Service here has improved drastically with a staff change. Coffee is usually good and fresh.
Just make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive thru because often they forget the condiments.
I have to take off 2 stars though, because the staff is doing nothing about the Uber drivers that park in the curbside pickup spots. There are parking spots available for Uber drivers, and an entire parking lot as well with regular spots if they are walking in to pick the order up, but these guys want to park in the curbside pickup. There are only 2 curbside pickup spots. So if I want to order on my app and have the staff bring it out, I can't.
Managers please manage this problem. Tell them to go park somewhere else.

Every single time I've ordered from this location it's been made wrong, today I ordered and paid for a double fish filet and I only received a single, the whole time I was waiting for my order the entire kitchen staff were talking to each other and were just overall uninterested in actually working.

I understand talking to each other but don't let it effect items that people are paying full price for.

Three times now I haven’t received straws with my to go meals at the drive through and counter inside. Staff seem to think it’s a joke and not a place of business. No one seems to have any sense of urgency whatsoever. Waited almost 20 mins for a quarter pounder meal and a 6 piece chicken nugget meal (which came with 5 nuggets, no dipping sauce, the root beer was mostly water and no syrup…and of course no straws) the female employee who delivered the food to our car sauntered from the door to the restaurant to the parking area as though she was in slow motion, and sadly, although we were third in line to receive food she delivered to us first and the first customer last. Poor management, supervision, organization, punctuation, dedication and overall experience. Hands down the worst McD’s in the city. Do not recommend even as a last resort.

As usual something missing from my order. How do you miss french fries when a combo is ordered. Almost every time we go to the Barton and Lotteridge location.

I ordered tonight from the late night menu, which took an hour to be given to my driver to be very upset by it. * for clarity I live 1 minute away from this location also was communicating with the driver as to what was taking so long* I was given my order stone cold, an improperly mixed large chocolate shake, and I had been missing a burger which I had paid for. Strongly do not recommend this location any longer as this isn't the first time these situations happened but it will be the last. As a customer service based individual I would have been personally fired for this kind of situation, as well as management personel I would have at the very least had a good chat with my kitchen about passion for their work they put out.

Weirdest thing happened on my last visit there. They had the chicken wrap back with sweet chili Thai sauce (that was always one of my favourites until they cancelled it). I ordered it with extra thai sauce and extra mayo and when they delivered it there was no chicken in it! I immediately returned to the counter (laughing) and said "It looks like someone was in too much of a hurry! " They responded by saying it was ordered that way with no grilled chicken, and indeed, the receipt confirmed that, except I didn't specify no meat. And despite having no meat in it, basically the main constituent, the price remained unchanged at $8.19 for a wrap with some lettuce and some sauces? You'd think it would raise some red flags if someone ordered a grilled chicken wrap with no grilled chicken, but the assembly-line drone behavior has been pretty thoroughly drilled into the young workers by management, I guess. Definitely the weirdest experience that I've had at McDonald's! It took some time to fix because instead of grabbing a pre-heated chicken out of a drawer and adding it, they said they were going to re-make it, which seemed wasteful to me. Unfortunately, that put me at the bottom of the queue and I ended up waiting almost 11 minutes for a fresh one.

Ever since they have the new paint job it's just dark and gloomy now, not a happy place to go to anymore.

Most of the staff are very nice and friendly, the most annoying thing is that you have to ask the staff to open the washroom door (when they are busy you have to wait), otherwise everything in this McDonald's location is great

Service is great, but the corporation makes terribly unhealthy foods, they make you sick are addictive. Also, they fail to pay their workers well and are exploitative on a global scale.

Only Barton McDonald's can screw up a two item order, went inside asked for two BELT's, left and drove away only to realize they didn't put the EGG in either of them, and the tomato and lettuce was off putting, old, and soggy,

Tried to place an order in store and all the store front staff could do is ask who's on front cash. This went on for almost 5mins.
I do not do online food ordering. I want a human.
Guess is pass on the big macs and move to whoppers.

Most of the food handlers don’t wear gloves. Bad food handling practices observed on a regular basis. Coke is watered down. Recommendation: go to another location instead.

I never leave reviews for fast food places however this McDonald’s went above and beyond. The staff were fantastic!

To the lady who went out of her way to make sure the ladies room was empty and the change table was clean for me and my grandson, then brought him a cup of ice cream on the house, thank you. I'll be back.

Pathetic hiring process of this place. One moment they send an invite next day they cancel it after booking the interview. Looks like something changes their mind suddenly.

The whoppers are great but the Spiderman burger is great however gave my dog cancer they stuffed it with chocolate when I said it was for my dog sat there watching him, his friend and him were giggling laugh hooting hollering gave him h the burger he died on the way home In the car isn’t the first time they’ve done this the chicken fry’s were great but spicy this place will harvest your kidneys for a buck proubly rip buster

Wanted five minutes for a soft serve, one person in front of me and he just ordered a coffee.

Love this location very kind and super friendly workers and managers my dog KoKo loves them and their ice cream! This location is very kind to pets but do reminder no pets inside! Which is why I did mobile order curbside
