They frequently get the orders wrong which can be quite frustrating. The staff is friendly but I have had too many issues with my orders from here and I do not plan to return.

**Updated** Nothing has changed over the years. This is the worst organized drive-thru in the city. Poorly run, always slow and consistently giving incorrect orders.

While the food is on par with other McDonalds locations and the restaurant is relatively clean, the service is absurdly slow. All 3 options are terribly slow. Drive-thru, Cashier, & Self Kiosk.

Tonight I visited this mcdonalds, and was extremely dissapointed. Firstly the peron taking the orders in drive through did not know there information properly, I ordered and quarter pounder with cheese and speciffically asked for no onions, was told there wasnt onions on it when clearly there are, i repeated that i wanted no onions and when i got home i had onions in my burger. While in drive through they told us we are waiting on fries to pull up and wait, the junior chickens were stale and cold, on top of that that forgot to give us our snack wrap that we ordered and we had to wait again for them to give us our complete order. I was very upset overall with the service and quality of the food. And we ended up with and cold meal that we did not even want to finish.

Very clean and cozy McDonald’s with helpful staff. I like the furniture here - it is very modern and comfy. As usual, good burgers and fast service. Ordering food inside is much faster than using the drive-thru area which is normally quite busy at this place.

Minor inconvenience: the audio system needs to be fixed, as tunes come out patchy.

Worst experience.
Ordered 2 iced coffees via mobile app and we were in a hurry for an appointment. Confirmed the order number at drive through and the person even confirmed the name for the order. Asked to wait at the curb side pick up slot. Waited 20 minutes.
Then one employee came with 2 regular coffees and we told home that’s incorrect. I went inside the store to report and the lady (I believe it’s the manager in charge) after listening claimed that they didn’t receive the order. Also lots of people were complaining the same drive through experience. Wasted almost half an hour. Terrible customer service.

This store is a disaster. Under trained, no management luke warm food soggy fries and wrong order 2 out of 5 orders. I went in the other day and a grabbed the kids a couple of hot cake happy meals and couple hash browns for me and couple extra coffee. Got home hash browns were soggy and warm.real yummy. The orders were wrong and after calling and letting them know they told me np come back and your next order is on us. So a week later I go in and let them know at time of order that this one was going to be free because last order was wrong. I was then told to come back at 6 am when management was in and that they could give me my two happy meals. So we went to BURGER KING and had their Cinnisticks breakfast that was fantastic. Hot, whole order there and it quite yummy. A week later I went back to the mcdonalds after we cleared up past two incidences and guess what.told to come back later and they would fix problem. 3 trips there, still haven't fixed order, told me I should eat and when to eat.and.when to eat from staff at mcdonalds. Since then we are going to the BURGER KING on March rd or BURGER KING Clyde. No problems, hot crispy food with flavor about the same price. Kind of a no brainer if you want good food. Or gut rot from luke warm greasy food that could be wrong order?

I place my husband and I supper on the app chose to do curb side pick-up as we always do and after 16 minutes of having placed our order, I had to go inside to find out our order was just sitting there, finally got our order after 20 minutes. Then came home to warm food. Bad service for sure and it wasn’t even rush hour…it was 7: 11pm

I wrote a bad review 3 years ago and nothing has changed lol now they make you wait extra longer in the drive thru by waiting on the side after you’ve waited already 40 MIN FOR A KIDS MEAL AND A COFFEE HAHAHAHA JUST SHUT I DOWN IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT. DO NOT COME HERE

Just waited 15 minutes for three cars and got our order wrong. We ordered a simple two drinks and 6 piece nugget but got only 4 chicken nuggets. Never had a worse experience at McDonald’s.

It was 7pm on a Tuesday night I was the only person in the parking lot let alone the drive through. I saw one person cleaning who also served my food. I thought the 7 min wait was because they were actually freshly cooking it but the fries were ice cold as well as the two cheese burgers.

I have ordered from this McDonald’s multiple time and every single time the order is wrong. No coffees, missing food items, no chicken patty or mayo in the McMuffin meal (ONLY butter and the bacon that I added). Very disappointed as I keep trying to give them a chance. Don’t waste your money here. Clearly incompetent.

It's really all about timing. If you got there after midnight, you actually would get warm nuggets.

Good place to stop, but not satisfied with guest service as I waited for more than 23 minutes for my meal, drive thru is slow as well, many employees but not organized and not well trained.

Trust me, I know, it’s fast food but when did we stop caring at all? At 18$ for a combo? ! Lunch is always the same, they park almost every car (11 cars as I wrote this) to keep their numbers up. The food is pathetic, look at this NEW chipotle burger? ! You made me park and wait for that to go along with the cold fries. At least it’s only a 1$ for a large cup of ice to wash it down. I work close by and frequently come here, this is not the first time either that I receive a bad meal but it is the last! Highly recommend avoiding this location until they respect the consumer.

Visited 12.45am and only one employee was there to serve a line up cars. The Cashier was calm and still smiling and pleasantly serving all. The 5 starr is only for employee but for the Manager incharge and the company rate 0 for not managing your staff well and leaving them alone.

I repeated 5 times that I want habanero sauce in my sandwich even at the window I asked the women she said yes we added habanero but there was no habanero…

It says here 24hr drive through but I just went to the drive through and they told me over the speaker that the store is closed. Its 4am, need caffeine.

This was the cleanest MickeyDs I've ever seen. Fast service. You can see into kitchen. Very clean as well. Talked to manager in training who gave us coupons for a treat!
