McDonald's

We did an UberEats order from this location. We got two Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy’s and one Spicy Bacon Deluxe Burger. None of the burgers had bacon on it, the buns were wrong (two top buns on one burger and two bottom buns on another burger), and the deluxe sandwich wasn’t even deluxe.

We also ordered two apple pies and didn’t receive them at all.

This McDonalds needs to improve its ability fulfill orders per customer requests.

One of the female employees who was not wearing disposable gloves or a hat to cover her hair and had long purple nails calmly told me that the straw for my fountain drink was in the sandwich bag when in fact it was not. When I went back to request the straw, she did not even have the decency and professional courtesy to listen to me. Another senior employee who was more friendly and outgoing throughout my ordering process did everything right and should be commended on her service and providing exceptional guest experience and wish all the employees across the network at all locations behaved like her!

Gave me 4 nuggets and no receipt to prove.should have check right away.girl at drive through working on dec 3 around 12: 35am you better drop your attitude. I hope you read this. GOOD LUCK

I love to visit this store. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere is very comfortable.
Recently went with my kids and was greeted with smiles and best part my order was served on table and it was hot and fresh and tasted great.

Not bad is like many other MCDONALD'S but if you plan to sit outside you might find this location a bit noisy I been seeing students playing music on high volume and sometimes there's loud retired men inside or out side it's better in the morning not 2 crowded

I find McDonald's lately to be a hit or miss.
This location was a hit.
I recommend this one, the kids were great.
I call the staff kids because I'm a little older.
I like how they show us elders respect!

In house online order number is not showing up on screen. Stuff leave coffee order out on counter sitting for some time. Other items came much later and stuff repeated the same process. Whole order is left cold at the counter. Either they are lack of stuff or service total not in existence. Why then do I want to eat at this restaurant! Good luck.

Too many people in a small space. McDonald's should consider opening another franchise nearby.

My brother ordered the Carmel popcorn ice cream. They workers inputted strawberry drink and they refused to give the correct order when we told them this isn't my order. My brother said how can u mix up strawberry and Carmel but the worker said no this what u ordered. If you make a mistake fine m, but at least FIX THE ORDER. When my brother drove off the lady yelled at the works saying u mixed up the order again. Never coming back to this location again, please take accountability for making a mistake!

Very good, but lately when order take out they always forget to put everything you purchase, when you call they tell you when ever you come back he'll no you order because you want it then n the coffee always wrong never what you order

So far, this would be the top McDonald's location I've visited. This is my second time ordering here and it was great. I asked for fresh food and they gladly accomodate with my requests. On my first visit here it was on a weekend evening and I dined in, with a order of the McCrispy chicken (requested for a fresh one and it was amazing), along with it I had fries and their new summer drink. It was great. Second visit, I had a fish filet and small fries with a snack size skor mcflurry. All three were made with love, I'd say. A great service I had here! Would definitely come back:)
I don't get why people are leaving bad reviews when the crew in this location are well-trained and accomodating. Be nice to people!

Dont order a large lemonade summer drink special. I asked the staff if i can pay for an extra pump which i saw on the menu but not on the app. She said there wasnt any. If you want want weak waterwd down lemonade with too much ice, this drink is perfect for you

They are a lot better now. Thanks to the intervention of their manager named How.who made things right.
Just 1 thing needed is the consistency of coffee for dine in in the evening could be improved to standards.

The McDonalds was very good.
The food n service was very good.
The exit n entry signs or boards for cars are missing, which causes inconvenience.

It's a McDonald's for business people to grab a quick coffee or snack during work.

Drive thru was a disaster but the manager improvised for the employee which is respectful.

Every time I come here they make you wait out front for your order I got a medium fry and I was told I had to go park out front. I sat in my car for 10min before I got my food, this should not be happening with a McDonald’s.

Typical McDonald's. Service varies depending on the staff and busy times.

They have various promos. Had the chicken big Mac and the peach mango drink. The big Mac was messy eating.

Use paper coupons or from the app.

I just had a breakfast in this location
One employee was cleaning and ask me to move to clean the table while I'm still eating, i think it's very rude gesture to ask a customer enjoying his or her meal while eating lol

This is the approach of employee excuse me can you move i'm gonna clean that area.
Honestly i was upset i think you just wait till the customer finished his her meal
I just hope it will not happen to other customer.

Wasroom was fifty first thing innthe morning with no toilet tissues inside.
Spoke to an associate, and does not seems to care.

This morning went through drivetru. Ordered sausage/gouda breakfast sandwich on plain bagel with hashbrown and medium coffee as well as breakfast chicken on mcgriddle sandwich.i was told to wait in car out front. Waited for almost ten minutes. Coffee was lukewarm, sausage on bagel was topped with some liquid cheese that oozed all out of sandwich into paper wrapping.one big liquidy mess. I wonder if the three other cars waiting at the same time that i was waiting encountered the same issues. This particular mcdonalds location has gotten from bad to worse in the last couple of months. Used to be a good place.

Always check your takeout order. This location tends to forget items often. Also if you can avoid it; do not walk in to order. You will be standing around waiting until they fill the drive tru and uber eats orders first.
