What is going on? Why is it so slow?
It was slow before, but it is getting progressively worse.

Been coming to this location since moving to Hamilton. This location has problems. First you go through the drive thru and as soon as you get to the window to pick up food they always tell you to pull into a parking spot. Even if your order is a single combo. All they care about is their window time and not the service they provide.

Second, they miss so many of the items you order. 75% of the time I'm missing a food item, straws, etc. This is after they tell you to pull into parking spot, wait 10 minutes and they still didn't get it right.

I believe the big problem at this location is management and ownership. They care more about pleasing corporate then they do about the service they give their loyal customers. It was so bad one time that there was 10+ cars parked in the lot waiting for food and it took close to 30min to get food.

McDonalds Corp needs to send weekly mystery shoppers to this location to witness the chaos this location is.

Suddenly they won't give large cups of ice water. I said charge me for the pop I don't care I just want ice water. They wouldn't do it. This is why people are fat and have diabetes. Not everyone drinks pop. And your bottled water tastes like toilet water. Next time I'll be talking to the manager. I hate that I have to be a Karen to get a cup of water in the summer. Unreal. It wasn't like I wasn't about to spend $20 on other drinks for my whole family. 711 will get my money for summer drinks I guess.

Worst location in the city, can't even order Burgers anymore because there are always onions on them. They are slow, mess up almost every order i make and they make you park and wait the majority of the time you order from them. Most of the time they roll there eyes at you when you tell them they made a mistake on your order, i avoid this location at all cost, just go to the Gage location, its not great but better than this one.

Placed an Uber eats order and took over an hour to get to us, we live 5 minutes away. One driver cancelled the trip because it was taking so long and the second waited over 25 minutes (almost an hour in total between both drivers). My partner called the store asking where the order was and the middle aged lady who answered the phone snapped back at him saying “there’s no way they’ve been waiting that long I have no orders”. We got notice the order was on its way right after that call. Is it that hard to be polite and apologize to YOUR customers who have been waiting instead of snapping at us like it’s our fault? And to top it all off we got someone else’s order. Miserable woman. Friday May 12,11: 55pm.

Absolutely horrible experience. Very rude customer service team. They took order and locked the door and didn't let us to eat inside. Order was wrong. They let other customer inside after us. Absolutely racist behavior.

The delivery service in this location is so bad sometimes we have to wait for the order 20 to 25 minutes and the staff is unfriendly

Order from this McDonalds on doordash. I ordered hotcakes and did not receive any butter or syrup. Who wants to eat plain pancakes? On top of that I had even ordered extra syrup but got nothing in the end. This is probably the third time this has happened to me at this location. Dont bother ordering the pancakes unless you want plain bread pretty much.

My husband went thru drive thru to get breakfast. He ordered 3 English mcmuffins 1. Egg, cheese, sausage. 2. Egg and cheese 3. Sausage, egg and cheese.
Drive thru attendant did not greet him. Said "what do you want? ". He had to repeat his order three times. Once thru, he checked and was missing one of the sandwiches. He went inside and said his order was incomplete. The manager came and said "what is your point? " So my husband explained he was missing a sandwich. He wasn't even being rude or mean and the manager said "you don't have to be like that" my husband could not believe how rude people were treating him. Then he came home and his sandwich didn't even had a Egg on it. STORE 40204 TRANSACTION 04KDMV0HY7 MAY 7 AT 7: 14 AM. Being high in customer service this was beyond rude and unreal how a customer is treated. He now never wants to go back and he would order every weekend. They just lost a customer.

Late day cravings, tried the new Chicken Big Mac (pretty good). Did drive through on a holiday so it was busy, but the line moved along good. Had to park in pickup spot #2 because there was chicken in the order (always takes a bit extra when McD's is busy) but that wait was short all in all.

Only 1 other car in the drive through towards the end of breakfast so I wrongly assumed things would go well. As is often the case at this location a simple order placed in the app (one bagel BELT combo and an additional coffee) took forever. Drive up the the speaker, wait 30 seconds, another car pulls up at the other speaker and gets served. Another 20 seconds before I'm spoken too. Give them the code from the app, they say it's all good and to pull up. Get to the window, they have the order wrong. Now I have to pull ahead and wait for 4 cars to pass me before I get my food. I don't know why every few months I come back for the same experience.

Cleanliness is what deserves the score. Tables are filthy and not just from todays use, went to wipe milk off one of the cleaner tables, but the milk was so old it was solidified to the table. Elderly woman sweeping floors chatting with patrons. When was the last time these tables were washed properly. You have plenty of young viable people behind the counter, why is the elderly lady doing all the hard labour? They twiddle their thumbs watching her. Totally disrespectful to watch and not offer to help her. There’s other things she could be doing while the young ones do the hard stuff. Give your head a shake.

