Dirty store, bathroom especially. Most evenings you can find young adults sitting on table tops. No eating anything just hanging out. Will never be in this McDonald's again.
The floor is so dirty and sticky when I got there in the evening. Must check out for their food QUANTITY as well! They cut down cost by GIVING LESS FOOD then you ordered every time, whether it is less chicken nuggets, less burger or less fish when you ordered double. Tone from the top for sure!
Staff consistently deliver customer centered service more so than any other McDonalds in London. Stark comparison to 61 Oxford where staff are cluess & rude. This one even has hot coffee!
I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience. I had redeemed an offer on the McDonald's app for a free medium fries, which was a nice added bonus to my meal. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. I especially enjoyed the crispy fries and the juicy burger. The portion sizes were just right, and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining experience.

I ordered quarter pounder combo with medium fries and a coke, and a fudge sundae. I ordered it through uber, its my first time ordering through their uber because I normally do the drivethru. Right now I’m very disappointed with my oder. My fries was only half the size of its container. What’s the point of ordering the medium if you’re only giving me small fries? Plus its very dry and cold. How come? Do you like to eat cold fries? Also my burger is very cold. Why is it like that? My sundae also was half the size of the cup? Really? Thats so unfair for me because I love going to that location, its near my area but because of this incident, i think i need to look for a new location. Please make sure to satisfy your customers’ needs.
Very busy. Seems that the employees have to be in lots of places at the same time! The Cashier also serves, which then causes a backup. Maybe not enough staff. Despite that, the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional.
The restaurant is clean and the food is well made.
The design of the McDonald's is disappointing. When I used to work at the grocery store at Oxford and Wonderland they renovated it to a retro look. It looked amazing. Now it's just a cookie cutter stamp of every other McDonald's. My breakfast was served to me frozen. They forgot to heat the breakfast burritos up Obviously this was rectified. Had I not been eating in though I would have had to turn around or would have eaten a cold burrito or uncooked burrito I should say. They did offer to heat it up, however they just heated up the stuff they served me instead of preparing me something new. Very disappointed.
I brought my food home, all wrong. The drink station was a mess, and empty and the garbage was over flowing. Right to the top and everywhere. Tables were disgusting. What is going on
Long wait for few customer standing to wait while they focus too much on drive through making me wait 20 minutes for my food. I hate to stand too long with my hip and leg injury. I can't use drive through because I am Deaf and use the computerized menu order inside to get my food automatically. Should be two teams with one side for drive thru and other for walk in.customers. I watched them work and they seems focused more on drive thru and ignored us making us wait longer. No excuses. I have been to other mc donalds with no drive thrus and it took 2 to 5 minutes to get food. Once order is received give them a cup right away to fill pop ourselves then do the fries while waiting for burger to be prepared then done with fries hamburger would be ready by then. I watched them staring at screen and chatting amongst themselves then hamburger then fries then pop cup which took longer. They should learn about time management better. I see that often with other so called "fast food" restaurants. Smh.
Wanted to try your new chicken Big Mac, big mistake. Sandwich assembled sloppy, cold, chicken dried out. I wouldn’t feed that sandwich to my cat. It was the worse. Fries were cold, restaurant was dirty, floors dirty, windows and glass doors filthy. I walked out discussed putting my meal in garbage on the way out.
Ordered a McDouble no bun and received no meat, only cheese, lettuce, and condiments. I had gone through the drive thru on my lunch break and didn’t realize until I was back at the office so I wasn’t able to go back. Very disappointed
Terrible customer service, wouldn’t give me a cup of water without purchasing something. This has never been a problem at every other McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. I will never come back to this location EVER again. Do better.
