my food that was ready before 15 min and when i told her that my food was ready and she didn’t gave me and she told me that she doesn’t care and just turn around and go back I don’t know her name but she was tall, white lady with hair curl on her face. And that wasn’t first time she dose this with me she always have attitude like that with all the customers.

Just drive thru. But they did mess up my coffee order. Ordered a black coffee got a double, double. Not happy.

They do not fill fries. The pic attached was supposed to be a large fry. None in bag, none eaten yet.

Definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever ate. My kids didn't even like theirs and they love McDonald's. I'd avoid that store and go to any other location.

Train ur staff how to do customer service without descrimination. Drive through staff was rude to me just bcoz I asked nicely if I can get my balance in loonies and quarters instead of a $5 bill. Pathetic service. I will never go back in there.

This is pretty good restaurant. Little on smaller size. Right next to tunnel entrance.

Be vary careful exiting this place, Don't get into the tunnel entrance.

Worse place ever. Very dirty. Workers are slow. Lots of homeless people asking for money and sitting there by the door. Washroom is so nasty.

Would score this place a zero if I could if you don’t have a vehicle after 8pm you can’t get food here what kind of joke is that will never come back here it’s 2023 time to figure it out how pathetic

Worst experience ever! Forgot one of our orders and then told us we had to go back through the drive through after already waiting 14 minutes (you can see the timer at the window). The meal we got cost over $18? ! And the fries were cold and half full.

One of the better mcdonalds. We ate it for the first time in years and they serviced us pretty quick. It's mcdonalds, u get what u get.

Was pleasantly surprised my last visit. First time in literally YEARS my fries were soo hot n yummy although my nuggets were luke warm at best. Those fries were soooo good tho

The food was as expected however this location is super slow i always mobile order however im still dtuck waiting in the restaurant for 10-12 mins which makes ordering ahead a bit redundant

Prices are getting ridiculous. I haven't been in a while and thought they were joking when my tiny value meal came up almost $10. That's a lot of nerve at a place where food is prepetually cold, stale or wrong. Know your place McDonald's.

We just ordered two smoothies and oh god the service here is horrible. We are waiting for the smoothie since 20 minutes and as I post the review we are still waiting for the order. The staff is unresponsive and cleared off the order from the screen but did not make our smoothies. Wouldn’t suggest going in here. I think they prefer drive thru more than the customers who come in.
