Asked for extra pickles on my mcdouble, got them. Waited for fresh apple pies that were brought directly to my face.hot, and delicious paired perfect with their top notch coffee. No complaints, got my free smiles too!

It says open until 10pm but they closed at 9pm

Ignored my call then just told me they are closed with a rude attitude

My iced coffee actually had flavor this time!
I've had these a few other times this summer from different locations, and it tastes like milk. This one was actually really good!

Staff are extremely disrespectful and incompetent…night management is a joke they are all just socializing and screwing up orders

Ordered 2 big macs.they forgot the meat between the top two buns the bottom was ok but whoever was building the macs had no clue. I did call and they did offer for me to come back. But not worth the drive all the way back. Disappointed as now adays McDonalds is a treat as it's so expensive.

The proper lid wasn't put on my drink and it spilled all over my passenger side. It's strange because the drink was put in a tray for me and they didn't notice?
One bad experience but most of the time customer service is on point.

The staff that I encountered this evening were very rude. Usually, I get excellent service when I order earlier on in the day. Clearly, the evening staff needs proper customer service training.

The food service at this establishment is satisfactory, as it is efficient and prompt. However, the overall atmosphere leaves much to be desired. As a customer, I observed instances where certain members of the counter staff, particularly the more senior ones, displayed discourteous and aggressive behavior towards customers and delivery drivers who were from diverse ethnic backgrounds. This treatment was deeply disheartening, especially considering that immigrants constitute a significant part of Canada's cultural fabric. It is dismaying to witness workers treating them differently than they would treat anyone else. Consequently, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this location as a customer.

Great service, dining room was so clean, handsome kid, said his name was Michael. Was real nice and sweet and told me to have a nice day. Fantastic service!

Took forever to make our order but the food was good & fresh. They need more employees

Do not order nuggets from this location on any delivery app. Every single time I get them they do not put the sauce in. If you don’t care about sauce then it’s not an issue, but it makes it feel like bc it’s delivery they purposely do not include that in the bag! It’s happened idk how many times, I wait a while before trying again but this is the last time bc it honestly is this location! I will order from another one in hopes they do not “forget the sauce” it cannot be a mistake after so many times.

Every time I went there, they screwed up my order adding extra items that cost money when I never asked for it making my order cost more than it should. I hope they are just starting out and not doing that to charge customers for more money.

Nice and clean.employees are polite and work fast to make your order.and customer service is great they messed up my order and when I got home I called and they let me eat what I got and replaced my whole order the next day.that's a plus plus in my books!

The McDonald's on Colborne Street isn't making BigMacs the way they should be. Pay attention to the kitchen staff.

More priority is given to Drive through, than clients inside. The wait time was quite long.

This is my local McDonald’s. I’m not the type to complain but I go there a lot and first problem here is they mess up about 45% of the times I order. They also take the “fast” out of fast food. Today I ordered a McDouble. Somehow it sounded to the girl there like I said Big Mac and they didn’t use the screen so I could see what she was putting down. I could also barely hear the girl working the drive thru. I’m pretty done with dealing with stuff like this just to get some quick food so I am officially switching McDonald’s

I only go for cofffee now and then. I would never eat the fake food. The cooffee wasnt bad but i get tummy bloating from it.

This is the best location. They have friendly workers, food got to me fast, and the guy who took my order, Caleb, was amazing. He was so friendly and I can tell he works very hard.
