I ordered a quarter pounder cheese meal. I asked for extra mustard and no onions. I received no mustard extra ketchup and extra onions. Even though on the top of the box it states exactly what I asked for. When speaking with a Julia on the phone she wanted me to come back in a snow storm. Also the kiosks, both of them btw don't have printer paper so I didn't even get my receipt. My order number was 383 if you have any questions. Also I don't know who your staff is but the managers shouldn't have to STATE something three or four times to get the people in the back to do something and not stand around chatting. This literally is what happened as I was standing waiting for my order. Instead the manager gave up and changed the garbages herself. The managers deserve a raise and the staff a servely stern reprimand.

They forgot the fruit that was supposed to come with my son's breakfast happy meal, and my hash brown from my combo.

Their drive thru strategy has 0 consideration for the customer. They fill their parking lot full of cars. I've been waiting 15 minutes for an order. Honestly unacceptable. I ordered one meal. It's embarrassing

Ordered a chocolate muffin from drive through and got something that looked like a carrot muffin when I got home to check. Came back and said I got the wrong muffin, and this lady named Christy who is a manager comes with attitude telling me no I bagged it, I gave you the chocolate muffin. I said sorry I thought it would be chocholate like double chocolate, and again with attitude she said no we don’t carry that anymore. Then she takes my muffin with her hand, no gloves on, no napkin, and shows me again that this is a chocolate muffin. I said sorry I don’t want this, what else do you have? With a sigh and an eye roll she responded with I have blueberry and carrot only? Since when are my options so limited? Anyways I took blueberry. The least she could have been is be empathetic. I hope she doesn’t give this service to other customers or even her own employees.

Had a big order for my family but when I got the order I was disappointed because I was missing half of my order. I even made sure to repeat my order I came how and I was missing a 10 pack chicken nugget and my poutine and one of my sausage McMuffins I wasn’t even getting straws for my drinks as well. I was missing dipping sauces that I ordered. So not happy about this.

Ordered the Mc chicken. Chicken patty half the size of the bun and was inedible. Threw it out. Grey colour inside. This was a waste of money.

Horrible location. Have had almost uncountable bad experiences regarding the use of Uber/Skip with this particular Mc Ds. I live two minutes away, and the number of times things are delivered cold/melted is absurd.

My most recent experience has been an order consisting of fries, nuggets, a smoothie and a slushie. It took 30 minutes to be given to my delivery drive, and the temperature of the food certainly supported this. The fries and nuggets were stone cold, the slushie and smoothie near completely melted. I assume the food was made quickly, and then sat on the counter without anyone going out to give it to the driver for a very extended period of time, given the driver arrived at the location within 5 minutes of me placing the order, and sat there for upwards of 20-30 before FINALLY heading to my house, which took roughly 2 minutes.

How are these standards even remotely acceptable? And that is just the most RECENT experience. Have had numerous mc flurries just missing ingredients, the most hilarious of cases being when I ask for extra of an ingredient and they just add none. There seems to be zero quality standards being enforced here and I would advise literally no one order from this location. Going in person has been fine, can always correct things but to my memory have never messed up when I've been there in person. But late night ordering? Forget it. The overnight staff clearly don't care whatsoever about quality or timely service.

Probably the worst Mc Ds in Ottawa for delivery, which is a shame because its so close by.

Update (6/20/2023)! Decided to try them again due to a promotion on Doordash and their new wraps are great from other locations. Yet this location never ceases to amaze as they fail to read instructions for the order and to make it worse they do the opposite. Remove the cheese? They remove everything but the cheese! Remove tomatoes? They stuff the tomatoes in there! This location is going to kill someone who has an allergy some day if corporate doesn't take a look at the workplace standards and attention to detail. Only updating because this is twice in a row that they removed everything but the cheese when cheese was to be removed. Don't order from here, if you want to eat then please go in person. At least you can get your food remade when they mess it up.

Staff needs training in customer service and maintenance for cleanliness. Took my order wrong THREE times, had to wait 20 minutes with nobody in line in front of me. Getting anything done right here is like asking a preschool child to do your taxes and expecting a return. McDonald's has fallen so far lately

When we went there, we took our kids for wagon rides. Whent to cows Chickens, goats, clydesdales, and other Beautiful animals

Terrible experience with this location.
Pulled into the drive through around 730pm on a Thursday. There was only one car ahead of me. There was only two tables of people dining inside

I ordered 2 big macs, 2 cheese, and a large fry. Paid. Advanced to the food window and read told to park offside in spot #4 si had to wait for fries to be made. Ok so i did.

