Had to wait forever for our food.
Some people were upset. They had to wait so long.
No ice in the pop machine
One good thing were the fries.

Very bad experience. The patty was so hard to eat. And the guy who is making the burger was not wearing gloves. Please advice them to wear gloves

Absolutely disgusting…

Not only did the service suck too lazy to make a simple mcflurry “we aren’t serving mcflurries”, they triple charged my card and when i got home i realized they forgot my mother in laws meal, i ordered a quarter lb blt and they didnt even put the B…. The fries mustve been triple salted because they were absolutely disgusting, im not against seasoning, im married to a latina for goodness sake…. Im not one of those “salt sensitive” people…. But this was ridiculous, the fries were actually inedible….

So to recap.
- triple charged my card
- too lazy to make a mcflurry
- forgot my mother in laws meal
- salted fries to the point of being putrid
- forgot the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger…

There was literally no other way for them to ruin my experience. This experience was surely a sign from the divine that i need to stop eating junk food.

Thankyou for motivating me to change my life.

Slowest drive thru I've ever been in. They are not short staffed as they claim. I counted 6 people while waiting.

Just ordered from this McDonalds via Skip the Dishes and didn't receive a complete order that was paid for. Person who answered the phone said get a refund from Skip the Dishes, and I said I already applied and I can only get a credit. A credit doesn't fill the belly of the child who is missing their food. Thanks for nothing.

McDonald's is McDonald's. I go to McDonald's when I crave a Big Mac. I wish they served them for breakfast. I want nothing from them in the morning but coffee.

For big chains, they do have the best coffee.

It cost $30 for 4 soggy large fries and a small shake. I thought fast food was supposed to be cheap and convenient? Had to wait for the fries too and they were saltier than Poseidon's b-hole.

How do you not have your fries fryer working and remain open fries are apart of pretty much all meals! #Scam location DO NOT RECOMMEND LOCATION!

Every time I ask for a decaf they either give me dark roast or the decaf is cold. Forget hot, not even warm.when I tell them I need hot coffee they feel as if I'm asking them to come home and make me coffee. Isn't coffee supposed to be hot? Unless it's cold coffee?

Picked up some chicken nuggets last night.they were discustingly old, stale, hard and tasteless! Won't answer phone to tell them about the experience.

This has to be the worst McDonalds in the city, it smells bad, it’s dirty, and there was flies and fruit flies everywhere. Even the sidewalk going into the restaurant is gross…. That should have been our first sign. We will never be going back here again

Worst abusive customer representative delivering food to customers waiting in parking lot for service, rude served me last when I was first in line, didn't know who's ordered what and aggressive and rude

Often go here to use their curbside pickup.
More often than not, the food is cold (we live 5 minutes away), wrong or just disgusting. (Egg McMuffins were burnt and not edible)

Love their coffee.
No (fast food) breakfast sandwich will ever be better than theirs.

Brutal. 20 minute wait in drive through to grab one happy meal and burger and both we screwed up.

I haven't been to Mc D.for a long time. I really enjoyed my big Mac. A very friendly young man served us.

Given this location plenty of chances over the years since it's close to home, but after yet another sandwich dried out to the point of inedible I give up on them.

Well, McDonalds has certainly changed their fish sandwich.

The fish used to be thick & and tasty, but sadly, that is no longer the case.

The fish I had tonight was half the size, was overcooked & they only put half a slice of cheese on it!

Needless to say, I do not recommend purchasing the fish sandwich.

McDonalds can i please make a recommendation. The last two visits the coffee has been really weak. As in the ration of water to coffee is off, too much water or not enough beans. This makes your coffee undrinkable and only good for pouring down the drain. It’s a shame because the coffee can be so good when made properly.

Not happy at all. My order was messed up. If I have to stop and check my order before I leave, there is no point going.

Very good food and service, but strange people, under the use of narcotics inside the store, disturbing the customers.

It's a McDonald's. But the eye for detail with the team is lacking. While I was there 3 people had to get their order fixed. I ordered through the kiosk, but then had to pay by the cashier. And the associate reordered my food, rather than using my order already in the system. And they made a lot of mistakes.

Aweful drive thru experience. Sitting for 11mins in drive thru. When asking at the window if they can pull people into waiting spots for the food people are waiting are for the girl said there's nothing I can do and laughed. Aweful experience today
