Extremely rude manager. Made a mistake and would not take any accountability for it.
I’ve never witnessed anything like this in my life- on Friday July 7th 2023 in the evening approximately between 9: 30-10: 15pm

Did an online order today and it took over 15 minutes more than pickup time to prepare breakfast burritos and coffee. Little off what we call fast food. Food was good on the other hand.

Washroom discusting and food was cold garbage bin are full and flys comming out floors are slippery and services is slow you better go at walmart

Bunch of kids running the store. Very slow service although there are not a lot of customers they were.

This is the wall you see. After ordering. Before receiving. I did not want my food after seeing the state of cleanliness. Do Better Ottawa

As mcdobalds as a mcdonalds can get but the hours, please fix the hours. Dine in closes at 8 pm not 10.

I am travel to Ottawa from London. That is how MEAN I feel in this city! I ordered on App and paid. Only drive thru open. I walked to there and called I hope they can pass my food through the uber window. The skinny brown skin curly black hair man. He said he is the manager but cannot tell me his name. He is soooo mean! He said I have to go to the drive thru with a car. And hung up the phone. I have to call again cause I paid my food. I just beside the window and he saw me and just didn't want to walk few steps to pass my order. I have to call again and again.

As far as McDonald's goes, this one is pretty decent. Suffers a bit from having a sterile atmosphere.

I have to call again cause I paid my food. I went to the side window and he saw me and just didn't want to walk few steps to pass my order. He said he is busy and hung up the phone again. I have to call again and again. Finally he came to the window and talked to me but still didn't take my food. He said I cannot call again and again. But I paid without my food. I have to call.
I ordered online, and the store was closed at night and only drive thru. I tried to call to get them delivered to the Uber window because I walked there and didn't drive. But he asked me to drive thru. Then hung up. I tried to line up and other customers saw me trying to explain the situation to the clerk. But he just asked me to drive thru. Since I have already paid for my order, I can only call again to explain the situation. At this time, I was in the small Uber window with the customer who was eager to help me. He saw me and said he was busy, and then hung up the phone. Just a few steps away, they refused to take it out. However I had paid for the order and I had to call again and this time he came out without food. And accused me of not being able to call over and over again. Finally his colleague took my order out. This mean man is a skinny brown guy with curly hair, he said he was the manager but didn't tell me his name.

The lady at the drive-through window told me it would be an extra cost for one sweet-and-sour sauce I asked for at the drive-through window. I said no problem. How much do I owe you? She said nothing you have to go back through the drive-through and order it and pay for it at the window all over again when I told her that was insane and she rolled her eyes at me and said, have a nice day in a condescending way! Real nice, I definitely will not be back

Very important to protect people the health issue all the time when the customer they leave, please needs to clean the table and the floor, we see a lot dust all the time you watch the washroom this is very important for the business for the health people, some customer when they leave they leave the garbage everywhere.

Really disappointed that the kids play area is still closed. Especially since it says it's an available services on the app at this location. Please open it so the kids can have some fun and the parents can have a break.

Ordered a meal with an iced tea and got a root beer with my fries missing from my order.not sure how you can mess up this bad

I ordered almost 80 dollars worth in food at McDonald’s including a happy meal which was missing barbecue sauce, when I asked the staff for another one they said it was extra cost not free, but I told them it didn’t come with the happy meal then they gave us another one.

Often the coffee is not stirred
Nor is it hot enough but
Most Staff are freindly enough to
Correct any issues.

It's McDonald's! I come here for the best ice coffees esp when they're $1 during the summers! I also think their junior chicken burgers are better than the McChicken burgers. This has generated substantial debate!

Mostly friendly staff and the food was good but they got my order wrong as well as the orders of 3 other people in line that were waiting with me.

For some reason their coffee cups always leak from the bottom. They gotta figure it out. I've been starting to go to starbucks down the street. Also, they don't fill their cold drinks like smoothies to the top.

Never open for dine in whenever pass by so hours are inaccurate. Drive through is not 24 hours, more inaccuracies.
Never answer the phone when we've called to ask about schedules and open times.will take our hard earned money elsewhere.

The girl on the second window drive thru was very rude! Fries should come with ketchups already, so we assumed that there were ketchup. I also asked for mayo and then ketchup after and she got very mad just cause we asked for ketchup and mayo

It is a McDonald's they're all the same. Just had a small coffee and a donut and they were fine. The only thing bad I could say about them, is I guess they must be having financial problems because I couldn't find any napkins anywhere in this particular location.

Always get food delivered from this location. THE STAFF HERE ALWAYS DELIVER. They really get the memo whenever I mention any special instructions on my order. I am not huge on coffee but the iced coffee always hits the spot and tastes better than many popular coffee shops here.
Overall very slay location.
