As per drive thru experience, it was good. Staff spoke nicely and handed over food with professionalism.

I like this place very much Especially Leonito (manager) is friendly and polite. She provides excellent customer service. Love seeing her when I visit this store

They served stale chicken patties nd stale fries also because I tried a McCHICKEN Today but it’s taste very baddd nd again I changed nd the 2nd one’s worst bad than first one DEC-2-2023 Time-8: 53 pm

I order happy meal for my children.its food cold not fresh thats not nice.totally garbage.next time not ordering in this place.

I went there to pickup an uber order an employee came ask the number and gone didnt come.after 25minus another employee asks the number i was going to earn 3$ from it.nd I cancelled it cuz my life time didn’t wrth 3$. The manager is doing very very poor job if u dont wana call more employees then dont accep orders.

I believe that this location has immensely improved their service. It used to be such a struggle for them to get my order right, to have it out in a timely manner, and occasionally even to get it to me (when in the drive thru they'd tell me to park and then I'd go in and check after 30 min only to find they'd likely given mine away to someone else).

Food is standard for McDonald's, but I did get a very dry and stale-tasting QP patty once. Just throw out the old stuff, guys.

Interesting that the two people who claimed their poutine didn't have enough gravy had posted pictures poutines with a reasonable amount of gravy.just ask for a bit more gravy if you like yours in a gravy lake.

Every time I come to the drive thru they ask me to wait in front of the store. Very annoying, and long wait times.

The most awful mcdonlads in brampton. Service is so poor they take 30-35 mins just give a 10 pack of nuggets. Management needs to do something and change the staff so they can work in a timely manner and make correct orders following instructions.

It was a busy lunch time? A number of patrons in the drive-thru were upset because of errors and long waits. I was enjoying the sun and had to listen to people complaining. I can understand. Many different locations have messed up my orders in the past. That's something Mc Donald's has to correct.

This is worst McDonald ever.always on drive thru they ask to park and deliver food 20mins or so.management is so rude specially new students they have no idea how to communicate, James manager don’t know how to talk, This is ridiculous

Kudos to the staff because they have the most incompetent managment team I've ever seen.went in this morning around 10: 30 ordered 3 coffees and tell me how I walked out of their almost 11.the manager was jus looking at receipts the entire time the drive thru was full and now the inside is filled with people and nobody is being served.who ever that guy that was the manager around 1030 on Saturday July 15th 2023 needs to re think his future cause he a pompous ego trip of a human.

Especially that 1 girl who runs 2nd window on the drive-thru line. Doesn't acknowledge someone saying " Hello " or " Thank you ".

Poor service and it is the worst mcd ever. It’s been so many times they never have the cone for the ice cream and I ordered mc flurry with extra fudge and they charged me for that but at the end they said they don’t have chocolate fudge. I would say you should never visit this place because of the poor service.

There is one manager at night and every time he is on duty this place is a mess and instead of understanding the customers feedback he argues back. Very poor service

If a businesses washroom is filthy and unsafe, what's the likelihood the food is up to par? ! I had to grab my food and eat out in my vehicle once I tried to use the facilities! The owner and management should be embarrassed and ashamed the the bathroom was filthy and had electrical wires sticking out for anyone to play with!

My burger came with FLY EGGS AND 2 FLIES! Another couple more hours and they would have been maggots. This location messes up my orders frequently but I am usually not one to be rude and complain so I just go back in and ask them to fix it nicely but this was beyond fixing. I ordered food and got it delivered and once I opened it, two MASSIVE flies come out and upon inspection there were fly eggs in the burger. The burger was cold too so I am assuming this burger was old and I was handed a reject one from a previous order. How else would the fly end up laying eggs in there if it hadn’t been there for a long time? I called and the gentleman offered me a free meal but I do not feel safe getting free food if my burger literally had flies and fly eggs in it.

The ladies in the drive thru are very lovely, but this order has scared me from this location.

I come to this McDonald’s store often as it is close to work. The Staff are friendly and management polite, however my two gripes are the long lines at the drive thru, they need to find a better way to manage the hold up because there are cars trying to get into the drive thru and blocking the road. My other complaint will be with the state of the bathrooms, they are cleaned however, the customers who use them frequently destroy the things in there like the dryer and mirror, on one occasion I came there and there was a man who had locked the bathroom door and was showering in the bathroom, I don’t know how he managed that as there’s only a small sink, toilet and urinal there. Either way. They need to find a way to stop such people from coming here who act and behave like villagers and catch them in the act and remove them from the premises and prevent them from ever coming back here.

I ordered something very simple. A 10 piece chicken nugget meal. They hand me the bag which felt heavy enough (it had the fries and two dipping sauces to weigh it down). I get home to open the bag and notice that the nuggets are missing. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this in the drive thru, with this restaurant in particular it’s absolutely crucial to check your order before leaving because they’ve made a habit of leaving out parts of the meal you’ve paid for in hopes that you just drive away and forget about it!

This is Ridiculous every single time I come here for drive thru, they made me wait For half hour, and made me wait another 10 minutes for my refund. I waited by the spot they ask me wait in. Half hour later I had to run inside to request a refund. And they lied they said they’ve been looking for me everywhere, I don’t see anyone come out.what’s the point of drive thru when you have to wait for over half hour? They need better management. Ended up going to POPEYES instead

I placed an order for three junior chickens and one McChicken combo. The cashier instructed me to proceed to the third window. However, upon reaching that window, I found myself waiting for a whole 20 minutes without any staff member attending to me. Eventually, when I received my food, I discovered that one of the junior chicken sandwiches had a chicken patty without any fillings inside.

Always this location delivers bad food and worse service either it’s a curb side pickup or dine in. Never going there again

Very bad sevice.at night as a uber delivery driver or skip or door dash.we have to wait outside for long time.service is very bad for delivery drivers.this should be fixed and should care about time wastage for waiting for food.

Terrible experience ordering through Skip. They gave my driver the wrong order. Had to jump through hoops with Skip, finally got a refund and a reorder and now I’m sitting here waiting 45 minutes for one sandwich. Watching my driver sit in the parking lot, not moving. Avoid this place, clearly incompetent.

Went there on June 30th 2023 at 11: 15am. Worst drive thru experience I've ever had. This location has a total of 5 parking spots for waiting. They sent a total of 15 cars to wait in these spots turning the parking lot in to a mess. When I asked why they would do something like this they stated the person at the window doesn't know whose been served. How can you operate a business and not know who has been served and how many people you have waiting? This location is poorly managed. On top of all that people who ordered significantly after me received their food first. I waited over 20 minutes to get 2,4 piece chicken nugget happy meals. Completely unacceptable.

They told to park the car and wait for the food, i stood there parked for more than 30 minutes, then she comes handsover me half of my food and takes the drinks back with her.idk if the workers are working under the influence. Worst experience ever

Got my Americano, cashier served really very professionally, she asked breakfast items and provide good coffee. Thanks.
