McDonald's

This is my worst nightmare Mc Donald's experience!
They literally give away burnt and redone burgers. The atmosphere is a home to homeless people, unhygienic tables, and bad food.
Avoid at all costs.

I don't know why they're asking about review for Macdonald, it's a garbage but people are still going there and buy food. I was there because of my partner who loves to eat their garbage

Worst Mcdonalds till now.
The Morning manager was hella rude. All I asked for my mayo which was not in bag. First It took 10 minutes to punch in order. But thats fine coz mgr was busy talking over the phone. I believe it was kitchen person.
I asked for combo they punched only a sandwich and drink.
After asking for 20 times still no mayo.
Plus the mgr wasn’t supposed to give anyone her own mgr code but she shared it. Instead of helping me out she asked cops who were there for coffee to kick me out. 9: 40 A. M.check the cameras. She refused to tell the store no n her name. I wish I can give negative 5 for her.

I was there, and was waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. At one point I was the only one in the queue for food. Suddenly I see a bunch of orders getting called out that ordered after me. A number was called, but no one responded. I wait 5 more minutes upon which I inquired about my order. Woman, who appears to be the manager yells out to me thinking I am the one for the unclaimed order. I tell her this is not the order in question. She then rudely tells me chill out, it comes when it comes. Repeatedly. This so called manager should not have the position that she has. She was rude, impatient, and condescending. If this person worked for me, and spoke to a customer this way, she would be given her walking papers. I get that its a busy location, but speaking to anyone like this is unacceptable. To top it off, my order was cold. This is a bad location, and will try to avoid as much as possible.

Honestly could be great but if you order via DoorDash they don’t check the bag for order completeness and that’s turning into a deal breaker…. Manager who answered the phone doesn’t seem to care…

Glad that it was this manager not someone else
I made a mobile order but had to divided the order to 2 orders and that cost me 4 CAD MORE
I was not happy but they solved it due to the manager of that shift at the time 9pm date 15th Sept 2023

Very polite employees, fast service for take-out. Only problem is I saw the bacon sausage egg Mcmuffin as seen on tv was expensive I paid over $7.00 for it you sound say the price on the commercial!

The girl with the long dreads and one indian guy were giving me attitude when I asked - in a very normal way - to redo my order because it was messy and dripping from the sides. I know it's only a Mcdonald's but can't you at least give me something that is not overflowing, sticky and just a bit clean! I would have not said anything but the attitude was not necessary

They're fast on giving food. But there are homeless people hanging out and that could be dangerous for customers

I bought two hot chocolates from this store today, but they were very cold. When I went to the operator to replace it, the McDonald's manager slapped me with a very bad tone because of the cream inside, while there was a problem with their machine because I used to place this order in other places. I can say every day. For the second time and without cream, the hot chocolate was very cold. And after giving it to me, the manager started laughing with his staff about hot chocolate saying it was cold. If he had zero stars, I would give him zero. I'm sorry for the low culture of this manager and I won't come back here and I don't suggest you to go either.

Sat in the front window and had a coffee. The last time I was in there I was 17 working as night janitor. I didn't last long but it brought back some good memories

Pretty busy location. But they move really fast. Some sketchy people seem to always be hanging around but what can you do. Overall good location. No issues.
