McDonald's

We ordered hotcakes, Coffee and Chicken muffin, unfortunately got BLT on there, went back to ask for another one.

There were 4 people behind counter, none of them were ready to help after waiting for a while one person heard from away and said nothing. Took the sandwich and handed out right sandwich.

If it’s busy then different story, here hardly any customers so plenty of time to make things right!

As always love the coffee!

I visited this particular McDonald's during the late afternoon. It was surprisingly quiet yet the lobby was a complete disaster! The drink machines were spilled everywhere.the cups were all over the counter and the floor as well as lids. The ketchup dispensers were empty and they were several tables that had still not been cleaned off yet they were only about half a dozen tables in use at the time.

With that being said; the staff was very friendly and this was the first time that I received everything that I ordered without having to take my receipt back up to the counter to request whatever they'd forgotten. So, it was a pretty big deal to me

The staff just needs to visit the lobby more often to wipe down the tables and fountain drink machines, as well as the washrooms - and customers really need to stop assuming it's below them to clean up their own messes.

Overall I was impressed with the friendly faces, hot food, and quick service. Way to go McDonald's Napanee!

Food quality is below average for a mcdonalds, which is saying something. Orders with modifications are almost always made wrong and even right off the menu things are regularly not seasoned or cold.
Easily the worst mcdonalds franchise I've been to.

It's mcdonalds, they did nothing special that would improve my opinion of thos place, everyone working seemed overwhelmed and they just kept pushing them.

Walked in, saw people in the back (at the grill) wiping their noses with their hands and coughing, then continuing to work. As a result, only ordered a coffee. Coffee was fine, nothing bad about it. But, the staff didn't call the order out when it was ready and when I saw them put a cup with what I thought was my number down on the counter out of reach and walk away, and I asked a couple other staff what number the order was. Each time I asked, the 3 people behind the counter ignored me. Several times. I grabbed it from behind the counter myself and sure enough, it was mine. To the staff: if you don’t want to work here, don't. There are plently of people out there looking for a job.

When the food arrived it was wrong. Was ignored at the service counter. Finally just left.

15+ minutes in the drive thru line, wrong order, no ketchup and no receipt when I asked for one.
This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever known. I’ve been here multiple times since May 26/23 and not once have they got my order correct. I’ve spoken with the manager multiple times. She’s has awarded me multiple free combos which I haven’t bothered to collect. I don’t think the answer to every problem trip into a restaurant should be free combos, I would prefer it to just be fixed. I have no idea what the owner of this particular franchise is thinking or doing about the particular problem, but I can’t imagine a restaurant is a cheap investment, especially one full of automated equipment designed and built in order to run at peak efficiency. This owner has allowed the restaurant to fail consistently for a minimum of three months, why?

Ordered ketchup packets with the mobile app but got a paper straw instead.
Sandwich was stacked nicely though

I asked for latte and they gave me just milk. When the order gets ready they wont even call your name.

1 happy meal. 7 cars asked to pull ahead. Literally no room. I said there was no room to park and i wasnt pulling ahead. The girl at the window told me i had no choice. No adults that i could see. These kids need some direction.

Why update the hours to 24 hours if the drive thru is going to be closed at 1: 30am, don’t advertise 24 hours if you’re not.

It's McDonald's of today. Never spent so much time in a drive through before though. Staff barely did their job and it's McD's. Quality of food and atmosphere are mediocre at best.

While McDonald burger and fries are just McDonald burger and fries, this place prepares the food perfectly. Cheerful and warm reception by employees. Very good experience. Thank you.

Maybe if they filled the fries properly they would get a better review. Half filled fries is a scam

Comme toujours McDonald's est un classique, il est toujours bon d'aller manger un petit quelque chose au McDo lorsque tu fait de la route où tous simplement quand tu n'a pas le goût de faire a manger, pour moi ça restera pour mon numéro un en terme de restauration rapide

Visited during the lunch hour and ordered through the kiosk. Food was quick to be prepared, fresh, and order was correct. Would have appreciated clearer instructions on how to use the "2 can dine" coupon at the kiosk. Washrooms were clean.

During the week the customer service is awesome come the weekend it's a different story

I just passed by on my road trip. And this is the best food quality and service McDonald that I would never expect to receive. Look at how organized my meal when it delivered to my table.

I saw a lot of bad comment here, not sure what was going on before. But I definitely has a wonderful experience here.

Dont even kmow where to start. Ive noticed this location going downhill fast. It seems 95% of the time your orser is wrong. I went there a few nights ago and when i got home i was missing my double qp with bacon so i called they put me in the book to replace it on my next visit oh not to mention no straws for our drinks. Went back the next night to get my replacment also ordered a filet o fish meal and a mcdouble meal get home open the bag and wow missing the mcdouble and this seems to happen all the time. Every mcdonalds is famous for not getting orders right but like i said this location is getting really bad. Just stopped again for some fries i wish i could post the pic of them i oredered a large lucky if i got a small. Changes need to be done weather new staff managment or better training but something has to give their food isnt cheap.

The taste has changed servers working don't care super slow drive thru causing cars to have extreme waits and long idle times.a lot of the time cars waiting for drive thru long lines block traffic in parking lots and into the main road it's not jst @ this location is @every location

The service in the morning has become so slow I've had to switch to Tim Hortons across street just so I'm not in line for 20min for a coffee. And I don't even like Tims coffee. Putting new hires on drivethru at 530am that don't have English as a first language so you have to repeat your order 12 times just so they still get it wrong when you get it, is infuriating.
