Went through the drive thru asked to go to spot to wait 30 minutes for ONE egg muffin other people with huge orders for theirs before I did ridiculous.

Not terrible here not the best either. Cashier was nice and helpful but was ignored by everyone else. Also wasn't to clean that day.

Ordered food from there app and order came with missing food. App says will get back to you later about missing food. Called store. It took 6 calls for them to answer the phone they they said they could not help or care that are kid has no food because they did not put it in the bag. Said we had to wait a hour for the app to get back to us about our missing food. So my kid get no dinner and we have to wait to see what they will do about it. I should not have to make a second order and hope the give me a refund for what they missed the first time.
It took the app over 12 hours to get back to us. They refunded the food cost but no credit for delivery fee's. So if we reorder the missing food it we would be charged delivery fee so it would cost us more for a food because did not put it in the bag and the store does not care about this.
We should have to pay more and wait long because for a food was not put in the bag. The app should not take that long to get back to you. The store should be paying for there mistake not the customer.

Everything about this place is horrible from the food to the service to the overall condition of the place. Wouldn't feed this food to my dog?

Ordered a Large fry for both me and my partner's meal. Come to find I was given a small instead of the large that's an extra 40¢ charge.

The worst McDonald ever i came around 1: 30 am asked for ice cream broken machine as usual then i asked for smoothies they don’t have any idk why they are open

They always manage to mess up my order or forget something. Takes them forever just to make 2 drinks.

First they parked us to wait for our food 30 mins later the staff is young and poorly trained also zero customer service skills of any kind. When I retired home they forgot one of the burgers were missing, Also all the food was cold I will not ever return to this location. I only write this review because of the countless time these same issues have been done. Now I have to speak up.

Only thing good about this ace is the staff are always friendly I'm not mclovin it seen a fight break out when my kids where in the play place had to break it up good go tho lol it's Hamilton I've seen worse

We have had wonderful experience visiting very first time at this McDonald's location. This place comes with a play area for the kids, which we were looking for. We ordered poutine, strawberry shake, orange juice, fries, etc. All tasted good. The store was clean and well maintained. There is also a drive through with this location. We enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this place.

Food is always just fine. Service is quite lacking on a good day. The place often feels quite dirty as well. I'd recommend opting for another McDonald's.

Stood waiting to speak to the manager for 10 minutes nobody came. Finally the cashier went to speak to a lady I have placed my order it said it was paid Jamie said that it's times out I had proof on my phone. It wouldn't give it for the same price that I supposedly and according to my phone has paid ended up paying another $4 because she wouldn't accept it. It was like an assembly line and the customers meant nothing. A gentleman with Super King stood there for almost 5 minutes and he looked at me and said well these are my orders at Sidwell just taken instead of standing there and he did and nobody said anything there were his orders and that's fine but pay attention to customers it's not an assembly line. Last week there was a McDouble missing. I called and send today's order there's a McDouble missing what is your name I gave her my name and phone number. Today she says it's not on there and she wouldn't give the McDouble. I do not eat McDonald's on Wednesdays I delivered to families in need from the food bank and when they have kids I buy them McDonald As a treat out of my own money. A little bit of consideration from such a huge chain would be wonderful. But not at this location I will never buy another thing there. There's another McDonald's on the way and I'll pick it up and I told Jamie that and that's fine. Great consideration great professionalism not not not
She asked me if I had a copy of the receipt they didn't even give me a copy of today's receipt for what I bought she want me to manufacture things like it's incredible

Got my daughter's burger wrong 2 times. Just a cheeseburger with only ketchup. First time had everything, second time onions. Messed up my order as well. By the time I got the correct order, my breakfast sandwich was hard and cold. I ate it anyway as I didn't want to repeat the process for myself.

I won't to express my feeling about stuff there is a young man that was doing the nod he was in need of a place to sit. A customer bought him food. He was having a rough time staying amake but they treated him very good. He's a person to on the wrong pathal but was treated like every one should be treated with respect.

GOOD JOB GUYS

1st visit-3/5- Egg BLT Mcmuffin. Noticed missing cheese.and was not informed.

2nd visit- 2/5-Simple brunch order of BLT/ fish sandwich. No cheese in order but was given cheese. Pumpkin latte very very bitter, not sweet. The coffee grounds to make the espresso seemed to have been burnt. Threw out latte. Not recommended. Management needs monitor quality of their coffee

3rd visit- crispy fries not worth the extra expense. Regular fries that's fresh is best.

It's McD's, what else can you say! Such a busy location. Drive through served immediate. If in house ordering there csn ne a line up even if order mobile you are still waiting lengthy times. Placed order mobile, for 3 sandwiches and fries. Waited almost 20 min in store, drive through and delivery are priority. Got my food and they only gave me 2 sandwiches, had to go back to counter. This is the reason Mcds is a yearly treat, just not worth it in my books. So many students and way to fast of an environment, just equals cold food, bad service, other local restaurants to support instead.

Lady at the windows always friendly and they always get my order right. No complaints going here
