Great experience. The service was good and fast and the food was good as usual. Although there were a lot of people, it was relatively organized and easy to get around. Tables were clean too, good for a quick stop.

This location is absolute garbage. The women who made my ice cream cone… can’t even make it to save her life. And this not me exaggerating. This is the absolute truth. It was frugal. It’s disgusting. I told her this is not the right portion. And her response was I did this for 7 years. And I visited Mac Donald’s for ice cream 20 years straight. Who is right? The customer who is paying for the food for 20 years or the worker who does want to work properly? Disgusting. Don’t go to this location.

Went through the drive through at 10.40 pm today. Someone working there thought it was funny to say I just have to go through the bathroom, before someone else asking us what to order. Grow up

I chose curbside delivery. I arrived and sat in my car for 40 minutes before I decided to walk inside and finally see why I did not receive my food yet. I go inside and had to wait another 20 minutes before someone paid attention to me, and once they saw me the manager had the decency to say “I’ll still make your order” instead of I’m so sorry, let me do this right away. I have never in my life seen anyone wait an hour for MCDONALDS. I go there almost every day, but this I really couldn’t believe. They forgot about me doesn’t make any sense.

Poor service and people work there think they own the McDonald’s and also they forgot one main thing that is they all are immigrated to canada too.they treat the people who go there to poorly very bad location especially for people with language barrier very hard to order with them. Their speakers are poorly designed and the reps are multitasking to mix up the orders. The foods are overly cooked and and animals won’t eat it either. When we ask for one extra source they say not able give me because he can’t charge me for that one source itself but I spent like over $50.00 but one source I’m worthless to get. Lot more to say but not only one incident many more. I go there every week spend over $50.00 but waste of money only because of my kids I go there.

Waited over 30 minutes for my Ubereats delivery which significantly delayed my delivery time to the customer. No apologies were given for the delay which affected both my customer rating and earnings. Very unprofessional staff and bad attitude/poor work ethic.

Very consistent service and food quality.
Very busy at times, so getting food may require a bit of wait.

Order taker was super pleasant at drive thru.
One of the best big macs I've had. Very fresh.

The manager Luxman went above and beyond for us. He was courteous and an absolute pleasure.

McD food is McD food. There isn’t much variation as the food is what it is.

I want to comment on how terrible the service is (or rather how this location games their own system). Not the first time it has happened to me here, but today’s was the most egregious. After a period of time, they systematically change my order number’s status from “In Progress” to “Now Serving” and marks it as picked (my order number flashes for a split second in the “Now Serving” column and then vanishes) even when my order was no where near ready. It was another 5 min wait before I go my food AND it was because I had to chase them down about my order.

I will try to get a video of this in the future (as I said, it’s not the first time this has happened and it’s annoying).

McDonald’s if you’re reading this: fix this!

They literally never blend their mcflurries and if you ask for extra blended they’ll tell you there machine is down, what every week for 6 months?

April 14,2023…Store #40057, Trans #04KWXDXK2C, ordered via Mobile app and picked up at drive-thru. I paid extra for the extra hashbrown, guess what? Where I got home and opened my bag, the extra hashbrown was missing. My order was supposed to come with 3 hashbrowns in total (2 breakfast meals’ hashbrowns + 1 add-on extra hashbrown) …very disappointing that I paid extra but didn’t get the hashbrown.

Very long queue for when you choose drive thru to pickup your mobile order. Better to park and pickup from the store.

I order a Bacon Deluxe Sandwich with fries and Iced tea. When I got to the window to pay, the order was different so I had to asked them to change it to find out when I got my order that the sandwich didn’t have any of the dressing and I got a different drink.
Terrible service at this place

Spend your money and upgrade your speaker system. You constantly mess up orders. How do you screw up 2 coffee beverages?

Awful service. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese for seven dollars but instead they give us a plain cheeseburger.

Very bad experience, immigrated to the city for 12 years, got kicked out by the staff after eating at McDonald's for the first time. We finished our meal, then our children went to the playplace, our coats and drinks are on the table, and were rudely driven away by the staff. Said that we stayed longer than 1.5 hours, I never knew there was a rule that you can't stay more than 1.5 hours.it makes me very uncomfortable.

First time visiting this McDonald's location. Place clean but busy. The place was small as tables were pretty close to each other. Service was good though and food quality was okay. I would visit this place if I was in the area and wanting to eat at McDonald's

Been going here 5 consecutive times to get ice cream but it’s ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE! It’s a freaking 24 hrs store everything should at least available be on the menu
