Overall, the restaurant definitely went downhill from my last review. Ridiculous wait times no matter if you order in or take out or delivery! Some of the burgers are deformed or not put together correctly with patty half off and definitely unproportional condiments.
Service is good considering how busy this location is. Grilled chicken sandwiches are great. I've never had an issue with my order and the lady currently taking orders and processing your payment is very friendly.
Probably the worst and slowest McDonald's in Ontario. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through. Finally went in after waiting 30 minutes. I was ignored inside Finally got my order. There excuse was its busy but what about the 12 cars that got their food before me and didn't have to wait. Absolutely ridiculous
Have been to this establishment numerous times and always find there's inconsistency. Some days are better than others but most of my experiences have been very poor. It seems this location has a lot of technical difficulties with POS or cooking equipment. Prepare and always have cash on hand. Or prepare to make amendments to your order. Also, be advised that you will have long wait times a majority of time when you're in the drive-thru you will be instructed to pull over to the side and wait.
Talk about an absolute poo show. 0 out of 10, would bot recommend. Will definitely avoid this location from now on. Waited 24 minutes for a coffee, stuck in drive through.
The service was horrible but apart from that the food was not only cold but there was a hair in the fries which made my sister puke. And the burger had pickles which we specifically asked the staff to remove. I am very disappointed with this because I paid good money for food I could not consume.
2023 July 3 As with any McDonald's, the service, speed, cleanliness varies from location to location based on the staff and how busy it is. Being central to Orangeville, close off the highway, this location can be busy and less clean. Otherwise, food is typical.
What is nice here are the patio seating. With the play place, it's a bonus. We all need to relax and slow down. Sit outside and let the kids play.
No one serves you at the counter so I am forced to use the app. The app would not let me order the meal so I got the new BBQ Chipotle quarter pounder which I enjoyed. We are happy the bacon chicken wrap is available again.
BEWARE OF A STAFF NAMEED TAMARA. So, I went in there today with 3 kids of different ages. I was standing in line and waiting for my order while my kids waited with me. INFRONT OF ME WAS A WHITE CAUCASIAN MAN WITH HIS WHITE CAUCASIAN CHID. SHE WAS WEARING A PINK DRESS, VERY CUTE. Anyways the employee saw her and gave her a coloring sheet and said IT WAS FOR HER BECAUSE SHE LOOKED SO CUTE. WHILE MY CHILDREN ARE WWAITING THERE AND ARE IN CLEAR VIEW. ANYWAYS, I LET GO. THAN THE KIDS WENT INTO THE PLAYAREA. IT WAS BUSY. THAT SAME EMPLOYEE CAME IN AND SPOKE IN A LOUDER VOICE THAT ANYONE WHO WAS NOT WEARING SOCKS NEEDED TO LEAVE. SO NOW I HAVE 2 KIDS WITH SOCKS AND 1 CHILD WITHOUT. ITS SUMMER TIME WHO WEARS SOCKS? SO I KEPT MY LITTLE ONE OFF AND GAVE HER ICECREAME WHILE SHE WAITED FOR HER SIBILINGS. THE LADY NAMED TAMARA, CAME BACK AND SPOKE TO ME VERY RUDLY THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE CAUSE ONE OF MY KIDS DIDNT HAVE SOCKS. SHE DIDNT SAY LEAVE THE PLAYAREA, SHE SAID LEAVE MACDONALDS THE RESTURANT. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGAER AND SHE WALKED AWAY. I EVEN EXPLAINED TO HER THAG MY CHILD IS NOT ON THE PLAYAREA. THE MANAGER CAME AND SPOKE VERY KINDLY AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND ITS FOR THE SAFETY, BUT THERE IS A WAY OF SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS. TAMARA NEEDS SOME TRAINING. The manager was very professional. Also the board that's displayed at the playground is that not parents responsibility than? Like liability is covered if you have been warned.
Terrible experience. The tables are dirty, floors are dirty, the washrooms are dirty. The wait was over 30 mins. Moving very slowly. They only were paying attention to the drive thru and the delivery persons. No apology, no compensation. I will not be visiting again.
Service was terrible, but that was not the worst part. I was in drive thru, and I waited for a good 5 mins. Then someone pulls up after me in the next drive thru lane beside me and gets served before. So that when I spoke up and said hello. This cashier had nerve to tell me not to yell at her, but was I not yelling. Then, with her rude self, she said, "Don't u think we r busy. Again, that was not point. The point was me waiting so long and then someone coming after me and getting served before me. I back out of the drive throu and went inside to talk to the manager, also called head office. Just don't know if anything was done up her rude behavior.
The worst ever service it took over 30 minutes to get our order and they shorted us a burger and they charged us for apple pies but we’re out of them, we were 1 of 6 cars waiting. They have totally lost our business
I ordered from mobile app and choose a curbside pickup and after more than half an hour when I didn’t received my order i went to drive thru and they told me that they gave it to someone else… that was totally unprofessional, at least just ask the customer name before delivering
So dirty, but so good. Quarter pounder is a classic. Junior chicken is always a solid deal - stack two of them and it's cheaper than chicken big Mac. Pro-tip: order McChicken without mayo, and add your favourite nugget dip instead.its a giant nugget sandwich! Skip the fries and pop and it's not that unhealthy!
The service here has Bottemed out. It was always under par but lately it's been terrible. My order was forgotten in drive-thru. They brought out everyone's else's food but forgot mine. Will be the last time I eat there.
This was terrible. We went through the drive through and were asked to wait. Waited half an hour and went in to find out what's going on. Waited another 15 mins before we were able to get anyone to find out. Manager came out and they found out they 'lost' our order and completely forgot about us. Manager jumped in and looked up the order and got our food but wasted almost an hour of waiting on what was supposed to be a quick drive through pick up. The reason they lost the order I believe is because they kept closing people's orders before they actually delivered the order to the customer. This is probably due to some metrics they were measured against. Someone was taking photos of the order screen so that they know what to follow up on, but at some point, you can only follow up so many orders via cell phone photos! I know Sat morning breakfast is a busy time, and the manager did 'take my name' so next time we can get two free combos but this doesn't make up for the wasted time on what was supposed to be 'fast food'.
