Would have rated higher, but they forgot the BACON in the BACON Grand Big Mac! Ordered through the app, so there should have been no miscommunication that can often happen in drive-through orders. There is only $1 difference, but when the Grand Bic Mac's return is the current promotion (both in the app & all store signage), there really should be no excuse for getting this wrong. The Bacon Grand Big Mac is even listed as a completely separate item from the standard Grand Bic Mac (not just an add-on), so there REALLY should be NO EXCUSE. Multiply this error by each Bacon Grand Big Mac order & this franchise gets a nice little bump in the bottom line. Please train your staff to pay closer attention to the details of current promotions!
Employee made me tap my card twice saying the payment never went through. 2 transactions 1 $21.31 & $21.33. They’re clever when entering your total on the debit machines. My bank would have caught the double transaction and automatically refund. Beware of the new SCAM artists in Canada.
Both the times they made my order wrong. I ordered ice coffee with light sugar but first time they added extra sugar to my order, it was way too sweet and when I complained about it, the second time they added NO sugar in my ice coffee. Staff does not understand the meaning of light liquid sugar, so dissappointed. They need to train their staff properly
Ordered 11 sundaes, made us wait for 30 mins at least for no reason. And to begin with, she thought we were joking and was really rude with us, really disappointed with this service and attitude
This location will not allow you to get what you ordered on the McDonald’s app and they will argue with customers about the system that they have when it’s not the customer fault for how the app works and they will argue with a customer just because they don’t have the item available for when the customer makes his or her way to the restaurant and they don’t even answer the phone when you call them they need to better serve the customers or don’t be in the business of customer service.
Jackie at the drive-thru window is amazing. She always has a smile on her face, and it's a pleasure to deal with her. It's definitely an asset for this location with her amazing attitude and customer service. I have also tried their pickup service ordering through my mobile app and having them bring it to my vehicle. Both times were great experiences with super friendly staff and time saving due to huge lineup at the drive-thru.
Very disappointing. I missed the old services. My early morning coffee was lukewarm and the server insisted that’s how I have to drink it. I now make my own coffee. Sometimes I get the coffee after they are done chatting with their friends while my coffee is in their hands. Today the pitch mango and strawberry drinks for my kids tastes like water.
Very bad experience not one time 2-3 times. It self manager was very rude who whom you to expect to talk. Everyone if you have other options then go for it.
We just picked fries from the drive-thru. Javier was the one who took the order. He was exceptionally courteous, non-rushed, and helpful while explaining how to redeem points. We will visit again and hope to see more of crew like Javier. Thanks!
This is one of the convenient macdee locations that offers drive through as well. Service is pretty fast due to the 2 separate lanes and separate counters for payment and pickup.
I would have given zero for their customer service but no option anyways he was the manager I guess as he was wearing light blue shirt who served us with our order. He was rude and disrespectful. He gave the cups of ice cream like he is throwing on us not even close the lid properly. Very bad service.