I am absolutely unimpressed with how the management and staff handled a situation that could have been very serious. On April 5th, at approximately 5pm it was raining. I had been given the wrong order so I went back inside to return it, the staff member was mopping the floors and left the sign lined up against the wall, as she was mopping the other side of the dining area. As I walked in, at what seemed to be a clear path it was actually soak and wet and in result I had slipped and fell. I hit my head, hurt my ankle and bruised the heels of my feet and left hand. Luckily, I am a healthy individual but had it been someone who was not they would have been seriously injured. The floor was so wet I had to get a chair to help myself up because my shoes were slipping. I had been to two other stores prior to this McDonald’s that day, and all the floors were WELL taken care of and DRY mopped. When I had fallen there was NO help from staff, no care in the world and I was so embarrassed I apologized for myself falling in their dining room. I had called to let the manager know about the situation, in the moment I was so startled and embarrassed that I couldn’t deal with it in person. I told her what happened and when, conveniently she was working that day and wasn’t even informed by the staff about the fall. She made it aware to me that there should have been no wet mopping and there should have been medical attention (which none of the above were done). I was called today by another manager, which is nice but with that, it was very condescending. Jason started the short conversation with a quick check up and a reminder of how it was a “rainstorm” that day. I would like to say how unprofessional and unsympathetic this location is and how they made me feel that day. For them to repeatedly remind me that it was raining and for them to make it seem like it was my fault is outrageous and I’m so unhappy with how it was handled. Unfortunately this store could not help me so I will be taking it into greater hands. Regarding the reviews I can see the lack of care the staff has for their customers and it’s very disappointing that they do not hold up to professional standards.

I came here for the pick up uber eats order at 12: 40 i ring the door bell but no body answer then i looked in i saw they all were standing there and laughing. Every-time everyday they the same thing, we have to wait for the deliveries for 20 minutes sometimes more then 30 minutes. As you can see in this video my order was ready to pick up sitting there I tried to call them i knock on the door ring the doorbell nobody gave me this order for almost 20 minutes. This is very bad for both McDonald’s and delivery drivers because by that order gets cold and if customers gets cold they gonna give you bad rating also they will never gonna order from here and if you gonna make the driver wait for too long they also not gonna accept McDonald’s because time is also very important for us rather them waiting here we can do order two orders.

Is it Mcdonalds standard to automatically send customers to an additional window or parking spot to wait for your food. Location at queenston and nash in hamilton does this every time. So it is far from fast and efficient. It's like they think getting you ordered and paid up that is your definition of quick. If I have to be in a drivethru for over 12 minutes you are not doing your job.

Got a McFlurry around 6: 45pm today, the lady working in the drive through really needs to go back training and be more serious about customers, first, no first come first serve basis, i drove to the left ordering station when there was no car n waited 30 sec, n another car approached to the right ordering station n got served right away, i was there first for 30 sec but not first served, which made me uncomfortable. Second, ignore customer's order, i talked the lady that i want Mcflurrry regular size, n went to the first window to pay, the guy in the first window cant find my order n i had to order again, he said the lady took my order didn’t punch in. Third, wrong size item, when i finally had my Mcflurry, it s only like half size, i have McFlurry almost everyday, this is definitely not the right size. Bad experience

I honestly dont understand how a large double double coffee can be made wrong, but well, here it is.
I used to love McDonald's coffee, but now it watery and of course, when it's not sturred or they forget the sugar, you can see how it might not taste as good.

Keep it up, guys, consistency is the key

If I could give a 0 I would I currently am sitting in this location as I write this. I am a disabled person wirh limitations I came here for the first time in years and I will never be back. Reasons as follow: I used an automated machine to put my order in as libe was long i orderd fo r here I get up to the front they packed it ib a to go back I tell the kid in the green vest I ordered this for her he shrufs and walks away. I then had a hard time finding anywhere to sit as every table has hairs and there's no disabled seating like there use to be well waiting for my order I saw that well one ladies was handing out orders she deleted my number off the board as well I asked why was my number deleted I still uavnt gotten my order to which I was ignored. At which point another customer next to me Saud loudly I'm wondering the sane thing I havnt gotten myb and they deleted my number too to which the lady finally said if she rem9ved your number then she's getting it ready to which both the other gentleman and I said if we gavjt been handed it it shouldn't be off the board to which the employee scoffed and walked away also because I irders for here and hit it in a to go back I'm now having to wat my food over a McDonald's bag so it doesn't fall on a dirty mobile ordering table vs a clean try with a liner. As said if I could give 0 I would also my burger is barely warm.

So to some it up, unprofessional, not disabled friendly
