Unfortunately, egg shells in the egg McMuffin! So gross. When I get the first crunch, I can’t finish the mcmuffin

The lady Zehb at the counter was so nice. Unlike most fast food chain employees, she was pleasant and efficient.

I honestly don’t understand what makes this place so slow even though they lock the doors and don’t have to deal with customers physically in their store. Unacceptable!

I know it's McDonald's but the washroom was disgusting and it's known for drug users to hang out there!
Just grab 'n go is all is all i can say.

The manager will insult you in their native tongue, like a coward, or I guess to save their job? Very unprofessional.

Why you gotta do me like this McDonald's? Why even pay for an upgrade in fries when you're just gonna give me a medium. This kind of thing makes me wanna cry. Not getting what I paid for. I would have asked for them to fill it but it was drive-thru and we already waited in a long line.
The guy who took my order was awesome. But the person who filled my fries. No good. I feel frustrated andcheated

That's a good place to go to take your lunch time, but sometimes it gets crowded with people who live on the street and that's the only thing that takes away the good

The drive-through is quite odd. I missed where you placed the order at first and thought I could place my order at the payment window as the car behind me was already too close to reverse. The attendant at the payment window said he can't take my order so I have to go back and come around again. Found that weird as he's taking both the order and payment, but the kids were in the car so didn't argue. Just went around again and ordered. I thought about dining in but it seems as though you had to pay for parking. It wasn't clear if parking was free or not as their was a payment meter in the parking lot. The parking lot was quite dirty, hence the 2 stars for atmosphere.

Location is super busy. And the location is a little sketchy. This is not Mcds fault. But they do need to clean up their dinning area better, garbage are over flowing. Kinda off putting. But you can tell the staff try to serve and get the food out quick. And the food looked and tasted great.

Be careful with this location, yesterday I order just smoothies and they take 25,83$ from my acc, manager very rude and didn’t get back my money, and no smoothies, I open my bank acc show her that this is not what i supposed pay, and she tried to explain me that I bought and pay that money in different location, even that I didn’t go anywhere bc I was just after my work.

Really bad experience here. While taking my order the cashier sneezed uncontrollably and then neglected to wash their hands at the sink directly behind them even after I suggested they do so. After returning my pop because the syrup was tapped out another employee visibly rolled their eyes at me and then proceeded to take their sweet time bringing me a new one. As someone who works in service I can safely advise anyone to avoided this location because they employees do not care about guest experience.

Grimey. Slow. Weirdos. But food is good. You know what you're getting yourself into when you go there.

The seating here is pretty good, and the service is good.food is mcdonalds, as usual.this location has poutine.they close their doors after 10pm but take orders online for delivery and pick up.tends to attract sketchier characters in the late evenings but that's toronto.

Had an awesome experience going through the drive thru. There was an older gentleman who I didn't know if he was a manager or the owner, but he had a great sense of humor, and he made my day.

Decent location, gets really busy sometimes so you might have to wait a little, usually not that many crazy people come in but it is what it is

Chicken sandwiches are just one giant mcnugget in a bun. It's like a breaded hotdog of bleached chicken meat. As delicious as it looks in the photos, it's basic. I can't believe I fell for it. The fries, however, are always awesome and the rest of the menu is perfectly gumable. When I am old and have no teeth, I will return.

Uber eats - clear instructions no bacon in my sandwich. Sandwich came with back - complained in Uber eats but needed food still at early morning bc going to airport. Called them multiple times and the manager pretended he couldn’t hear me and hung up on me 4 times. I went to the location physically (10 min walk, $10 taxi), I showed them my order and a guy there kept insisting that it’s the systems fault-and I kept inisiting that’s not my problem and if is the system he needs to take it up with their head office (having worked for 3 different fast food chains in my day and having ordered Uber eats literally hundreds of times in toronto I knew it was BS). All staff seemed like they were to afraid to talk expect for 1 lady that saved my order and suggested to the manager they just make me a new sandwich which I took and left. But the hassle, treatment, etc is disgusting.
