McDonald's

Place is OK like other McDs but its ridiculously busy especially the drive thru. Takes forever. Lots of shady looking characters come and go later on at night.

I spent literally 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my ONE hamburger. They said only one person was able to make food yet there were at least 8 “working” in the front. Maybe McDonald’s should focus less on coffee at this point if they can’t even get the burger and fries part of the business that people actually care about right.

This McDonald’s will make you pull into a reserved spot EVERYTIME. Doesn’t matter if you’re stopping for a single cheeseburger. Anything to increase their “wait” times. Horrible service. What’s the point of a drive through? Do yourself a favour and find a different location

(Uber eats order) Most of the items that do arrive are alright but it’s the ones that don’t that really bother me. 2 combos and one missing a drink or the other day missing sandwiches. Lack of attention to detail or ability to read I’m not sure which.

They won’t let anyone refill drinks affer your done with the drink you have they lock it up

Sadly, I’ve been served a coffee like this on multiple occasions from this location - today was the final straw. Pretty sad when this location can’t make a simple coffee? What is going on with this location? I’ve included a picture of my coffee, I couldn’t even drink it and had to spit it out…. Not to mention the fact that the coffee was stone cold, as this was the least of my worries.

Please don’t buy coffee from this store.
Gave bad coffee at drive thru and when we went back to drive thru to get a replacement, manager behaved rude and poured coffee through window at drive thru!

Took too long to order and then food was ready to go in a bag but was ignored until manager realized after 5 minutes that I was still waiting

There was this nice girl who took my order. She took interest in me working at Wendy's as I had my hat on. She let me rant to her about my morning on how it was already going bad and she was tottaly amazing. I swear minimum wage isnt enough for the good and caring fast food employees

Got a Carmel sunday. The cups are getting smaller and the price is going up. I was shocked at how small it was.

Went in drive-through for a hot chocolate. Had to pull into a parking spot as they didn't have any? Left after 4 minutes as I couldn't wait any longer.

Ordered twice this week and food was garbage, long wait for food that has been clearly sitting around… McDonalds has lost their touch…

The worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's. Showed up at 11: 05am for breakfast like they advertise (all day breakfast) with my 2 kids to be told that they don't serve hashbrowns or Mcgriddles after 11am. Then I order $52 worth of lunch items to get to the window where they have my order wrong after me saying what I wanted at the intercom then had to correct it at the 1st pay window because the person keyed it in wrong, and then had to correct them again at the 2nd window. Then when I get home they gave my daughter 3 chicken Mcnuggets instead of 4. Will never go to this location again.

Make sure you get the right food you order. I think the staff needs to be trained better. Breakfast sandwich was not good at all.

Evangelina was a great help. She assisted me with my issue and did an excellent job in resolving the mistake within my order.

After work I decided to get a coffee yesterday. I did my usual order three cream three Splenda. I didn't know it was punched in wrong to the servers, which is the usual case. I went to the next window and a lady said three milk two sugar? I said it was not my order. She took it back right away and fixed it with cream and Splenda. Good job! Being a diabetic I wish that happened all the time, getting my order right!

Terrible customer service. Especially the “manager” I legit got a refund and went to Wendy’s it was so bad
