McDonald's

Went for the play area. WAY too loud and very dirty. They need someone in there at least every 30 min to tidy up. Clearly, some pigs were there prior to our arrival and aren't intelligent enough to find the garbage bins on their own, leaving food in the floor, garbage on the tables, spilled drinks on the seats and dirty socks abandoned by their kids. Pretty disgusting.

Normally great all around service. Today got a medium sized hot chocolate only to find out after walking home that all I got was heated 2% milk. Hopefully it will be better next visit.

I went to McDonald’s at 4: 59pm, I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate in the drive through, I went in and explained that I didn’t like the taste. I regret not getting her name, but I received the most wonderful customer service from a lady working cash. She even went as far as to ask me to taste it to make sure it was okay. It’s not everyday you receive customer service like that!

Bad experience
Went to drive thru last night and ordered iced coffee. They were not made with the required sugar n tasted nasty. Today I ordered delivery. Food was cold. Burger was not customized as ordered. I'm getting very disappointed with the food and poor customer service at this location as this seems to happen every time.

Drive thru for ice cream during a road trip stop and the caramel Sunday was great. The oreo mcflurries seemed low on oreo topping and the ice cream wasn't as smooth of a texture as I recall vs other ones we've had but maybe that's just a matter of how much they spin the spoon around before handing it over to you.

Double and triple check your orders. They either made it wrong or forgot to even put your meal in the bag. This location is terrible and constantly messes up orders. Save yourself the headache and visit the other locations.

This place has the most screwed up parking lot of any McD I have ever gone to. Picture below is a citydyit thanking me for steeling my park spot I was backing into. He also thanked me that he was not from Belleville

Went to get water out of the pop machine and the water was yellow absolutely disgusting. Clean your machines mcdonlads!

Often times the service here is friendly and inviting. Love eating at this restaurant and so does the kid! The bathrooms are always clean and the general area is well maintained and unless youre in the drivethru or order it online, your order is usually right.

Waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru
When I arrived there was one car in front of me in my lane and 2 in the lane beside me. 6 cars went through the lane beside me while our side sat and waited. Finally someone came on the speaker and took the car in front of me's order. Another 2 went through the other side while I sat at the speaker and waited for a person. Finally I arrived at the window only to wait another 5 mins for an egg mcmuffin. We are not talking about a mid day busy time we are talking 2: 30 in the morning. Very very disappointed in the aweful service. Night service is consistently aweful at this location.

Went thru the drive thru for breakfast today and ordered a mcgriddle combo and a mcmuffin combo. They made me pull around front and wait. I figured for the griddle. Nope. Two soggy mcmuffins instead. I literally dont even like them, i only come here for mcgriddles. Thanks mcdicks. This is always the location that messes my food up and im so tired of it. Not going to this location anymore

I would love to give zero stars for not caring about the environment.but sadly that’s not an option. I tried to order food but the drive thru would not allow a bike and provided no other options. The manager did not feel empowered to serve me even though I have been served in the past with my bike in the drive thru. Really sad. I will head to Dominoes where I know I will be served without discrimination.

The service is what you would expect from a McDonalds. The only thing that was difficult was the wheelchair entrance. The ramp up is way at the back end of their sidewalk and the door is a very VERY tight right left curve through the two doors

Seem to often have difficulty getting my order right. Sometimes it's a language barrier. Some workers should not be on headsets until they perfect their English.

Get what you expect from a mc donalds. Burgers were a bit messy made but meh maybe they were busy. Fries usually full here at this location which is good.

I order egg and cheese only they make all sandwiches with ham. We have to drive back but very poor customer service. These young girls working there have no clue about customer service she showing us attitude like she's doing favor making us sandwiches again. Teach them proper or don't hire who can't handle customer service.

Always go late in evening and never have milkshakes. Pretty good at speed and keeping traffic going. But always mess up small things though like straws in bag for drinks or no tomatoes on something or no sauces, salt or napkins in bag or asking if trays needed for drinks

This morning I was waiting for my Skip order and it’s been more than 20 minutes I was waiting. I asked them if the order is ready or not then they said they are waiting for the kitchen because they didn’t have any food ready to make the order. Isn’t their responsibility to ask the customer that you have to wait for the food. Then I went in my car waiting for the food for another 10 minutes. I called the store and asked them if it’s ready or not. They said they are assembling it right now but when I went back it was not ready. I asked one of the managers about the order and he was shouting on me badly and offering me a wasted food. He aggressively said do you want this? Do you want this? I even did not know what was in the order as it’s a skip order and we don’t know what customer ordered. I don’t know who gave him the position of swing manager he even didn’t know who to talk to customer. They wasted my half an hour and my money. Also, they ruined my sunday morning as well. Bad experience ever. I am gonna complain that guy to their head office as well. You can’t run a restaurant with such a bad attitude.

Often forget items in the order. Never calls back when I leave a voicemail about an order issue. In-person orders, not delivery.

Absolutely love this place. It's great for kids. There's a lot of parking and it's close to everything. Definitely recommend if you like McDonalds

The Leafs have a better chance at winning the Stanley Cup than this location has of getting an order correct.
