Keep in mind, this review of the McDonald's location is time specific. I went on a weekday, shortly after 9am so the atmosphere was very different vs.other times of the day (see other commenters below). When I went, there were elderly patrons drinking coffee and having a good ol' chat together. This is likely not the case at other times of the day when it's busier and more hectic.
If I could, I would give an overall rating of 2.5/5 but I can't give half stars so this place gets a 2. During this time frame, there was nothing overall offensive or annoying or terrible. It was just 'there'. Staff were there, I ordered my coffee and breakfast and left. I didn't eat there. Took my food home, nothing was burnt and it just tasted like your standard McDonald's breakfast. Notably, by the time I got home, the hash brown is not at its finest but that's a given. It didn't taste like old oil and the McMuffin tasted fine. It was just fine.
I'll be honest, if I didn't have the coupon for a breakfast combo, I wouldn't have bothered to go at all. It was fine for the promo price but it's certainly not something I'd trek all the way there to eat especially given that the environment changes so drastically depending on the time you go. I certainly would never go during peak hours.
If McDonald's really wants to do different, they'll change their operations but until then, I'm going to go where the service, environment, and food are better.
Parking lot and drive thru design extremely poorly laid out. Pulled up for food and they told us they are waiting on the grill team. Estimated wait time 2-3 minutes. Waited well over 10 minutes.
They messed up an order and didn't put bacon on the deluxe chicken burger we had ordered. Initially, there was a female that may have been manager, by her shirt. That being said, she had quite an attitude with me until Rakhim stepped in to save the day & uphold the customer service standard that has been a staple of MacDonalds success, restoring my faith in humanity and in MacDonald's. It is people like Rakhim that make this world a better place. Small things mean a lot, Rakhim. You're going to go (o) D places with that positive attitude! Bless your soul!
I order online to avoid wasting time. The order was placed and ready by the time I arrived. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was 2am and not too busy. Food was fresh and hot. Thank you for your service!
Open 24 hours. Ample seating with boots, bar stools with individual spaces and children's seating. They have coloring pages and balloons. Easy parking on the side and also a drive through.
It's a great place to take the kids. Especially on Wednesdays. The kids can do arts and crafts from 4 PM to 7 pm. The art and crafts supplies are free. They can have some fun with dinner.
Typical mcdonalds food with excellent drive through service. I enjoyed the fruit splash and recommend the crispy chicken bacon wrap. Courteous to allow me to park while I waited for my wife to finish her massage down the street.
Fast service clean environment not overly loud all in all enjoyable compared to where I normally go. Delivery drivers are pushy and loud blocking walk-in customers at my normal location.
False advertising. They advertise that the dining room is open 24 hours. So once you make the effort to get there they tell you it is closed until 5 am. If that’s the policy, why falsely lure customers to come in person at night?
In McDonald's everything is as usual, good, soundly, delicious! But either cold water from the tap, or the self-service terminal does not work. This is the second case in this place.
I've been to this location quite a few times I order the milkshake and every time I try to give my order for a vannilla milkshake and BTW this could be any time of the day they tell me sorry no milkshakes! Like What is this a conspiracy! LOL! NO REALLY: (ITS VERY AGGRAVATING! WHY IS THIS A CONSISTANT ISSUE? !
I have been coming to this McDonald's for about 22 years now and I've seen and experienced a lot. However, this morning I experienced the height of disrespect After paying and confirming my order at the pick up window I drove off with my order.prior to leaving with my order I asked the young lady at the pick up window to confirm my order and she did I told her that I smelt egg (which I'm allergic to) and she said "no it's a chicken McGriddle. After reaching to my place of work which is not far from the McDonald's I opened up the packaged chicken McGriddle combo to find a Sasauge egg muffin. After returning back to the McDonald's to return what wasn't my order I told the employee that I wanted a refund and that I wanted what I ordered. She went and got the "Manager" with the name on her tag "Rita". Rita approached the cash register slowly and in no particular rush, without looking at me or asking me what the situation was began the refund process. I asked her, " what were you told about this order". She then said that the employee said that I wanted a refund. I then said to Rita that I wanted a refund in lieu of the inconvenience and incompetence and that I wanted what I ordered. Rita then asked "what did you order? ". It is this interaction that was the start of a very disrespectful and audacious encounter! I responded by saying that I ordered a chicken McGriddle combo. Typing things into the register grunting and looking annoyed she asked me a second time. "what did you order? " I responded "as I said, I ordered a chicken McGriddle combo". She then asked me if I wanted a refund and I repeated myself by saying "Yes, I want a refund for what I was charged and then. I wanted to leave with the food I ordered, if I have to pay for that at this point I will". Rita: "what did you order"? At this point I looked behind me in disbelief that she is still unclear of what my situation is, and then the unthinkable happened. Rita: "WHAT DID YOU ORDER"? In a loud shout. I responded by saying "Do Not Shout at Me" with a shocked look on my face! She then went on to say "you were shouting at me, which was a damn lie.annoyed, slightly frustrated ABSOLUTELY but shouting No! I repeated my order for her a third time, she refunded me my money and my food was replaced without charge. Now.this is a manager who has been with McDonald's for as long as I've been going to this location she knows who I am because she seen me several times before. We are all going through life's ups and downs just as she may be having a bad day etc so might I. She is very lucky that I was the one she was disrespecting and not someone with a less moral standard. Be careful how you speak to people. Be respectful especially in the field of customer service. Customers are NOT always right but they are paying their money!
Returned a French fry that was cold and watched the staff member toss it back into the fry bin and stir it in with fresh fries. I confronted him and he said "they were just cold right? " And then proceeded to reserve them. I was just coming off a flu and got these thru drive-thru window. Ate a few and took them back inside because they were stale. He had no idea what I did to them, if my hands were clean. Completely disgusted. I wonder what he does when there ISN'T anyone watching. I just dnt even buy McDonald's fries now lol
Be brilliant if they got rid of all the crackheads peeling their feet and taking off their socks and making me want to vomit so that way I don't always take my food to go. But beyond that yeah it was brilliant It was great lol.not really
*Slow service. *Addicts and non costumer sleeping on the table, charging cell phones taking up space. *Dirty table. *Bought food for two no napkins at all, I guess they assume everyone will just McGyver and use own shirt to wipe grease and ketchup.
I gave them two stars because the food was fine. But this was the absolute slowest drive-through to which I have ever been. They had me pull aside, and then seemed to forget about us.