I sst there 15 minutes. It was A not Busy. In that time there were only four cars to through the drive through being their orders. Only two families walked in to make an order. So this McDonald's was NOT busy, but it was fully staffed with visibly 8 to 11 staff.
I started watching as people were getting their meals, and insane fries being passed to them.
I walked in from the "waiting parking spot" asked the staff why inwas outside waiting 15 minutes for "fries to be made at a McDonald's. "
The staff asked what my order number was, I replied "i have no idea, you didn't telle am order number, you told me to go park on spot number four while you had to make fries"
Immediately a young woman was shuffled over, and said "you asked for the manager? "
I replied "actually no, i just asked where my order was and why i was waiting 15 minutes to get my food while you make fries"
The looks on all the staff trying to find my order was disappointing. They clearly lost my order. I then asked for a refund. They did, and they gave me my order.
There is no convenience to "a drive through that makes you pull over to wait for food, that never comes, that others get, that you have to go in to address.

I won't be going back.
When i was leaving onsaw another car be ushered to another waiting parking spot to wait for their food. I told him i waited 1t minutes and they forgot my order. When I said this to him there were only three customers inside and ZERO customers I'm the drive through. What on earth did he have to wait for!?

Terrible terrible service.

We ordered food from McD around 7 am (06/19/2023). The crew at the counter in front of us said to the other crew member that she is not interested in taking our order. After ordering iced coffee, we did not receive straws. When we enquired about that she said that there is no straws over there. We asked why wouldn't say before ordering, she replied so arrogantly that you can just open the lid and drink it. That's the only option available over there.

The manager called Sneha is a rule pathetic arrogant lady, who thinks she is a queen working there, she got my order wrong and replies with such attitude, and throwing my food on the ground.

I feel this was racially motivated, as I am a person of a color, there should be no tolerance for racism and she should get arrested.

Bad customer service by one of the employee, seems like she is a manager, short haircut, bad mouth. Because of this person, all employees will be affected

Absolutely the worst McDonald's. The sent out burgers toe with no buns. Probably because all the workers are more interested in making tik toks videos then actually working. You all from management on down be ashamed of yourselves, you're all pathetic

Nothing against this specific location, this is to all of McDonalds canada for not having the grimace shake.

Better than the McDonald’s at Billings Bridge, but not by much. 3.5 stars with >1200 reviews should be an indicator of this. Comes down to poor management and training. Low tier McDonalds.

Always asking us to park the Car when the drive true is empty. Always get the order wrong Zero stars

Crew and even the manager lack Proffessionailsm. Behavior was rude when asked for a straw. I have been different McDonald's outlet, but l never treated like this. This happened today morning 7.00 am.

It’s absolutely disgusting,
The employees are rude and twice I ordered Chrispy chicken wrap and in both times I told them that please make sure they there is no bacon, but once I take a bite there was bacon,
For the second time I specifically told them about my last experience, but I still found bacon in my wrap. What is worse is that once I took it back one of the supervisor or manager said that here give her the one with no bacon PROBLEM SOLVED, i think that was absolutely disrespectful toward toward me. It was a truly bad experience

It’s not 24h open they closed at 3am and open up again at 4: 05 am so don’t waste your time to go there between 3am to 4: 05am

They do a good job but they do get orders wrong. Some of the workers don't know how to make a coffee. Lori is always got a smile and a very hard worker. She has always step up when there is long line up or starts getting orders or coffee/drinks whatever that needs to be done.

This location is basically my go to. They have messed up my order very few times, and have always fixed it. Staff are generally very positive, and the wait is not nearly as bad as some other locations.

The first mcdonalds whom il give 5 stars for all. This place has the best customer service so fat. How? Let me explain. When did u feel like important meaning they acknowledged you even if I was literally at the back of the room. Not just the line but the room. 1st person smiled and asked if I was waiting on what number food.and I was like it's admiring to have someone not a manager or super to do that. And 2nd before I left I ask the person behind the cash and asked for water and she asked me if u wanted ice. It.was amazing they treat u like ur a human being. Not like other mcdonalds. Its un this restaurants culture and vibes u get that it's a must visit mcdonalds. It's on my top 10.sorry I forgot ur names but 2 girls were amazing at customer service. Enjoy

Tried the new chicken Big Mac. Not that impressed with it. The restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly.

The French guy in the drive, I think his name is Dylan and he was just amazing with me and my family. I recommend this restaurant to everybody in Ottawa. The other manager Sneha was just so friendly with us and so professional.
