McDonald's

This restaurant is officially closed now. Not sure if it's temporary or permanent, but I noticed it while I was in the mall.

I recently visited the Albion Mall and had the opportunity to dine at both McDonald's and Tim Hortons. In my opinion, McDonald's provided a superior dining experience compared to Tim Hortons at this particular location. The service at McDonald's was efficient, and the food was served hot and fresh. On the other hand, my experience at Tim Hortons left much to be desired, with slower service and food that didn't meet my expectations. I would recommend choosing McDonald's over Tim Hortons when dining at this location.

The customer very rude there and they serve food and coffee cold bad service ever but it is close to my house that's why I buy from it

I’ve been to this McDonald’s since I was a kid. Yesterday I went and the lady who first took my brothers order was very rude and had so much attitude towards him for absolutely no reason but that stopped once I started to add to the order.he asked for bbq sauce and a sweet and sour. Alongside his order and then I decided to get 10 nuggets so in total I should’ve been charged and given 4 sauces. The cashier didn’t put in for his sauce and then added 2 barbecue sauces with my nuggets. Like miss girl I didn’t say barbecue I said sweet and sour it’s just sauce so it’s whatever. It’s the principle and the fact this girl was rude, … previously I’ve also had problems with the staff and the old manager, just being rude in general. Hence why I barely ever go to this location anymore. I’ll still be back but I will definitely not be ordering at the counter anymore. Y’all need to do better in customer service, I get it I work in customer service as well, but giving unwarranted Attitude and being rude is unacceptable. Do better

I got my big mac order with door dash and there was no meat on the burger. I called McDonald's and they said call door dash. Door dash didn't make the burger.

The staff no give me prize sticker they save for him self i notice that three time today i ask for prize sticker he said i forget i said u always forget its 4th time bad manner

We just bought a orange pekoe tea with extra 4 milk. #1 the tea was watery, #2 it was 0% strong, and #3 it was very cold. Watch out for these mistakes.we complained and threw the tea in the garbage infront of the workers.

Bought food for over 40$.
Ask for a refill and they said that they dont provide any refills. I told the lady that Mcdonald has a free refill policy.and she told me that this store does not have a free refill policy.
